An unbeatable site

The hotel is not a big deal, the best thing is the location very close to Conaught place.

Centrally located, walking distance from Connaught Place, good ambience, surrounded by Green Trees! Great Services. Courteous People!

I found this place reasonably priced despite being close to the heart of Delhi

Still adhering to 1time plasticwater cups in conference with The buffet spread was okay, though shortage of Chicken and it running to watery korma was sad.

Food is good. Especially the lunch Buffet. Staff stationed at the reception needs to be more courteous and needs to understand the meaning of hospitality, since they are a part of that industry. Washrooms are in a need of upgrade. Overall, a decent place for holding conferences or meetings, but far better options are still available.

Location of the hotel is good. Connaught place. Slightly aging property

Good place to stay back but foods are not in it's best. It's situated into Caunaught place, New Delhi. Customer deserve slightly more professional attitude. Interior and room decors are iconic. House keeping. .not so great

While it is a 5 star, it's a very old hotel. You can expect the same hospitality and cleanliness, but the interiors might not be at it's best. The breakfast is a little smaller spread, but delicious nonetheless. Pro Tip - The entrance is from the Tolstoy Road side, GMaps shows it from Barakhamba Road side always.

It's a quiet hotel with good ambience. The food was ok without much choice in the vegetarian menu. Overall ok.

The hotel has nothing that differentiates it from other hotels. In my stay of just 1 day for business purposes the hotel managed to fail in every aspect. The hotel staff is ok. The hotel is pretty old, the wood furniture is breaking down and marked by its age. The bathroom has drainage problems and the pot is always filled on its own. No amenities other than 2 small of bottles were provided.

The Hans let down its reputation in more ways than one.

Located in the heart of city. A comfortable stay and staff is supportive

Good place to visit. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast spread is good. Locationbis excellent. Value for Money. Same issue here. Western commode does not have a faucet. You are expected to clean yourself with tissue. Whether all guests here are westerners? Its highly inconvenient.they should make the necessary provision. Its again another example of a colonial mind set.

Most pathetic experience.
Checked in at night. Although a double bed room was booked online in advance, they said that all the rooms were sold out and provided us with a room with split single beds. Room was not clean, required maintenance, toilet is small congested. Woke up in the morning to find out that there is NO FLASH OR HAND FAUCET IN THE TOILET !!!

Talked to management to change room, they said that they cant do anything, there rooms are full. Staff is also impolite and unprofessional.

I attended a training program there. Air conditioning of the room was not independent. You wanted to close the unit but we couldn't because the same AC was attached with another room's AC. it was not independent. We had breakfast also that was ok.The washroom in front of the dining hall was not ok it was smelling very bad.

The hotel is very reachable and in heart of the city at Barakhamba Road. Rooms are OK. I got the room at 21st Floor. Good view of Ugrasen ki Bawli.
The reception is polite but slow . Need to work on it. Both check in and check out.
House keeping is fast and good. The hotel has free complimentary Wi-Fi
I had Air purifier in my room. Altogether a good experience.

No star can be given. One of the worst hotels of India. Arrogant staff. Food ok ok. Staff is truly arrogant. They can't even give a print out of anything. Nonsense hotel. Not at all recommended.
