Disrespectful, rude, MONEY HUNGRY! THEY BROKE MY DOOR! Took my 2008 ford explorer needed a new driver side window. Costs usually 45 bucks instead they charged me $110.00 and BROKE MY WINDOW SWITCH!! THEY DON"T SPEAK ENGLISH THAT WELL. The man who collects the money is a scammer and tried to say i came in with a broken switch. When he was just sitting in his office whole time and did not even look at my car. TOOK 4 "mechanics" to take apart my door to install the glass. NEVER GOING BACK!

Omg!!! If I could give this place a zero I would. The owner is very unprofessional!! I didn't personally visit the location but my husband is an owner operator. He had some glass work done today that caused additional damage to another part of his truck. I was on the phone while the owner was doing a follow up to his experience with one of the employees. My husband remained calm and professional on the phone while the owner was yelling, cursing, and blaming him for something that the employee broke. The owner was yelling and over-talking my husband, I could longer stay quiet after he said "go f*** yourself." What type of owner is this??? How do you stay in business talking to customers in this manner??? I have never experienced this type of disrespect. My husband and I will never spend another dollar at this establishment. We will tell anyone that listens how unprofessional and rude the owner is and never do business here.

We use these guys for my shop fairly regularly when customers need a windshield. Good price. Usually there within a couple hours and gone in about 20.

The owner Bobby is the worst manager. I can t believe this guy runs a business. He can t even speak English. Don t go to this place. I promise you will be sorry. Read the reviews at the bottom. These good reviews are fake.

Expensive. they ask me to bring the car to their shop to replace a cracked windshield.i got same price from other company who offered me house service and saved me a trip to the shop .customer service was good .and they do answer the phone. so other than price high for in store service compared to same price for house service .that only thing to be taking in consideration.

Took my mom's car in for the windshield....great price...very fast service on short notice....highly recommend...

I went there from a referral and they replaced my windshield and a very good price and Bobby that works there and took care of us,,is a very nice man and everyone that works there were also polite,,thank you I will recommend your place!!!

Broke my windshield arm blade & wiper & tried to pretend like I did when I used them the night prior. 01-11-2019 EDIT : After readijg the response from the owner I followed his instructions and sent him an email, NEVER got back with me just was putting on a facad for Google.

They came out. Installed windshield and we're in such a hurry that they don't even pick up after them selves... This is the second time this happened. . The first time they said our mistake so I ignored it.. Gave them a second chance and they did the same thing again. Leave there trash laying around. ..

They replace the glass in my semi truck. The worker push the glass out of my semi truck with his feet.. the windshield fell out of truck on to my motor and subsequently knocked my antenna for my CB off of my side mirror which the door was open because the worker was in my truck... I called Eureka Auto Glass to explain what happened because it didn't actually fall off until I got on the freeway the worker tried to put it on but he must have didn't tighten it up and when I got on the freeway and fell off so I called them and I told them what transpired the man who answered the phone cursed me out and told me he's not responsible although my antenna was attached and tight and working when I got there when I left it was damaged don't go to this place go to Motor City Auto Glass on Livernois

Had a small issue after the install and Eureka took care of it. Great price and quick install. Will use them again..

Forever my choice!

I was happy with them until last time I dropped the car for windshield replacement and it charged me more when was done. Make sure you either pay ahead or you get some proof on the price agreed.

I had most of my car people on Facebook mentioning eureka more than 20 times. Gave them a try & it is legit ! Love the customer service and they put you on the road in less than 30 min !

Very terrible business. I called them to fix my windshield on one of my cars. You have to be very careful with these people. I noticed a crack on another one of my other cars that I never had before I called them. There are two people that show up one to fix the windshield and the other to break it. Be careful.

Got fired for attending a funeral the "money collector" Bobby likes to talk to everyone like their stupid then gets mad when you don't understand him. Extremely rude and self righteous. If you need windows done cheap and fast there's a place on dix near central that does them half the price and no where near as rude. Would not recommend getting any work done here for the simple fact he will disrespect you and talk down to you. Plus he admitted to the other staff he likes to charge double that way he can pocket more $$ for himself.

My new go to shop for Glass. Stopped by the shop in Detroit. They were quick and nice. Great job and cleaned up all the glass afterward!

Amazing upstanding guys fixed my window in under 10 minutes and they charged less than anyone in the area.

After the Windshield replacement, Lane departure warning system does not function, wind deflector is not closing, Sun-visor clips broken (both), Sensor cover on the windshield broken, connector inside the windshield sensor box is broken. Never going back. I would rather spend the extra money to fix the problems they've cause somewhere else.

Great and affordable place. New models or old models they have glass for all . I damaged a customer windshield by accident on a 2020 Trail Blazers . They replaced it quickly , clean and efficient.

i cant imagine Eureka Auto glass giving bad service. i have had all my replacement windshield on more than five vehicles over the years seviced by them. The last time i went there they offered me coffee and they completed the job in less than an hour.

Eureka Auto Glass was professional, prompt, and efficient. They showed up on time and had our windshield replaced in under a half hour. The technicians who performed the replacement were friendly and answered any questions I had. Their prices also cannot be beat. I contacted several places for quotes before going with Eureka Auto Glass and they beat every quote by at least $100 and they did not charge anymore than I was originally quoted for mobile service.
