Had a bad experience there wherein the hotel staff...

Had a bad experience there wherein the hotel staff utilised my debit card for bill for my stay though they had instructions from my company for 'bill to company'. It has been almost a month that I have been following up with them for a refund..
Bad handliing of guests issues..though they have admitted their mistake over mail, they are not refunding the amount wrongly charged to me..
