I have been using the Grill Doctor for over 10 years but I feel compelled to share my most recent experience as it out shined anything they have ever done. My grill is now 12 years old and has a hood as well. It hadn't been serviced in several months and they really had a mess on their hands. They took all the time necessary and cleaned all the stainless down to it's almost original shine! They also were able to order the necessary parts to get the grill back to its highest quality again. The serve technicians were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really complete the service and there wasn't anything I could see that I would have done differently or better! Gwen, in the office, was in continual contact to insure smooth service and satisfaction. I highly recommend getting on their annual quarterly service plan and enjoy all they offer for a high performance gilling year!
