The Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata Review

This place is a gem. Very comfortable stay options, courteous staff and variety of resturants to placate your taste buds.

I have stayed here multiple times now on business trip and on each occasion it has been a splendid experience.

Well, the hotel is not bad but they take additional charges for everything. Like in a two persons room they give only one tooth brush, one bathrobe & no slippers!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly, warm and makes you feel at home. The Big Ben Pub is really wonderful and I really enjoyed my stay. I look forward to come back again.

I had been to the hotel for an MBA interview and there were very limited number of chairs provided for the candidates to sit. Even though there were many chairs available and there were no customers, being such a grand hotel, they refused to provide us with two extra chairs. Instead they told us if we have come for an interview, we are supposed to keep waiting. We had to keep standing for a very long time. The arrangements were poor. This was not expected out of a reputed hotel.

Very small rooms, not impressed on overall value delivery. Painful to pay 200for a tee-shirt laundry.

The hotel is located quite close to the Courts and the layout of the hotel is also quite good. The rooms are decently appointed and the room service is also decent. Had a few snags while checking in and out, otherwise, a good hotel I would recommend if there's work close to the Courts. Of course, I don't see any point in choosing this place for a recreational visit, except if you are planning on travelling around Park Street.

This is one of the luxurious hotels. Hospitality is very well and all staffs and people are very polite. Food taste and quality is very good.
