The hotel is very reachable and in heart of the city at Barakhamba Road. Rooms are OK. I got the room at 21st Floor. Good view of Ugrasen ki Bawli.
The reception is polite but slow . Need to work on it. Both check in and check out.
House keeping is fast and good. The hotel has free complimentary Wi-Fi
I had Air purifier in my room. Altogether a good experience.
