We always love go in and the people are always so kind.

Couldn't get any help from any of the 10 plus employees standing around visiting. Elderly cashier couldn't be bothered with a simple question about hardware location until she finished visiting with another employee that was fronting endcaps. I had to ask where inventory was because they had such poorly restocked shelves and no inventory of staple hardware items. I'll have to go to another location to get TS items.

Shopped here for my first time last week. I did an online order the previous night and everything was ready the next morning to pick up. I was greeted at the door, was told where to go to get my online order. The associate who assisted me was very helpful and even went out of his way to help load the items in my car. Great first time experience, 10/10, will come back again.

Found what i needed the first time i went to this store only because another customer helped me.

Refused to fill propane because they didn t want to. The staff are worthless.

You would expect them to have farm and hunting related products but had to go to a sporting goods store to get what I needed. Otherwise pretty good store. Plenty of parking. Easy access.

Went by because everyone telling me I could find accessories for my truck toolbox. What a joke. 1 whole endcap with 2 packages of handle replacements w/locks, 1 package of locks and a shock.....really I drove all the way over here for that! Plenty of toolboxes no accessories for them. Won't be back!!!
Stock your damn store! Tried to call the
Segoville location but they can't seem to answer the phone. Pretty poor customer service. I only gave it1 because I had to.

They have a ginormous rat running around in there. It's over by the feed area so beware lol..

Awesome! The food was good the service was excellent.

Very poor customer service. I asked a person in the back about a specific feed and they where very rude about saying that it would be on the floor. However the sales floor had non and I could see it sitting in the back, after this encounter I'm not sure I will return to thks atore. You would think for life out here they would have that friendly out here smile.

Love this store! The only reason I hate going here is that I want everything I see. Staff friendlier than in times past - thank you.

Staff was not helpful. They were guessing at the answers. Took a long time to get help,after I asked.

Great place to do all your shopping... service and prices are always top of the line staff very friendly always doing the extra with a smile....I just find this place no yo long ago and still I visit a least once every three weeks....

First time going here today had great customer service from the floor people but not very welcomed I wish the young lady with the dyed red hair would but down the phone

I called and asked for 7 6&1 shots and they said yes, so I drive 20 miles out there and they only have 2 left...

Wonderfully kind and helpful employees. And a great place for all your farming needs! Always surprised at what I find they have for me, but always impressed with their prices.

Great store. Always find more than I need. Only gripe, sometime cashier's are in short supply but that is rare.

My husband and I came in for An item call pond die and they were out of stock - the employees was more interested cleaning small chick poop over a customer. . In my opening he needs some training .
We asked for a manger to help us.
He was more than helpful !

This place is great for all gardening supplies and feed. I get my birdseed here usually 70lbs for $20. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Feed store with all kinds of other tools and equipment that are "farm" specific. Dig it.

18-09-24 Went to refill my propane bottle - great service.

Hopefully someday Tractor Supply will be able to keep their shelves full of the large can of chicken and rice 4Health dog food. For some reason if they have it they keep it in the back room. Most of the time it's just not available:(

You can find everything for your home in traila. And if they do not have it, they can orfenar it.

The employees are sweethearts for the most part and were really nice to me when I accidentally locked my keys in my car one time

Had great customer service even with a limited closing time I was still able to retrieve my things without being rushed.

I was a nice clean establishment the check you're asked me if I was familiar with the points program and never offered the show me how to sign up or anything so I've got to say the customers are a whole lot nicer than the sales people everybody I ran into talk to me with the exception of one salesman who is very nice and helpful

Here you always will get great service and good prices I get all the foods for my lovely pets

It has alot of things you can use in your yard outside and inside you should just check it out.

I use to love this place but they have a couple of newer ppl that really have no desire to take customer service to the next level the way they use to

Amazing inventory, open till 9 and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our dogs like the "4 Health" dry & canned food. The prices are good for this line too!

Best kept neighborhood secret! If you have a gas grill.... you must go to Tractor Supply! Propane tank refills are so much better than trading your tank! Lower cost and More Propane in your tank! Yes friends.... they will also load and unload your tank from your car because they are that nice. While you're there check out their awesome pet products and pet health supplies! I could go on and on.......

The staff was very helpful in getting our pychase6 completed.

I called Lowe's and the home depot and the phonw wasn't even picked up. These people picked up almost as soon as my call went through. I really appreciate them answering my small questions. Thank you Stacy for taking the time to help me.

First time in this store and it was a mess. We went for dog food but the prices weren't better so I would recommend Petsmart.

Tractor Supply has a lot of stuff I have trouble finding elsewhere.

Bought three different things price different from what they had on the floor/ who's fault is that and if you say anything they do price check and only slow your shopping blah!

Wife ordered a product for curbside pickup. Process was fast and easy.

If you call they can't seem to give any information without putting you on hold for what seems like forever. (10 min or more) forcing you to listen to mostly static with bits of country music occasionally between the sizzling sounds. I've only had to call twice but both calls have prevented me from actually going into the store

Have shopped at tractor supply for years, and will do so again. But, went in to get T Shirts. Only had 3x shirts, got no help or answers as to when they would get more and acted like they didn't care...

Was very disappointing when I got to the register to find an older gentleman that had no idea how to run my purchase. He scanned everything including my coupon to save money and didn t ask for my ranch account number! After seeing the total I mentioned it was to be tax exempt, he said he couldn t cancel it. I would have had to buy everything, return it, then buy it again with tax exempt. Therefore, losing my coupon! Seriously, if you have a ranch account and want tax exemption, DON T SHOP AT THIS TSC!

There was a mallard duckling that was dying in their brooder. It looked like someone had set the food dish on top of the duckling. When I begged the employees to do something about it they stood around and told me it would be 'taken care of' but didnt actually DO anything about it. I'm devastated, the ducklings had NO water at all in their brooder. I have never been so disappointed with TSC.

I like Tractor Supply! Alitte high on most things but I still like it... I just luv going here!

Fast and friendly service, I bought a underground electric fence and was missing parts, I called and they told me to come back and exchange it without any problems or hassles

Needed some heavy duty suspenders and they have them on hand.
