I shop here for dog food. They always have a great selection and pricing that is equal to or better than larger chain stores.

Is that tractor supply House they are good people in there to really nice and friendly you need any help if you're willing to help you out I need anything at you in your need that you need to stop by there always willing to help you find what you need I give it 100%

Got what I needed and got out before I bought some baby chickens. I needed herbacide that's hard to find. They had it.

I was just at the store with my 6 month old in his car seat carrier. I had to get four big bags of stall pellets multiple employees seen me struggling not one of them offered to help and when I asked for help all of them seemed to look away or have something else they have to attend to. I was pulling a dolly bed out the store with my son and 4 heavy bags of pellets and once I was done loading my Tahoe up I needed to take the dolly bed back ,Well since I had my six month old in the car I clearly wasn t gonna take it all the way to the very back of the store so as I proceeded to leave it up front secured I asked a female employee with red hair is it OK if I leave it here and her response was not really you re supposed to take it back inside but I guess I can take it for you. They are so rude and really need help with customer service here. If it wasn t for this place being the only place I could get my pellets for our micromini pig I would never come back to the store again which is why I bought four bags so I should be good for at least four months before having to come back to this RUDE store.

Cashiers that were working at 3:30pm on 6/4/2020 were more concerned about purchasing their own lemonade and gossiping with each other than they were with customers. I was standing in line waiting for them to finish buying lemonade so I could check out. Then the older cashier left me standing in front of her cash register to go back and gossip with the younger cashier. I left the store, they lost my business.

I love this store, consistently stocked with the dog food we prefer and I always find new types of treats for my dog. Cute seasonal products as well, great customer service every time.

Excellent services and you find everything you need

It's ok hard to get the products we purchase never seem to have them in stock.

Drove 30 minutes to have propane tanks filled and manager told employee to ask me to leave because he was too busy to help.

Excellent, found what I was looking for, however could have used help from attendent workers at time.

Great place for things around your house. It's amazing what they have there. A lil pricy, but it does seem to be a higher quality.

The employees are awesome and very helpful and I love all the gadgets

Who sells cheap Chinese stuff made in China at made in America prices

We shop here just to see what they have that other stores don t normally carry. Some items are a regular thing but sometimes some items are a find and a good buy. It s a hit or miss sometimes here.

They have seasonal animals like chicks, ducklings and rabits.

Great service and helpful folks only bad experience was cashier but she may have been having a hard day kept changing extra items not just on me but person before me they had to get refund not me I got it corrected before cashed out "I say bad scanner" never had a issue here before.

Love this store ! I have purchased working gloves, pocket knives , animal traps, etc. Great store usually spend time just browsing around.

Thy don't order enough of the purinia honors show feed for beef cows .Thy blame it on there warehouse but the manager says thy don't order but 3 or 4 bags but thy have plenty of it in warehouse if thy would order more thy would ship it.

Great store!! Came in the other day for a few things and the cashier at the front, Mariah, was super polite and helped me with all my questions. She even went so far as recommending products, that actually helped!

Good selection of farm, lawn, and tractor supplies and parts at fair prices. I also buy my propane here as the cost is lower than the exchange places.

Being one of the closest Tractor Supply stores to Dallas this a great option for a quick trip.

Like that it has an indoor pet clinic, it's very convenient. I always get a coupon for a free bag of dog food.

The only guys that can fill propane have different hours and their pumps are always broken. They are not reliable place to get propane and if you sell it. It needs to be accessible during business hours.

This store is an outstanding source for almost all types of hardware and equipment supply. Went to get some parts for a pressure washer and left with a mig welder, battery charger, saw blades, air compressor and an angle grinder. Impressive to say the least. Not too far of a drive from downtown dallas and it is on the side of the highway about ten minutes east on I -30. Customer service gets 4 stars and product inventory gets 5 stars.

They were very friendly but they didn't have what I was looking for.

Don t come here for propane. There s never anyone that will fill it. They will tell you they re on break. We don t have anybody today. I am a UPS driver and I ve been here four times calling each time before I come by and never have anyone to Fill propane.

I ordered fire wood, same day delivery and am super pleased! Friendly and professional. I paid the $19.99 delivery fee and felt it was totally worth it and convenient as I live in Dallas. I'll be using them exclusively going forward!

Fun store to shop. Lots of interesting stuff. Usually end up with a big bag of bird seed. Good dog food supply.

Chick Days - Helped fulfill a promise to the kiddos. Staff is always helpful. Good place to get farm or pet supplies. There is almost always someone that can answer your questions. If not they will find someone who can.

The manager has had way too many mean, grouchy, and grumpy day with customers.
Please give him a vaction to restore his mental being.

Had a parvo emergency and they had everything i needed to make a homemade IV.

Very reasonable price for all your home,farm, work,or Hobby materials.boots and clothing for the rainy season,they even offer baby ducks,egg laying chicks of different breads, heck if you need anything for trailers you could build your own.chains hooks binders.just about everything you need to help you out when you're not wanting cheap junk that doesn't last the first time you use it. Harbor freight.
Oh, if you need anything, the employees are there to either point the way or find it at another location.

It was my first visit, went it for a sale they had eventhough my item was sold out I was able to order it at the same price. I was really happy that I was able to get the item and experience a great customer service!

People are friendly and helpful. Had footy day for shots. Very wide range of items to choose from.

I thought it would be a cool trip, it wasn't. Everyone besides the greeter seemed to not be interested in being at work. I should have ordered for curbside pickup.

This is the only place I can find Mini Pig feed at a decent price.

Will not shop at Tractor supply again until this policy is changed. An item online for 7.99 and it is marked online price only is 10.99 in store. They add 99 to the end of the item number so items do not match up. So, you can order online have an associate pick it off the shelf and pick it up all in the same day for a cheaper cost rather than going into the store and picking it off the shelf yourself. That s great if you absolutely know that it is the correct item or if the order gets pulled in a timely manner.

Your store is in need of cleaning. Also staff not very helpful or courteous, maybe training in customer service would help. Your customers are doing you a favor by shopping here, not the other way around. My husband came to buy dog food, no carts available, asked cashier where the carts were and cashier said, they were all in back, and that it was a shame...really!!!! She does not bother to help with getting him a cart. This is an elderly man. Are you kidding me, who in retail acts like this??? Perhaps you need to buy a few carts.

Good for people to buy things who work on a farm or not its got good candles. And decor items

Expect long lines at checkout. Only one register open with six people in line. Also they did not ask for my reward card or phone number and crumbled my receipt without asking me if I wanted it.

Tractor supply had everything i need it. Good job guys.
