Dean for me stood out for me from your customer service dept was very helpful and tried very hard to resolve my missing badge and tallied quickly to all my emails.

. I've also been in your silverburn store and all the staff are great always busy busy but try really hard to deliver great service .

Not even one star would I give this company. Horrendous experience - AVOID at all costs. Ordered next day delivery before the cut off time, paid the additional postage premium! Only received email next day to say it would be delivered 4 days later than expected.
Phoned Customer Services and was totally DISGUSTED by their rudeness and total lack of disregard for the customer! No apology and to be told our website has an issue, and did you not read the T s & C s well - I ordered the product before the cut off time reflected on screen which was 7pm and took a screen shot to prove it and the system charged me the additional delivery charge . Seemingly you need to be a mind reader and know their website is wrong and order by 2pm. Oh and no manager to talk to, no alternative ideas, no apology, and no refund as the product has been dispatched and refund likely to be in 14 days.
Absolutely HORRENDOUS.

Ordered for next day delivery didn't arrive phoned them got to from of line on the phone they put phone down rung them again they answered as soon ad I put the phone down they dispatched my item.

Disgusting rude staff who hang up the phone even when you ve waited 25 minutes to get through. The women was vile and my shoes cost a huge amount only to receive them with a label inside for much less. Wouldn t advise anybody to use them. Go direct to the brand!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DISHONEST. I PURCHASED A GUCCI HAT THAT WASN'T THE HAT THAT ORDERED AND DEFECTIVE. THEY AGREED TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING AND WHEN I SHIPPED IT BACK AND ASKED ABOUT THE RETURN SHIPPING THEY REFUSE TO PAY IT. IT COST ME $30 TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM THAT I AM OUT OF. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY BARELY RESPOND AND IF YOURE IN THE US DEFINITELY DONT BUY FROM HERE.

DO NOT USE FLANNELS PLEASE AVOID!!! ORDERED CLOTHES FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BUT NOW 3 DAYS LATER THE WHOLE ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED. IT CAME IN BITS AND PIECES, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD THEY DO NOT HAVE TELEPHONE NUMBER!!!

If there were a 0 star option I would give it...

Order was placed on Monday 10/06 - order was then split into two halves without any notification. Partial order was delivered on 13/06 and the other to be delivered on 17/06... a week for delivery in this day and age, ridiculous.

To add insult to injury the shoes that were sent to me on 13/06 are two different colours!

So much for being a high end fashion retailer. Better off sticking to Tessuti or another designer retailer.

You can tell this company is owned by Sports Direct.

My son purchased a Versace sweatshirt for his 18th birthday and wore it once out for dinner. A hole was noticed around the collar the next day and garment was returned. Very shifting deemed not a manufacturer fault . Will never spend money with this amateur company again. Very dissatisfied

They are Not willing to give alternative options now I have to wait nearly 4 weeks to collect my order from my local store!!
Do not bother contacting them if you requirw help !!
