Envoy is a killer app for visitor management, registration, and document signing. The app they produce is clean, easy to use, and well made. Support staff is excellent, as they are quickly responsive, and knowledgable of their product. They want to listen to customers, and take feedback that is quickly iterated into their product. The app can be branded to your companies image quickly and easily. They offer an API that is excellent, and feature complete for anything you could want to do. Paid tiers are feature complete, but the free tier is excellent too.

Game Changing Product! Envoy takes the focus on the mad scramble to sign my guest in, track down, and alert their host and lets me focus on greeting my guest and making them comfortable. It makes sure each visitor signs our NDA and frees up my time to have a chat with the guest when appropriate without the added distraction of trying to herd cats. Envoy constantly adds integrations and tool sets that are valuable to my use case.

Envoy is an amazing app that has helped redefine my company's check-in process. It has also eliminated the need for an employee to sit at the front desk, which is great. The check-in process is simple, as is having guests sign an NDA (which they can do through the app). When a host sets up a meeting, it also sends the guests driving directions, parking instructions and check-in information. I have also had several great experiences with customer support.

We used our user database to populate our Envoy system. It was quick and slick. Any issues were identified and fixed quickly.

Envoy has completely streamlined our guest registration process. No long do we need to have a person sitting up front to greet individuals. Envoy advises us when our guests arrive, and provides them copies of their NDA's upon departure. We love it.
