Went for Tinder Stories and was not disappointed. Fun night 8/10, would go again.

Great little bar for a quick late night hang out with friends

Super hip hotel located in one of Toronto's best food and bar neighborhoods. The hotel structure and ambiance is very unique and the space turns into a galary in the day. The rooms are comfortable but a little loud at night and can use few more extra towels. If you're looking for a unique experience in a super cool neighborhood, Gladstone is a fantastic option.

I attended a lecture at the Gladstone hotel. It was a lovely venue, well suited for lectures of that type. There was lots of comfortable seating for everyone and it was laid out well, so that everyone was able to see both the lecturer and the presentation. The service was quite good and quick. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

I attended the Come Up to My Room event with a buddy and enjoyed some very nice art installations. The place was packed, but it was definitely worth the visit. Thanks for participating in this event, your exhibit was fantastic.

Went to Gladstone for a drink in bar on a Saturday night and a rather odd barman told us we can have only one drink there as it was closing at around 1130pm. For a hotel bar it was limited in spirit selection but bar was quiet enough to chat among our party ..another bar there had loud karaoke (yawn) music which we declined to go into and left after one drink. Hotel in general is uninspiring and could do with some TLC and a makeover. Unlikely to be back there!

Events at the Gladstone are always so so so much fun. Really carved out a great space for the community, I always have a fantastic time and staff always goes above and beyond to make each visit great.

This is a morning coffee stop for me. They also have great selections for breakfast. My personal favourite is the El Completo. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Beautiful space with lots of space.

The building is amazing, the elevator is so cool! Not a big fan of the plant wall that causes water to be on the stairway. It s also in an awkward place to appreciate.
The room was small, but clean and adequate. The colours are bold, and the bathroom was a bright red, so I had nowhere to do my makeup. I ended up doing it at the edge of my bed looking into the mirror on the wall.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

REALLY need to work on their reservation system - called twice in two days to confirm a reservation with the "food and beverage manager on duty", and never received a call back. Actually had to go IN PERSON on day 3 and my phoned in reservation still wasn't there! I ended up having to make a reservation with the hostess, who typed it into the notes on her phone. Ridiculous!

Enjoyed drinks and some excellent brunch on the main floor, followed by a lovely art exhibition tour across the top 2 floors of the hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the exhibition was really enjoyable. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Went to see a band play in the bar. Venue was nice and they have good beer on tap.

Attended a special event; space was a little tight given how many people showed up (50+) but otherwise the venue was nice and intimate.

An old standard now, it is as advertised and rarely disappoints.

I absolutely love this location. They host some pretty fun events, especially the workshops that they have on Tuesday's. It can be a touch loud at times, but definitely a hip, fun location to check out!

Was only there a short time for a companies recruitment event. The facilities were nice, definitely had a classic feel, and the service at the bar was prompt.

Really nice atmosphere. Really fun karaoke nights, though pretty intimidating being on stage in front of everyone. Great venue, a little expensive.

Incredible, inviting service and gorgeous space. I feel like they picked the absolutely most perfect room for me and I can't wait to visit again and discover another beautiful, unique room unlike any other place I've ever been in. Being submerge in art everywhere was a dream come true, definitely an inspiring stay. Looking forward to visiting again soon, merci beaucoup!

Love this hotel, I stay here almost every time I'm in Toronto. Each room is uniquely designed and there's always new art exhibitions in the hallways. The food downstairs is good and karaoke nights are fun.

Unremarkable tap selection, not particularly cheap. Had to hound down a server for drinks multiple times, as well as the bill. Funky decor.

Visited for my brother's wedding! Very unique and beautiful hotel.

I was here for one of their many events during the summer and I absolutely loved it. Considering the number of people that were there, it wasn't overly crowded, which was nice, since the building itself is roomy. All the staff were very accommodating as well.

This is a great venue / event space. Several rooms allow for a nice division of the part. The main room is open concept and spacious. I like the antique style of the bars.

I am the great great granddaughter of Susanna Barnett Nixon, We visited the building 15 years ago with my father, Frederick Douglas. He would be so proud to see it today!

Cafe was great. Went there for Saturday brunch. Good food and family friendly service. Would definitely come back!

Love coming to Gladstone Hotel for CUTMR every year and seeing what different artists create

Visited Gladstone Hotel for their annual "come up to my room" experience. Really wonderful event where are you get to walk through the hotel levels and emptied hotel rooms to view art installations both in the hallways, and in the rooms themselves. Each year there are different commissioned pieces. And the artists are there standing by their work to answer any questions you might have. The main level bar at Gladstone is always lovely and quiet, while the larger restaurant bar on the right hand side always has fun events going on like drag night, karaoke, bingo etc.

Amazing food and ambiance. A must visit if you are ever in Toronto. The service was fantastic.

Beautiful place each room unique. If you are really lucky they may have an art show on while you are there and then you get to see wonderful art as you traverse the halls too and from your room... the old Elevator with its pleasant operator is beautiful to behold and ride in an active bit of history.. good food and entertainment almost every night super place to stay for the art lover and the rest of us

The ballroom is a gorgeous venue with a great atmosphere for live music.
