I been going here for years all my life & they act like they are oh so busy smh ( they not ) I'm so done with them I can't even do a walk in & I be coming for years so unprofessional

The dimock detox is the worst,,,it's not what it use to be and if ur looking for recovery that's definitely not the place,,sum of the staff is cool but then You have staff like "Jessica " that's on a straight power trip brings her personal problems to work and takes it out on the very ppl seeking help...the food is awful and there's no activities they treat u like a straight junkie instead of a human being u will notice they always have availability...there definitely everyone's last choice....if ur looking for help or a better life this definitely isn't the place to go...thumbs down,middle fingers up

Horrible, it is a tremendous problem to communicate with adult medicine ... they do not answer and when they answer they send you to extensions to talk to your primary team which are never answered and if you leave a message they never return ... you have to spend a whole day calling and explaining to the desk front so that SOMEONE can feel sorry and channel the call .... in my experience with my parents of legal age, it is very, very frequent to go through these bad processes ... it has always been like this, it is not because now there is the covid19 .... also the doctors are different, in one call you have a doctor and for the next they tell you that it is someone else ... hopefully and this can change Soon.

I would have given a 0 , but they forced us to give a 1. Since ive been going here for about 6 years i have switch doctors 4 times because the Doctors keep quitting. And recentley my perscription was not filled in time, i waited 5 days after it was gone, they said it was a break down in communication. Its the only job the person in charge has to do on a daily basis, and they forgot. the nurse partioners (NP) they suck and they switch out every so often, usually within about 6-8 months. If you go here try real hard not to form a relationship with your Doctor or NP they never last. I asked why dont the Doctors and NP last? They said to me "on the down low" its because of the pay. They dont want to pay the people right. And trust me when i tell you they treat you like they are not getting paid either.

I have been going since 2010, & I am on my 4th resident Dr. The only thing that's consistent is my nutritionist. I don't trust them at all anymore.

Been calling to make my child appointment was on hold for 40 minuets, now that I m at the appointment, no one is here and staff is just socializing , I called the front to see what there doing when they put me on hold , so I called secretly the front desk , they answered & I got it for pput me on hold and started conversatating with each other , very unprofessional

My husband, eye doctor is here, but I find the people in the optical shop; very unfriendly. Will not get any of mine business.

Place really really sucks all around...Dr.Patterson didn't believe me when I told him that I had been taking klotipin because they don't show on their drug test...four days later I had 4 seizures at the facility

Place is a joke of lazy staff that would rather be on there personal phones then provide proper care for people looking for help. State should shut them down. Period.

I switched PCPs and came in for my first visit. They did my intake on a napkin (literally - because they didn't have any paper) & did a guesstimate of my height/weight. To be honest, it was super ghetto but the MAs and Dr were all friendly enough. I'll probably switch PCPs again based off this experience but I'll still give them 3 stars

Very nice people, great place to bring your family.
