The Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv Review

Good hotel but there are shortcomings in the toilet, very worn out napkin holders. I hope I helped with my comment, indicating the person responsible for the problem. But I put five, everything else is ok.

Good service. Convenient location. Fast speed free wifi.

Stayed in the hotel for over 10 days.

The good:
-fancy hotel
-room cleaning twice a day
-shampoos, shower gel & co was provided and refilled daily
-big rooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub
-lots of breakfast options

The bad:
-room window was old and because outside is a crowded street the room was filled with unwanted noise all the time
-Water in the bathtub was rusty, couldn't bath and couldn't be fixed
-cleaning lady threw away my medication pills from the table - randomly. Twice.
-group ordered food was never correct. There was either food forgotten, mixed up or just incorrect number of portions. Coke was always server warm.

The ugly:
For the price and the name, the expectations and standards are high. Being told "yeah, but this is a Fairmont in Ukraine" is unprofessional

There were no rooms. But what I saw in the foyers, the corridors, the conference hall is really tedious attention.

Basic rooms r Super spacious with ezcellent service. Spic n span. Food is amazing and staff are well trained. One of the best I hv stayed.
Also some rooms hv balcony if u dnt like 2 smoke indoors.
And its located in town. Walkin distance to Buddha Bar.
Even a beautfully stacked Liquor Store is available right adjacent to the Hotel.
Marvellous strategy. Open till 10PM and the owner is very sweet.

We are planning to fly to Kiev for a couple of days. We will have the first appointment in the reproductive clinic. We have chosen this hotel. We liked it. And we booked it in advance. When we were talking with the manager of the reproductive clinic, we have known, this clinic itself provides housing for its clients in the city. We will know it in the future. We hope that we like this hotel and everything will be ok. It is at the European level. We are impressed that this is possible in this country. We did not expect this. It was the event MUM MikroTik 08.06.18. Despite the huge number of visitors (over 500 people) and the crowded room, it did not feel crowded and queues at points of supply of tea and coffee. Also there were enough tables and attendants. In the conference hall, the WiFi service worked fine. The hotel itself and the level of service has left only positive emotions - a beautiful interior and professional staff!

Loved the ambience and the staff. Different Hall room have different color shade and theme which is very beautiful and have eye soothing contrast. The staffs are very helpful and most importantly they can speak in good english. The location is in the heart of Kiev and you get everything within very short distance. I just loved my stay here. You should without any doubt pick this hotel.

If you are lucky and the room will be with the exit to the terrace - you can admire the view of the Separation. I really liked the hotel, the staff is polite, competent, helpful, the room is clean, fresh, everything works perfectly, very comfortable, really a 5 star hotel. Check-in and check-out went quickly and without any problems, the price was completely arranged for such a comfortable room. Be sure to rent a room here if necessary.

I was looking for a good quality hotel in Kiev and finally chose this one. I was not disappointed. One small issue still: My MacBook computer didn't want to connect to a local Wi-Fi network. Other than that it's a very good hotel.

Good hotel. Spacious room, good breakfast and excellent location. Stayed from July 30 to August 2. In mid-December, I plan a week-long business trip to Kiev and again consider Fairmont.

The hotel is amazing in any respect, amenities and the room better than Hyatt and Hilton. Too bad there was significant construction going on during our visit. Not worth staying there if the construction is still ongoing.

Just a great place to stay in Kiev, the hotel is located next to the waterfront.
