Very helpful staff and great selection of pet food. All the top brands, Science Diet, Nutro, etc. And better prices than the pet store.

Had to buy well pump switched employees know what I need and where very helpful.the only thing I did not like was the where shorter handed

Sent my SO to this store to buy Eqyss Microtek brand shampoo & spray for our dog with skin issues, which I have purchased at various TSCs for the past 15 yrs, & used on cats, dogs & myself with spectacular results, as it was originally formulated to decontaminate astronauts (per product claims on their website). Store employee profiled him & told him a line that this was not for dogs, it would kill them, you could only buy it online & tried to sell him multiple other brands. It precipitated a severe argument between us. When I called the store to complain to the manager, I found out it was the manager who did this. He was extremely rude, talked over me & denied that he d said what was reported. When I was in TX & shopped personally at this store, I had multiple issues with dishonest, disagreeable personnel to the point I ceased patronizing it. Corporate needs to do something about the situation.

The only thing I don't like about Tractor Supply is the drive to get there.

The staff are rude and condescending. I would go to Ace or Elliott's before returning here.

I got exactly what i needed. the dog vaccinations are a huge help for my puppie Mollie

They have good stuff on clearance. I like that they carry vaccines for your pets. And they also have a variety of pesticides at reasonable prices .

Very helpful people...dont often have to search for help very often...but sometimrs.

I loke this store a lot, they carry my dog's favorite food at a good price, you can find lots of tools and needs in general for your home and yard work. They have friendly and unfriendly personnel, that is the only downside, bad customer service.

Lack of employees to check out customers or wait on customers. I was shocked at the prices across the board. Very high prices.

I've literally called about 8 times and they pick up the phone but don't say anything. Then they hang up. i guess they do not want a paying customer.

Came here to rent a trailer, Debra was nice who originally started helping me but other than that I felt like I was a burden.

I came in not really knowing what I needed to temporarily fill a hole in my fence, and not only did I get wonderful advice and customer service, but Pete and his helper were kind enough to help me get it in my car. I've never been into a TSC before, but the help I recieved ensured that I will come back for future projects! I can't thank them enough for the help tonight. It's appreciated more than words can say.

Clean, well run store with a great selection of nuts and bolts! Checkout can be a little slow at times though

Great store but the worker by the name of Mariah was on her phone when I walked in with not greeting or hello and when I came up to the front to check out she was still on her phone and was talking to someone on it

It's a smaller feed store, but it had items you would only find there as well as the best fence & fence tools/accessories you will find outside of going to a specialty fence store. Good prices and convenience make their friendliness and pleasant people a super combination.

Maybe one star if not for pleasant cashier ladies. Kept asking for a product. They said they don't carry it. I ordered it on line to be picked up at the store. My husband encountered with bad attitudes. One guy told he didn't want to deal with this (mumbled word). Manager came out, blurted our name, went away and came back with the product. It was a simple misunderstanding. I was asking for a product by what it was, not by the manufacturers name, which is how it is listed.

I like to visit this place because it has very nice things for my garden and that I do not find in other stores, besides they are always very friendly.

Spent 2 months trying to get a rain jacket. Still haven't got none in .there excuse is that they are remodulling that area

Favorite place to get annual rye. Every winter I come here to grab seed. Usually it's up front but sometimes they have to grab it out the warehouse. They always offer to help load it in the truck as I get the 50 lbs bags whether I accept it or not. Staff is knowledge and has always been helpful when I'm there.

How in the world a place call tractor supply dont have a nice selection of stuff x ur yard....very disapointed

My Dad recently went in to the store to buy dog food and when there was a problem with pricing and very fine print, the manager tells him "I don't have time for this" and walks away. Cashier proceeds to tell him that she still can't do that price (even though the sale starts the next day), and proceeds to give my Dad attitude. Seriously, this store is horrible in customer service, and if you can avoid it, stay clear.

Great staff. Some items are over priced but some are fair. Good hours and a convenient drive. Don't forget they price match and the return policy makes Tractor Supply Shine! They also actively support a low cost vaccination program for dogs and cats.

In less than 1 hour after I spent 120 .00 on a dolly
The tire blew
So I put a third tire on to get thru my project and 7 days later I am back in mesquite with the dolly trying to return it.
It was assembled wrong they put a smaller tire on one side.
I did not realize what they did till I am there trying to buy another one and give them the trashed one I LITERALLY USED AN HOUR
THEPAPERWORK WAS STILL ATTACHED TO IT.
THE OWNER SAID I DID NOT. BUY IT THERE AND HE WAS NOT DOING ANY THING WITH OUT A RECIEPT.
WELL THE RECIEPT WAS IN ANOTHER VEHICLE IN FT WORTH SO I LEFT AND WROTE THIS
I THINK ONE
PEOPLE WITH INTERGRITY AND HONEST LIFESTYLES SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO TOLERATE THIS BUSINESS OWNERS ACCUSATION

Thru had What I needed but not in the size I needed.

I have a complaint in regards to how rude a store manager was to me. Person claimed as the "Manager" "David".
I bought a lawn mower on Saturday after 40 minutes Landscaping, I've noticed that my lawn mower has been losing power. I went to store on Monday because I have extremely good reasons to return it or get a refund...from the store ( return-policy 30 days) ... but was there the famous David (Store Manager) he said "no" " I will fix for you"... and he did not follow the return policy 30 days. I left the mower there and I went to Royse City bought a new one such a nice customer service there.

Went there for the low cost Pet Vet clinic. Rabies shots were $33. plus tax. Spent $110. on microchipping and shots for 2 cats. Low cost pet clinics usually are a lot less for both services. Will not do that again.

Took a few to get propane salesman and their purge equipment was broken, good and fair price besides that.

Tractor Supply is ok.they have good items,but they are kinda pricey,

I'm sure this store is great if you are their target customer. I am not and the smell of feed and hay and axle grease does not appeal to me. No offense to them, I was only in the store for a carhartt shirt

Wish they could stack a tractor supply on every home depot

So i been going here for like maybe 5 months or so since they carry feed for my pot belly pig here. The place is clean but dont expect no great customer service. I think just my biggest problem is the employees can not be bothered with any questions or concerns. There usually just sitting down or visiting. You can ask them a question and they will still sit there and just point to where you need to go even though there not busy at all. There is really nothing super great about this store the only reason im still coming here is because i haven't found another better feed store in my area that carrys my pigs food after my original feed store had closed down.
