Haven t been there for a while but got the what I thought was an overpriced burger. And the whole meal was just warm at best. Would have gotten three stars if it wasn t for the bartender Rick. He s awesome. Probably won t be going back for a while cause I don t like warm food and would never send anything back to get fixed. Below average in my opinion.

Dont let the outside of the building fool you when you walk in the door its life changing! We didnt make a reservation as we were not from area and were unaware they were needed. We were told 30 minute wait but Chris at the bar got.us seated there and food was served so quickly! We had the steak amd its was one of the most amazing piece of meat I've had! Perfectly prepared the wine was delicous and cold. I would recommend this establishment to anyone! I watched alot.of other dishes being served and not one person was disappointed and it all looked so good!

Griffon Pub has a variety of foods.. American to the max.. I had the Nicangia Steak sandwich yesterday and it was delicious.. Steak Garlic, Tomatoes, arugula, with some Bolognese sauce in the sandwich.. Oh man.. And the fries are to die for.. Garlic Aoli seasoning... And lets not forget about the gigantic chicken wings that were delectable.. Very good pricing... Great customers service too

Dinnertime on Thursday and the place was buzzing. Had no reservations, but we were able to find a spot at the bar. Dave the bartender greeted us warmly and provided great service despite being very busy. The beer selection is pretty amazing. 50 taps to choose from, including stouts, porters, and ciders. Their menu is interesting and like the beer selection, there should be something to suit everyone's liking. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing and portions were large. We just had a couple appetizers this time, but will be back for some burgers soon. This place is definitely worth a trip, but booking a reservation would be wise.

This place is terrible. Went on a date here at 3:30 and started off with drinks and did not order food right away. The waitress informed us that the particular table we were at was reserved for someone at 6:30. She was basically hurrying us along so she could get a quicker turnover at her table. I ve never been hurried out of a restaurant. I would never go back here again. I ve eaten here before and the food has always been slightly above average and consistent for a dumpy little diner which made it a decent go to but never again.

The beer selection is excellent. The servers and staff are welcoming and friendly. The Friday Fish menu is delicious and comes with good sides. The haddock stuffed with crab and lobster meat is amazing. The burgers are creative and for adventurous people, a "wild game" burger is offered, with the game differing from day to day. They had ostrich burger when I went. The desert portions are fairly large and can be shared. The interior is dark but in a cozy way.

Visiting from out of town and found this gem. Friendly staff behind the bar (where we sat), food was superb!! Huge beer selection. I wish there was a location closer to the Albany area. I will 100% visit again when in the area.

My wife and I took a Lyft for a date night out. They were busy -- it was a Friday evening -- and we were told it would be upwards of an hour since we didn't have reservations. We pulled up to the (wonderfully stocked) bar; my spouse had a beer and I had a Bombay Sapphire on the rocks with a twist, which I mention because it was a VERY generous pour. For dinner, I opted for the wild game burger (yak) and she had the Mac and cheese (well, smoked Gouda and shells). The burger was delicious--but I had order envy all the same because when we tried each other's entree, hers was off the chart. The burger was delicious and cooked beautifully, but angels weep with envy over those shells and cheese.

GREAT GREAT GREAT place to stop for some unique, well portioned AND priced eats! Tons of taps, although we skipped the alcohol today.
A must go place if you're in niagra falls! Best food we had our entire stay!

Found this gem on google! We were visiting the area for the first time and was Ted to try something new aside from a chain restaurant. BEST food and drink menu. Holy grail of beer selection!

Have been there a few times and will go back again! The menu is packed with unusual dishes with something for everyone. The building is not too attractive on the outside, but fun and clean on the inside - all the booths are very roomy with tall backs, so you feel very private and it is not loud. Our waiter, Jordan, is knowledgeable and helpful. Food was served hot and everything was excellent. I strongly suggest reservations because it is usually busy. We are always seated right away when we have reservations. Plan on waiting over an hour on weekends if you do not have a reservation.

Okay, so this place was to die for! Very friendly and great service. The food was amazing! It was very quiet and lit perfectly! Their Surf N Turf Burger was super filling, although I had to deconstruct it to fit in my mouth! Roommate had the Caprese Chicken with smoked Gouda Mac!!! OMG is all I can say!

Absolutely in love with their deviled eggs, best I've ever had; serving sizes are big and priced appropriately. Lots of craft beer, good bartender; clean restaurant with good service. Highly recommended!

Bartenders were attentive and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere, nice place to meet a group. Didn't eat this visit, but heard others talking about the good food. I'll definitely return to try some.

We ordered 2 vegan burgers one with mushrooms and 1 w/o. I got onion rings and husband got fries. The fries were a little old but everything else was great! The server was very attentive. Portion size was plenty. I was only able to eat half. Husband ate all his food.

I went here for dinner at around 5:30pm for some grub after a suggestion from a coworker. Steve, I owe you a beer ... or a dinner. The date I came with LOVED the place almost as much as I did! It seems like at Griffin Pub they'll take regular food items, turn them on their head, and do things to them that reinforce the flavors and textures you're familiar with and also add to them in new and exciting ways. Compliment this with an impressive beer selection and you've got a fantastic night out. Take the time to go here and enjoy a rustic experience that is absolutely fun and devilishly enjoyable.

One of the best new restaurants in Niagara Falls. Too loud for intimate conversation but 50 beers on tap can make a very fun evening. Always interesting foods cooked to perfection. The first beer batter I ever had that tasted like beer.

The sweet potato fries were good. The Beef on Weck was below WNY standards. They sprinkle kimmelweck seed and kosher salt on a hamburger bun, top it with over cooked beef. I gave them 3 stars, but I would like to try their burger that I seen another table get.

And dont let the exterior deter you. The inside is tastefully decorated with a mixture of hipster married
mid evil.
