After 7-8 months of talking and constantly calling the Gallman group to request court at Henderson 2 apartments vents be cleaned as it is the management groups responsibility to do so. Mr.Boyer assured me he was getting quotes and there was a plan in place as Gallman responded to my other post saying. After many months of giving me the same answer about getting quotes, I received a text just a few days ago from Mr. Boyer. Saying The association thought cleaning wasn t essential as other repairs ( if it isn t cleaned and continues to be used a fire can occur). It s about to be September and I ve lost all faith in even trying to ask anymore. Please let this review sit and don t comment with a number to call, you re not fooling anyone by providing that because it literally will get you the voicemail of someone at the corporate office and no reply. My real concern is why lie to your residents for 8 months then tell them to do it themselves in the end? Can I please get an answer for this.

DO not rent from this property. ANY of them. I believed my apartment to be a nice place, however, it was NOT move in ready. I have been here for over a year and the repairs still have not been made. Galman refuses to address vandalization. It is a pandemic but the conditions of the buildings are horrible. I could go on an on about it. However, consistently, they are quick to put a note on your door for rent but not quick to make the repairs necessary to the apartment.

I would strongly advice any and everyone who is considering dealing with this rental company to run for the hills! IF you decide to sign a lease with this company make sure you read your lease very carefully, and keep every payment receipt, and when communicating with the staff, be sure that it s ALWAYS in writing, and take pictures before moving out of your unit. This is coming from a tenant of 6yrs. who had to sue them to get our 2 security deposits back, and won. These people are crafty, or thinks that they are, so beware....

Have been calling since December to get the vents cleaned so that my parents and I can stop going to the laundry mat to wash our clothes. Frank Boyer and his team have yet to get back to me and constantly say we re getting a quote or someone will get back to you we re in August which is MONTH 8 of waiting. Frank Boyer is the manager and he hasn t returned a single one of my calls!!! That s amazing

WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM FOREST STATION APARTMENTS OR ANY GALMAN GROUP PROPERTY. THEY ARE THE WORST LANDLORDS EVER. AND IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY...I WILL TELL YOU.
The did not renew my lease because of the neighborly feud started by my downstairs prejudice neighbors. I was taken to court where I was found not guilty. But was told by the Regional Manager, who is a witch of a woman that they are terminating my lease. Oh before you all comment. I consulted my awesome attorney and there is nothing I can do.

As you are well aware there has been a volatile feud between you and your neighbors that involved the police, the court systems and counselors trying to mediate. The community has been disturbed many times from the arguing and constant police involvement. After consulting with our attorney it was recommended to not get INVOLVED or show FAVORITISM and it was decided the only way to not pick sides would be to non renew both apartments. In addition we provide our residents with over 90 days notice to find a new home, I would hope that this would be sufficient notice to find a new apartment.

One thing I don t understand about The Galman Grou...

One thing I don t understand about The Galman Group is the lack of overall presence they have at their properties. Since I ve been a tenant I ve never once heard anything except for when a rent payment was late. My experience here has not been great due to constant pest issues. I haven t had a good nights sleep in months since a BAT got into my apartment. Since then, I ve had lady bugs, roaches, all kinds of bugs and it s very disheartening. Having an exterminator come is only one part of the issue because after they spray I have to clean up the dead bugs! I pay too much money to have this problem! Not to mention maintenance laid carpet over uneven floor so when I walk barefoot I can feel that the floor underneath is unfinished. Lastly you brag to tenants about not raising the rent but then implement a monthly water/sewage fee. I m counting the days until my lease is up!!
