Hidden Gem...history dates back to 1931. Boutique resort with only 38 units and very unique flare. Recent upgrades adds to modernization without losing that classy feel. Lon's Restaurant at the Hermosa provides excellent service and fantastic gourmet foods. Recently has the pretzel and beer cheese... folks chuckle at this but so many places don't know how to do this right...Lon's nails it. Also had the burger with thick sliced bacon, cheese, and chipolte caramelized onions...so much flavor and cooked right.

This was our 1st time here. Our server Troy was fantastic! Blue crab cakes appetizer so tasty and the halibut fish & chips cooked to perfection. Don't forget the signature Cowboy bar for dessert! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful landscaping, 5 star service at the restaurant Lons at the Hermosa Inn. Worst food I have had on a long time. Went for Brunch& the food was cold and dry. Worst Eggs Benedict I have had in my life. The staff was amazing! So kind & helpful! They did everything in their power to make it a nice experience.

The staff are very kind and helpful unlike the owner he is rude and smug. If your not dressed to the 9s or a woman he has no time to even look in your direction while he is talking to you. Very disappointing such a cool creative place is owned by such a ill mannerd person really just kind of ruins it for me knowing my money will benefit and promote his attitude.

A very special hotel for its quiet location located in the residential neighborhood of Paradise Valley. They make you feel at home. The art of founder Alonso "Lon" Magargee, cowboy / artist / personality surrounds you just like the desert scenery. The Lon's restaurant stands out attracting Phoenix residents as much as the guests. Unforgettable patio.

Ate dinner at Lons. It was my first time there. It was good but not worth the money. Fresh. Service was ok. Our waiter never asked if we wanted another drink. Atmosphere was good, would have been nicer at an outside table. I wasnt overly impressed....but the valet guy was super nice!!!!!

A hidden Gem! I've stayed here a few times both on personal and business trips. Very unique story behind this location have to experience first hand. Beautiful grounds, very romantic and restaurant Lon's is rated one of the best. Wine selection is one of the best in Phoenix and they have a wine celler that you might be able to tour if it's not too busy. Any season this is a must visit......

Hidden Gem in Scottsdale AZ Historic period Decor and charm. Casita's in the new section are sweet and offer fireplaces, canopy beds, and spacious modern bathrooms. The older rooms offer ambiance of the original time period of the Hermosa Inn fort those who prefer a little history. A quick hop to the gorgeous pool and lounge area with outstanding views of the mountains and beautiful sunset. the Outside dining at Lams offer beautiful fountains and fireplaces surrounded by magestic Sycamore trees.. Social intimate areas with relaxing comfortable seating to enjoy a drink with friends and family. Wonderful menu.

What a perfect, tucked away, quaint venue. We only ate at the restaurant, but the food was spectacular (pork belly to die for), the ambience surreally beautiful, and the service exceptional. Jena made our night!

Great restaurant atmosphere! The outdoor patio and garden is beautiful and quiet. Inside the restaurant has a authentic southwest decor and very quaint. I had a baby shower luncheon at Lon's and the food was great and so was the service. Private rooms are available. The pastry chef made a delicious, moist chocolate cake for the shower. I highly recommend this place.

We we're here to dine at Lons. Good food and great in the spring or fall when it's not hot... Pricey, and hidden away, worth a stop in for lunch. Dinner is popular with upscale locals but not worth the extra dime!

Booked a night for my boyfriend and I and was there for a night booked thru trip.com. Afterwards, got billed for $38 and when I inquired, got no phone call. 2 weeks later talked with someone who said we charge that for using our WiFi and water bottle service. I said, I didn t use either, so why should I pay for ghat, most people don t charge anything for WiFi and if you do get water bottles, they either give it complementary or charge you for what you got, but they charge you for that regardless. If they hadn t charged me for that, I would ve given them 5 stars but for that unexpected fee, I give them a 1. That s total bs for how much I paid, they should ve included that in their service.

We were fortunate enough to be a part of a retreat held at Hermosa Inn. The meeting room, technology, staff and refreshments for the retreat were fantastic! Our king room and the whole property was so lovely! The property is small, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Not to mention 5-star bar and restaurant. For a comfortable, quiet getaway or a small business retreat, I highly recommend Hermosa Inn!

The restaurant, patio and all the flowers were beautiful. The service was ok, nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either. The food was good, again nothing outstanding just good. The portions are small and the price high. Would never do the restaurant again, but would do happy hour at the bar.

this is my favorite place for a Sunday brunch in Arizona. I love the intimate setting and the cozy home vibe the restaurant puts off The food has never disappointed me. If you have a sweet tooth the monkey bread is served warm and tastes like heaven. I would recommend the short ribs are on point.

We were invited to the restaurant of this Inn and unfortunately we arrived which was already dark, they tell us that at sunset it is very impressive because of the view.
Upon arrival there is the "valet" that the car takes you and you can sit directly inside. We were entertained outside, where there are gas fires and "mushrooms" to keep warm (it was cool but not cold in early December). We consumed a drink and we settled down to one of the outdoor tables, always near a fireplace and surrounded by the "mushroom".
The chosen dishes were all very good as was the wine, a Cabernet Sauvignon. I can't say much about prices because we were invited.
However we had a great time and also the environment I saw that is large and beautiful.

I liked the vibe and feel of the boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful until we had an issue. The hotel was nearly empty but they still managed to not clean my room twice and skipped my turn down service twice. The lock on the door broke so they had to smash it in. We had to leave while they fixed it. The room service showed up to my room early in the morning by accident one day, too. It was a real comedy of errors.

I was advised by the staff to spend some time up in Sedona. I took there advice and booked my last couple days there. I had to check out early. They then charged me for an extra day because I left early. I asked if we could call it even for all the issues we had. They declined.

My opinion is this place is great until you have a problem. They were quick to apologize but didn't do anything about it.

Beautiful hideaway in Paradise Valley with flowers everywhere, fountains and amazing food. Enjoyed a special 5 course menu served in the cool and very charming wine cellar last night. Exceptional service and the food was absolutely 5 star!

Its history, charm, peacefulness, Delicious food and wonderful service. The fish and chips were so lightly battered and the fries so tasty and the blood orange yellow cake dessert was delicate and amazing.
