Excellent service and clean place with good ambience

Rooms interior is very old and In Summers cooling is not good

Centrally located. Nearby to main business centre and offices of various companies, banks and financial institutions. Ideal for meetings and conferences. Good service and courteous staff. Food is good.

Ambiance was gud but the service during the dinner was pathetic as there were no plates after some time and then no spoons and there should be an another Tandoor for the breads as the cook was unable to cope with the demand. As per the strength there should hav been at least two sweet counters ,, there was noone to fill the empty trays for sometime . I think you should improve in this .

The hotel wasn't clean and the ac wasn't even working.

Excellent hotel, centrally located and easy walk to Central Delhi. Staff are very professional, helpful and courteous.

It's amazing hotel and peoples also call its hansalaya building .

Good:
- Extremely convenient and connected location
- Good outside view from most rooms. All rooms from 16-20th floor
- Rooms are good

Bad:
- Almost everything else!
- Pathetic internet connection
- Extremely overpriced food
- Very bad selection of desserts in the menu

Excellent location.nice coffee shop for business meeting. Uninterrupted discussion possible.

Spacious room and very good breakfast buffet.Laundry service is very cheap too.Location is very good too ... very near to CP market.Overall it was really good experience.

A good hotel with all the comforts of a good hotel. Do not get on the service stairs or go around snooping around the areas that are not intended for customers, that the back room has no marbles, you understand me ;-)

Perfectly serviceable business hotel. Two restaurants (one focusing on Western cuisine, other not). Staff friendly and helpful but not the most modern in places and generally pretty sterile.

Good hotel for business conferences & having a meal with friends & colleagues

Hansalay Building: Safety, Hygiene, Cleanliness is a big question Mark. No checks of visitors at the Gate level, to avoid any risk.
Cleanliness quality!!! When we are talking about: "Swachh Bharat", (Clean India) !!!!!!!!

Food was very ordinary..Service and ambience was not good at all... Location and approach was good.

Decent place. Nothing much to say. It was just ordinary.

Elegant hotel, very close to India Gate and 2 minutes from Connaught Place. Not much info on the rooms but there's breakfast buffet and parking available. The bar is quite sleek and the Italian restaurant isn't bad either. The nearest metro station is Barakhamba Road. (Take exit 4)

For a 4 * hotel it was a bit dated, spacious but very dated rooms, in the room is in the corridor there was a very strong smell of diesel!

Hotel building just next to the vacant building of Barahkhamba right in the middle of commercial offices good to host corporate events being Centraly located , prices are also competitive compared to other venue

Luxury which is budget frndly in the heart of Delhi

Overall stay was good. Had stayed there in the first week of January.

Food - For breakfast, continental variety was good but Indian dishes were not upto the mark. Plate in which dosa was served was smelly.
Lunch was good.

Cleanliness - overrall very clean, except for the smelly curtains in bathroom.

Service - Service of House keeping department was very good, but that in restaurant can be improved further.

Overall - Recommended. Will visit again.

They have renovated the place and spruced it up a wee bit. Food is reasonably good, so is the service. All in all comfortable place to be, in the heart of Delhi.

Osm Hotel Near 12 khambha road . it have a good capacity hall and services is also good.

This is a fantastic hotel near cannought place.hotel staff is very polite and helpful.They helped me to take a lot of printouts for my personal need . Food is of 1st class but at the same time costly also.The most important thing is its location which makes it very near to cannought place market.

It's a decent hotel, with a very good location. It's literally less than 3 minutes walk from barakhamba road metro. As soon as you enter the hotel, the lobby seemed a little drab and outdated. The people at the counter were however extremely hospitable.
The room experience could have been better. Nothing memorable. The food at the 2nd floor restaurant is expensive, but absolutely delicious!
The TV in the room was tiny, and we had to call for a dental kit and room slippers. At a 4 star property, all these things should be stocked before the handover to the guests.

Excellent facilities & reasonably priced in heart of Delhi.
I attended a seminar today over Lunch buffet. Truly Delhi culture experience.

Rooms are clean in general and staff are nice, so overall I like this hotel. Only the thing is that the elevators make us feel unsafe as it shakes and making strange mechanic sound at times.
