Great rooms with all you need. Quiet and private to the courtyard or with wonderful views, if that's your thing. True 5 star comfort including continental beds. Bathrooms with tub and walk in shower. Definitely one of my favourite hotels. Cozy bar where smoking is allowed. Attentive, professional service from all staff and good food 24/7. A full service hotel not to be missed when staying in Kiev.

Excellent hotel. Nice rooms. Excellent cuisine and varied menu, tasty and satisfying. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was at various events that were held here, always everything is at the highest level.

Bucking was for our UK customers. All were satisfied. Very nice and cozy bar. The attendants are trained, which is not surprising for a hotel of this level and name.

I was a bit surprised by the style of conference room - kind of flashback into the past, but not in a positive sense. Still, it s new and situated in a nice place. However, the traffic is rather complicated there.

Expensive, high-quality and cool hotel. The rooms are large and mega comfortable.

A well-located hotel. Near the metro station, the embankment, the old part of the city - Podol, and the funicular railway will take you directly to St. Michael s Square, St. Michael s Cathedral. From here it is close to St. Sophia Cathedral. Going down is not difficult and you will fall into the heart of Kiev - Khreshchatyk. And all this on foot! The hotel itself is cozy, bright, exquisite crystal chandeliers, mahogany. Comfortable rooms for conferences, watching presentations, movies. Guests love to come back again and again.

He has been to the hotel several times at various events, but only recently learned that the hotel has an underground parking lot (check in from the waterfront near the central entrance). There are usually places there.

The hotel is very well managed and and the staff are so helpful the food is exceptionally tasty and fresh all the time cleanness is a spot on and is located in a prime area with access to metro and shops and close to the city center . Overall the Hotel is top notch and If you are traveling to Kiev this Hotel should be your first choice . a pleasant place indeed.

Friendly staff, everything neat, clean, tasty, comfortable. There were only two minuses, I did not like the smell of the freshener in the hall, too sour and sweet, it was bad to walk past. And the massage, ordered was strong, deep, and I just stroked. While my husband was at the highest level. I did not understand this, it was not nice. And in general the hotel recommend!

My favorite hotel in Kiev for perfect service, large room and the view! The Fairmont is located in upscale Podil and you can walk to many restaurants on the pedestrian backside street, take the tube or the funicular to avoid the traffic jam.
