Traded my car in Oct 2020 at the Lou Fusz Subaru S...

Traded my car in Oct 2020 at the Lou Fusz Subaru St. Peters and just received a Court Summons for that Vehicle for parking in a handicap spot Mar 2021.
I live more then 40 miles from Florissant (where the court is) and this should not be on me. I now have to take a day off of work to go to court to prove I traded in my vehicle to you guys so I don't have to pay the fine. With the gas, time and missing work, I'm easily out $250+

Please do not buy any Products from any of the Buick dealerships I bought a 2014 Buick Verono and it s a Lemon and these companies will not honor their manufacturer warranty. They will get out of doing anything for their customers. If you are Black or a female they will take advantage of you if you do not know all in the name of money. I m am very livid about my new car because it s brand new and I m already having issues with it and feel that my car will not last 10 years I regret ever buying a car from salesman Will Spencer. Do not buy GMC products. I warn you you might just receive a Lemon. They will do nothing to address your issues no good customer service.

If I could give them less than a one star I would! They re buy here pay here program is not meant to actually help anyone. I have been going back-and-forth with them for months about re-doing my pay schedule from every two weeks to twice monthly. Because of a clerical error on their part, I did not receive my Missouri title in time to title my vehicle before I was charged a fee for noncompliance by the state. They are refusing to reimburse me because of an issue that was their fault. Somehow I am behind on payments when I haven t missed a payment. They are a full on scam I would not suggest going to them.

Staff are friendly and usually fairly prompt on getting your vehicle checked in and such. If your vehicle needs to stay overnight they'll provide a loaner car at no extra charge.

Prices are kinda outrageous on some products and services. They push services they claim are necessary when they actually aren't at all according to the manufacturer. It's just to supplement their revenue stream. I don't need a fuel induction service at 30,000 miles.

Great experience! Brittany Winn is just amazing. This is the first time I have ever bought a car and truly enjoyed my experience. She went out of her way to make sure the entire process was super easy and beyond convenient. I truly felt like a VIP from our very first contact. It will be a while before I buy another car, hopefully she is still there when that happens, but in the meantime, if you are looking for a vehicle, CALL BRITTANY!!! I promise you won't regret it!

Had such a amazing experience working with everyone at Lou Fusz GMC. They were so great that while my fiance and I only went in to buy one car we ended buying two. At the beginning of the month, my wife was involved in an accident with one of their drivers. She was not at fault, he got out, gave all of his information, apologized, and went on his way. My wife called the police, but they said since no one was injured, they were not going to come out and do a report.

We then worked with the insurance company to rectify the situation. Today, we got word from their insurance company that they are NOT going to pay for the damage because it is his word versus ours. My, how the story changes, when the driver at fault lies.

I can t speak to the fact on how honest they are when they sell cars (we have only bought one car from them), or even maintain vehicles. However, if they are are dishonest and lie, I can promise you I will never feel comfortable buying another car from them. Worst part is this car that they scratched up, was one we did buy from them last year. NEVER AGAIN.
