IF you want low class people to work on your vehicle call this eureka cheaters, I had called em to install few windshields and they f everything up.

I don t recommend this glass shop. I bought a new windshield here and moments after driving it cracked again. Could of been bad luck, but the glass seem like cheap quality. On top of that, the rear view mirror was wobbly as heck. The owner told me to return so they fixed the crack with glue, which was cool and worked out well.

But now since they fixed the wobbly mirror, my wiper sensor does not work. Problem after problem. I give two stars because the owner was cool and didn t refuse to fix the crack.

Had my front windshield, mirror and driver window motor fixed. Autozone gave a damaged mirror they gave me a mirror at no charge fixed my driver window motor and fixed the latch so I can get out the car. They did all the work in less than an hour and I was a walk in. The staff was nice and respectable and it was clean in the waiting room.

Best price here buy here pay here you could be in and out in less than an hour

IF you don't want to wait 6 hours don't bother calling this place very rude would not recommend it

I did give a 5 star originally but after a bad experience I changed it. Had a windshield installed an after leaving I hear it move when i hit bumps and air when I am on the freeway. They told me it's not their fault and did not help. Great prices but not always great work.

It's was a good and clean job as far as price no one can beat their prices. As for those ppl leaving those bad reviews u guys r crazy go to safelite or whoever they are most likely double and tell u wait for few days where they do the job on the spot get u in and out with an hour thank you guys

Wow! So fast and professional. They replaced my windshield on my semi truck for negative time! For only $150! Then all day I asking myself How is that possible? And my glibness stays open for a few hours! God bless them!

Took my lexus suv for a windshield replacement. They could not figure out the basics . Went back after a week because of the loud whistling noise from the windshield, they would not even do anything about it and told me to drive two weeks more until the
Windshield settles down. Went to another glass shop and found out that the fitting was not installed correctly . Now having it all replaced and will definitely dispute this . There isnt any customer service . Front desk guy very rude !

Nasty after market service and impolite ppl.
I believe the fair price is due to none genuine parts.
Tried them once and never again.

There was an old punk worker who was running his mouth all the time.
He was refusing to correct his mistakes.
The owner refused too.

This place is awesome. Its like a 'fast food' service for windshield repair. They will have you in and out in 30-45 minutes.

Mind you, their prices are by far the lowest that I have found. Have gotten windshield replaced twice now and the results were great. FYI, They take credit card or cash.

Horrible customer service, if i could give 0 stars i would have....i took my car over there, they end up charging me top dollar for flippin glue...then whrn it unhinges n i complain...the owner tries to pin it on me and then hangs up in my face. Dont ever stop by this business

Worst business experience ever!! owner is tremendously rude and unprofessional. garbage business garbage attitude. scratched vehicle while working leaves glass all over interior. rips seats from tools in back pocket. after contacting the owner and let him no whats going on he said to F my self and hung up on me. if you want your vehicle destroyed call these people

Place got the job done. My glass is still on my car. Other than that, the quality seems to be mediocre. The glass itself is genuine. The car dash was dirty after the install. My A pillar cover fell off a few days later as it was not installed correctly.

best place ever. satellite told me $500 for my windshield and Eureka auto glass put same windshield for $120 with life time warranty.

He thinks all the windshields are made the same. I called to get a quote for a windshield replacement for Dodge Viper as my friend works down the street from here.

I told the guy I was willing to pay more for a quality windshield. He then started lecturing me how all windshields are the same...only because all he had was super thin Chinese windshields for any car.

"My brother, my brother"..last time i checked I didn't even know your name. How did we become brothers?
He also gives life lessons to someone with a university degree.. yet he looks like he hasn't showered in weeks

Be warned stay away from this shop. They are very messy and unethical. They installed new winshield but cracked inside of my vehicle moldings. WhenI contacted owner he told me to F myself and hung up. I had credit card company reverse the credit card charge.

Was very fast at replacing my windshield but could work on customer service a little bit more. The tech was great the guy in office (assuming owner) seemed very unhappy

WORST WORST WORST Customer service EVER! I would NEVER ever recommend them to anyone. Surprised they are even in business.

Called in to see if they had openings and was able to come right in, my driver window was fixed fairly quick, I just sat and read on my phone, people we being good about distance and masks. The fix is working great and I'm very happy.

I wish I could leave less then one star! My husband and I have given business to them with our hard earned money in return got nothing but problems! So if you don't like wasting your time and money please go elsewhere! We had our car windshield replaced and was satisfied with the work, so week later decided to have our truck windshield replaced and that was the mistake..... 2 guys came out to do the work which were not the original 2 guys but no big deal they changed the windshield and left, everything seemed to be OK until a few days later it rained and water was coming in then once you hit a certain speed in the vehicle you could hear wind whistling through the seal. We contacted them about the issues and they sent 2 more guys out that would "fix" the problem, well they got the water to stop coming in but the whistling was still there. My husband called and talked to the owner which the owner refused to send out anyone and told us we have to bring the vehicle there if we want it to be looked at. From where the vehicle was to their establishment was a hour away, however, since we needed this addressed because it is so loud and ear piercing we took the vehicle to them, well after about a hour they said they found the air leak and sealed it and we should have no more problems, so crossing our fingers we left. (while we were there we witnessed the owner yelling at a customer and then after getting off the phone was telling his workers about it and saying horrible things about his customer. Found this to be so unprofessional just like refusing to take care of us and making us drive there when it wasn't something we did) we left and as soon as we got back onto the freeway the high pitched whistling was still there......nothing had changed, so frustrated we decided we didn't want them touching our vehicle any more and we would have a different company just fix the problem! So definitely not happy to have to take extra time and money to fix this issue when it should never of been a issue in the first place.

Very Professional , I ve been coming to this shop for more than 10 years The shop is very neat and clean and the owner Bobby is very polite and answered all my questions and gave me decent price I was able to get my windshield replaced quickly and the technician who replaced my windshield Hassan was very friendly and honest showed up on time and did great clean job. My windshield has condensation sensor and he put the right one I honestly wouldn t go anywhere else I would highly recommend Eureka Auto Glass to everyone!!!!

I currently own a repair shop in Livonia and have used Eureka auto glass since I opened 8 1/2 years ago. they have replaced at least 200 windshields for me. I have never had to call for any workmanship issues. A+ job every time.....Leo

I've been here 3 or 4 times...these guys are sloppy, they break other parts because they are so careless, or who knows, maybe they want you to go back and have to get what THEY broke fixed again...thats exactly what they did to me...three times!! Never again!!

Disrespectful is an understatement!! We have done alot of business with Eureka and got treated like morons that don't understand English apparently. I don't want to define "appointment " but the "OWNER"(he wouldn't give his name) didn't want to hear it, he just wants to talk over u. If u choose to do business with this establishment..... good luck!!!!

Quick and priced reasonably. Got me in and out in a half an hour for my front windshield. Very reasonably priced compared to competitors and would recommend.

Went there today first time for new window repair. Great price and fast service! (There is one thing though, on my window there is some sticky substance about 2 inches long. It is probably their manufacturer label they took off. If it was on the side it would be okay, but it is right where you look out the window when you drive).

Shabby work, guys came out and did my 2015 Yukon, scratched my dash board, scratched the A pillars, then when I went to them they looked at me and said "that's it" we can paint the gauges and scratches on the plastic and dashboard. Sorry, brand new car, replace the parts not jerry-rig them. Needless to say, never again.

I toke my car to eureka auto glass they gave me and amazing deal and the had my glass in stock. Recommend for everyone.

Eureka auto glass was at my office within an hour, they did an excellent repair. Surprisingly they vacuumed my vehicle Clean. Great job!!

Was skeptical of service because of reviews and appearance and location of shop. Made them give me paperwork first before I let them work on my car. My car has a condensation sensor in the windshield. I didn t think he would put the right windshield in because the price was a couple hundred dollars lower than any where else s price. So far can t tell any difference in glass and happy with their service.

Bad business owner.. Bob is the worst guy to talk too and when you cant hear him he get mad.. I found out from other businesses and im not saying no name but they used cheap glass... The price that he give you is a good deal but its NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.. Its better to pay 10-20 dollars for better quaity.....

The Manager Sal is very unprofessional, I call to confirm the price he quoted me and he curses at me loudly with aggression... for what? If we have miscommunication concerning price let s have a conversation about it.
