I was there for Hokie Bugfest. It's a very nice setup for the event which we have attended several years now.

This is a full service quiet hotel and conference center with generous sized rooms and amenities. The grounds are spacious and tranquil. It is located on campus so is easy access to all things Hokie. They also have a free shuttle service that will go anywhere within 3 miles which is really handy.

only stayed one night but all the beds had toppers great sleep

The rooms are larger than the average hotel room. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. The staff is polite and attentive. It is located on the Virginia Tech campus and is close to the downtown area.

Overrated. Restaurant was terrible and overpriced. Room not especially clean. No bottled water in room. No refrigerator which was a problem since I have insulin that had to be kept chilled. Surprise room service surcharge. Not impressed.

Wonderful rooms and the service there is impeccable

Everything was setup well. The conference rooms were labeled and easily identifable, the air conditioning could not keep up with the demand.

Great because the Inn was on campus but I wouldn't stay there again.

Nice inside. The soda machine at the snack bar ran out of ice. Faucets in bathroom sinks make it hard to wash hands without constantly rubbing the backside of your hand against the side of the sink.

My mom had her wedding here and it was very nice. The rooms were amazing and they had a pretty nice fitness center

I came with my family to look at the Christmas trees that the inn displays every year. As usual they were wonderful and we really enjoyed looking at each one and voting for

I had a career fair there. The staff was very attentive and kind and there was plenty of space.

Beautiful hotel located on the campus of Virginia Tech.

I had a meeting over a meal at the Inn. Parking is clearly labeled. The lobby was bustling with people and activity but an employee still took time to ask our party if we needed help; the restaurant is so easy to see from the entrance we did not need any. The food was well prepared; the service was fast and friendly, too. The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end.

Went to the Drillfield Room to listen to Undergrad Research presentations. Really nice room, really nice building, enjoyed my time at the event

Ate at Preston's and the food was superb! The service was great and I couldn't have asked for a better work dinner.

Didn't stay at the hotel so I can't speak for the rooms, but I did attend a wedding service here that was absolutely beautiful. The staff were also very courteous and quick to help.

Visited for the BugFest. Really enjoyed it, and noticed that quiet rooms were set up for autistic children and that was very amazing!

I haven't stayed in a room overnight here, but I've been to many events and this is the classiest place in Blacksburg. Good food and great venues for social/professional/academic events.

Friendly staff and good location. Free shuttle anywhere in town. Ammenities are a little low. For example gym bikes and eliptical were very sqeaky and annoying to use.

Attended an honors banquet within the main ballroom at the Inn. The service provided included set tables for dining and a buffet that included a main meal and a desert option. Overall, I greatly enjoyed the experience. The tables were set very professionally, and the food was delicious.

I attended a career fair at The Inn. The exterior is unique and the location is great. The interior is extremely cozy. The atmosphere is professional and accommodating.

I ate at the restaurant for lunch. It was good good and a great atmosphere. It was a buffet-style lunch. Not a ton of selection, but the food was good.

Good food, very good service particularly for groups and events. The rooms are fine. Lack of a pool is a bit of a bummer but there is not a ton of choice in Blacksburg.

On the VT campus. Parking is plentiful and the building is in a beautiful setting. This is the third time I've had lunch--all three at conferences. Food presentation very nice and staff responsive. Food okay.

I was there attending an event. There was not enough chairs for all the attendees and the staff at The Inn quickly brought in more chairs for all the attendees. In the end, there were more than 200 attendees and the In provided enough chairs for everyone. In the end, I would say that the staffs there are very professional and are able to respond quickly when problems arise

Wonderful place! Clean, nice rooms, comfortable. Well worth a few dollars more than the chain hotels.

The facility is awesome. Really the best in the region for large social events.

I had visited this place multiple times and this place is very clean and hygienic. Rooms are bit spacious, clean and nice. Coming to the buffet, we can find many varieties of tasty dishes of different kinds. They have a shuttle service, they can drop us at the workplace and pick up whenever we request.

Great place to stay. If you are sharing beds though at least in my room they were pretty small, and you couldn't be too tall.

We have held or company holiday party here the past two years and is been great. The staff was wonderful and very friendly, the Inn is very clean and up scale. The Christmas decorations are top notch. I also attended the 2015 VAVRS Rescue College here and also had amazing service and the classrooms are great.

Standard hotel. Worth the extra expenses for the proximity to campus and there are tons of necessities in the room. The restaurant in house is quite expensive though.

I just came to attend an event but the staff was helpful and the accommodations were nice. They could update some of the A/V for the conference rooms though.
