Went to see extreme. Opening act sounded fine, but when extreme came on.... Volume was way too loud & the mix was out of balance. The bass was so loud that the speakers were clipping. Very disappointed and left after two songs. Don't know who the sound guy worked for... The band??? Or the club? Like I said, the opening act Barry Goudreau's Engine Room sounded good & put on a good show.

I did not pay to enter venue so my review should be viewed accordingly. (I won tickets from a local radio station.) Great location, great sound. They took our water bottles on the way in .... said we could get water inside. Yeah for $3 a bottle. Service was ok, but not a sold out show. $10 for whiskey on the ricks, of which they had very limited selection. Clean restrooms, plenty of general admission seating when we arrived.

I was very dissapointed in this place. My boyfriend and I had tickets to see Danzig last night. Drove up from Cape Cod (3 hours each way) and paid for a hotel room in the neighborhood. When we got there, My boyfriend and his friend both were waived on through whereas me and the other wife got carded. I by no means look under 21, in fact I am 44 years old. No way to pretend I'm a spring chicken anymore. Whatever, that's fine but my license was not in my wallet for some reason and the bouncer proceeded to tell me I could not enter the show. I asked him why me and the other woman were getting carded and why the men were not and he said and I QUOTE "They're guys, of course they're 21". What? That makes no sense at all. Did he offer to let me in as long as I didn't drink? NO. I got angry at being sexually descriminated against and he kicked me and my boyfriend out. Seriously? And no one would help. By the time one of the bouncers was willing to help I had had enoughand left. How DARE they call me stupid because I am a woman! What's stupid is saying just because they are guys that they are automatically 21. I should have called the cops and had them go in and double check all the IDs this idiot failed to check. I guarantee he let in plenty of underage BOYS because he's a massogonistic jerk. So I am out the cost of my tickets, a hotel room and 6 hours of drive time for some ass to assert his white male priveledge over me. Never again will I go to this venue and I hope others will boycot them as well for their idiocy.

Decent place, good shows, but this year they changed the table seating and it is miserably tight. On one side of each table 5 stools are butted up side by side and back to back with the next table. There is literally no room to move including to get in and out of a seat. Last year we liked these seats (which are on a platform so provide good views at the cost of compromised sound quality), but this year they seem to have changed the arrangement somehow and they are absolutely terrible. Much to tightly packed together to be comfortable in any way. Do not buy the table seating in the back!

Folding chairs on the floor are the same as last year, so now better than tables, but you'll be standing most of the show as those in front of you will. And once people stand, even if you do, you won't see much unless you're taller than the people in the rows in front of you. Which is why last year we preferred the elevated tables in the back.

Hell, we might still go to a fourth show this year, but we're hesitant. Sorry Casino Ballroom, but we just didn't have a good time so far this year. Last year 4 shows at the tables and were all good.

The Casino Ballroom is wheelchair accessible with an elevator to the main floor. The shows I've seen have been general admission so it was difficult to see through everyone standing. There are seats in the back that are on a raised platform which allows for a decent view over the crowd and there are several ramps to get up, but go early because these go fast. Parking is difficult as there are not a lot of handicapped spaces in the vicinity and the one's behind the Ballroom cost $20+.

Went there to see Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias with my wife. Despite getting last minute tickets, we had good seats.

I have seen quite a few shows here. It's a pretty small venue, however it can hold a lot of people. There are plenty of bars to serve booze and other soft drinks in the back of the ballroom.

Lost 1 star for charging patrons attending a show at the casino, $70+ per ticket and then charging to park on the lot on top of it. Tacky, very tacky. Smoking area outside couldn't possibly be made more inconvenient. Very difficult for a handicapped patron.

I went to see Brothers Osborne on 6-2-19 it was the first time that I ever stepped into the Casino and most likely will be the last! The area that we were standing was around a group of obnoxious drunks who identified themselves as State Police officers and Probation officers! Several of them were so intoxicated that after she dropped her beer all over me she proceeded to dump her pocketbook on the floor causing her money to scatter all about. Well she was so unstable that she couldn't even pick up her money and there was a lot of money, like $100.00 bills all over the floor. Now granted this group was obnoxious and you really could have gently pushed any of them over without difficulty NO ONE took advantage of her
Her money was gathered and returned to her. This is lengthy I know and I'm getting to the point
I asked the female who identified herself as the Probation officer if she was sober, response was "yes
" I then asked if she could ask her friends to chill a little that I smelled like a brewery because they keep dumping their beers on me! She stated that she "was a Probation officer and she was leaving!" Next thing I know is that I'm assaulted by one of her friends causing my lip to split. The casino was professional about it however Hampton PD sucked!!! Even though the person was identified by multiple people they would not press charges. This is wrong, they never took pictures or a written statement.
I'm more than disgusted with the lack of professionalism! You take your chances if you go there if anything should happen
I'm not a kid either, I was 60 yrs old last week!

Would have been a 5 but they decided to open all the doors when the main act started. It was still 86 degrees out and very humid. The AC had been keeping it decent. With 2k people in there, they should not have opened the doors!

The chairs in the back are uncomfortable, if you're lucky enough to get one! You could pay a lot of money up front to get in earlier, but for the rest of us, it's wait in line for an hour, then run to grab a table! Standing for these shows is tiring for us older folk. Once inside, the shows are usually great!

Umm the staff was excellent! The new set up (brand new the night I went) was so confusing and even the staff were having issues with it.

I was told by one worker (not in a rude way) that basically they sold as many general admission tickets as people bought and didn't really consider general admission was limited in space.
