The park was much too crowded on Wed. 10/7. The park employees are making a good effort to clean everything, but people do not distance themselves as they should. Ride wait times were inaccurate, it took the entire day to get on 4 rides, and during all those hours waiting in line people were inches away from us, some of them with masks and many without masks.

I've been 2 times in the last week and half, 1st to see the beautiful pumpkin fall displays, and 2nd to just enjoy the shows. The fall/pumpkin decorations were absolutely amazing! Looking forward to the Christmas decor!

It's always a great day. Cost small fortune to take everyone They should have a shaded picnic area like six flags for those we can't afford to buy the drinks and food. I'm sure people would pay few bucks to park in a picnic area

We visited with our 5 year old today and had a wonderful visit! I like the centralized height check in so knew which rides she could ride and didn't have to check once at the ride. We rode everything she could ride and used the parent swap on the other rides. The park was clean and everyone who worked there were friendly and helpful! We look forward to visiting again one day.

I've been to Dollywood so many times. Over 15 years of visiting and it always reminds me of the culture of the country. I absolutely love going, rides and attractions are fun and the Philly steak kiosks will have your mouth watering a mile away

If you don't try the frozen lemonade, did you even go ? Lol

This was really better than I thought it would be. We had a very good time. We only went Monday, but I could see spending several days in the park. The atmosphere is more like a state fair than it is money-grabbing amusement park. The Coasters were good as well as some of the other rides, but oddly enough with sticks that my mind is the bird show. It was a really good animal presentation. Seriously I'm not a huge rides guy, but I did enjoy a couple and they were very good too.

We just visited and it was truly amazing. There were hardly any waits in the lines for the rides. The food is really great, and so is the entertainment. Sadly you can t do Dollywood in one day though. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. There is something for everyone. Thrilling rides, fun entertainment, Museums and more! It s an experience everyone should have!

I have been waiting my entire life to visit Dollyw...

I have been waiting my entire life to visit Dollywood. We drove up from Florida and it was a huge disappointment. I don t mind the mask enforcement, in fact, it gave us peace of mind during our trip, but the park was difficult to get around. We downloaded the app for the map and wait times, which was a waste of time. We understood that this was a smaller park with some older rides but, as a major Dolly fan, I was just excited to be be there. All the best rides were closed, there was nothing noted in the website or the app for these unexpected closures. All the rides we wanted on weren t available, we would only find out when we walked up to them individually. And there were no wait times posted, not on the app (the reason we downloaded it) and not at the rides themselves. It made the day impossible to plan as we are not familiar with this park at all so we were relying on the wait times to plan they day as my partner and I cannot ride the same types of rides together. The big attraction for me was the train and I didn t get to ride that. There was a line to wait in for another line to wait an extra hour for the train. That s right, you wait in line to wait in another line that takes one hour to load you. Also, it was confusing to even walk around the park. Even with the map we got very lost. We did board our dog for the day and the ladies in Doggywood were very nice. Just a note if you board you dog: to check up on them or walk them you ll need to exit through the turnstiles and let them know you re going to Doggywood. You ll have to do the same when you exit for the day. No one there told us. There is just one main exit that you can t really use if you have a dog. This was a huge disappointment and the biggest waste of money, but we thought with Covid and school back in session we would have more time to enjoy the park but it was still packed with people tearing their masks off and being irresponsible and the park was extremely disorganized. I don t know if we ll ever try this again. I m so sorry Dolly, I really wanted to love this park.

Water fountains closed. Should be selling bottled water all over the park in this 90 degree heat. Had hard time finding water for sale and had to wait in restaurant lines with people ordering food just to get water. No maps. Had to download app with terrible hard to read maps. Hard go navigate parking lot with non existent signage. Overall bad logistics throughout park.

Love every moment.

Love every moment.

This park is awesome and we had a great time. Although it rained while we were there we still had lots of fun. Plus, we got a good discount on our tickets at the entrance. That being said, 1 day tickets are normally $75 each so come early and stay pretty late to get your money's worth.

This is one of my favorite theme parks I ve visited. I went during the fall, and, with all the leaves changing colors, the scenery was breathtaking. The park as a whole has a very unique atmosphere to it that I absolutely loved. The rides were great as well, and Lightning Rod is still the best roller coaster I ve ever ridden to this day. Of all the parks I ve visited, this is one that I most want to go back to someday.

It's just a wonderful place, the grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and the owner, well what can anyone say I've never heard a bad thing about her, I would love to meet her some day. So who wouldn't want to support this place with Dolly at the helm .

Dollywood theme park, is a great place for the entire family.
The lines are super long, on the weekends.
They have great food, served hot and fresh in front of you.
Like most amusement parks, the food and drinks cost a little extra.
My son loved, all the water rides and the eagle nest.
Take a water proof camera, so your pictures want get ruin.
We went on a water ride, and my camera and cell phone got wet.
I have been taking both of my two son's to Dollywood for years.
And I lost all the pictures, I took that day next time I will have a water proof cover for my camera and cell phone

good points, got in half an hour early on our pass so I could see my birds of prey show. That was a big bonus. The Halloween lights were fantastic as well as all the Halloween decorations. Lots of bathrooms that were reasonably clean. Short lines at the rides in the late afternoon. The bad points, people not Social distancing, at least 50% or more Nor wearing Masks after dark or wearing them improperly. The train had too limited of passengers so couldn't ride that. Rides got long with the last couple hours. Getting out of park took approximately a half an hour with waiting in line to get the shuttle. Leaving the park at 8:35, out by 9:05pm.

Childhood memories abound. It's gotten VERY pricey. $12 per car to park is absolutely ridiculous. But it is a blast, and they offer things like Sevier county days for the locals, and if you get a day pass and go in after 3, the next day is free. The Christmas festivities and the fall craftsman festival are pretty awesome. The festival of nations is another neat time to go.

I was totally and unexpectedly blown away by Dollywood! I m from California, and was used to having 3 of the 10 best theme parks in the nation in my backyard. So, I came to Dollywood with low expectations. Needless to say, this is now one of my favorite theme parks. Dollywood is very well laid out. It carries on the turn-of-the-century, wild west feel throughout the park, yet still manages to pull off having smaller distinct areas with their own unique themes. The staff was friendly and the restrooms clean. The rides were expertly designed and highly themed wherever possible. We visited on a hot day, so we especially appreciated the complimentary cups of water at each concession stand. I d come again the first chance I get.

Since the age of a child, Dollywood has been a family tradition, a wonderful, exciting and magical place where only my greatest childhood memories have been kept. We visited at least once a year, every year, and if luck proven us worthy, more than once a year. I have had the honor and privilege of not only watching the park grow into the park it is today, but to become part of the park in a past position, which I had held while within the Dollywood Family. Between the awesome work staff, who honestly love the park and the family they have been brought into. The park has been both a childhood dream, memory and an adult dream come true. I hold on true to the memories of both. To the hard and dedicated workers of the park, I miss you guys, while I know each and everyone of you are still hard at work making memories worth repeating. To the security team, words are hard to describe exactly how much I miss all of you. Your a family in all of it's own, and a family that's extremely hard to find. Wishing you all the best in everything you do. Thanks for the great memories, and the memories which my family and I will keep repeating.

Heard lightning rod will be closed for the remainder of the season. That is a huge disappointment. Other rides were closed as well when I last visited. Tickets need to be way cheaper if half the park is going to be closed lol. Cedar point is wayyyy better with more rides and the tickets are half the price of dollywood tickets. Will not be returning.

We love dollywood! If you have season passes you may want to get the $75 picture card you get all your pictures throughout the park for your entire family on the card all season long. This includes roller coasters, the train, Easter bunny, any events going on and Splash Country. Well worth the price and I wish we had been told sooner!

They arent running any indoor shows and only one sitdown restaurant in the park is open with a 2 hour wait. Rides are only using a limited capacity due to covid so wait times are ridiculous. They are still charging full price but offering way less of an experience. Not cool

My daughters first time visiting Dollywood and it could not have been better. We waited for school to start in Tennessee which played to our advantage. The lines were short so the rides came frequently. We rode almost everything in the park from kiddie area to the adult rides. My girls are tall enough to ride them all. The only one that gave us an issue was the Mysterious Mine, we were not expecting the ride to be so 90 degree angled jump! But that didn't stop us from having a full day of fun nor keep.us from coming back

Great park, excellent coasters (when some nerd isnt puking on them) I was here 2 years ago and its unreal how much larger it is. The new section is great and the water park is huge. The park is clean and they are very friendly. The app is great for keeping track of ride times. The fast pass was sweet.
