Most pathetic experience.
Checked in at night. Although a double bed room was booked online in advance, they said that all the rooms were sold out and provided us with a room with split single beds. Room was not clean, required maintenance, toilet is small congested. Woke up in the morning to find out that there is NO FLASH OR HAND FAUCET IN THE TOILET !!!

Talked to management to change room, they said that they cant do anything, there rooms are full. Staff is also impolite and unprofessional.
