Beautiful piece of architecture at great triangulated location to give best view of facade.
Visited the Daily Bugle and got a chance to chat with a rep named Peter. Good guy, seems to know his stuff and always has his camera with him.
Very impressive building that you should have seen when visiting NY.
It's a nice , friendly , and very urban neighborhood
what a cool building to check out. it's quite fascinating really. if you're in the area definitely go check it out.
I don't get tired of seeing it, both the building and the clock ... I loved it
In my opinion, the most beautiful building in New York
Lots of stuff around this area, very uneasy parking
A favorite of mine to photograph and a Sprint Store on the ground floor.

Mandatory stop on Broadway.
Perfect example of the birth of skyscrapers.
A space is set up to appreciate this superb "Iron"
Well-known from film and television. Easy to reach.
A lot of people getting pictures, but totally understandable. Strangest looking building. Very well designed, but I don't think I would want to work or live in there with all the traffic.
The Flatiron Building is one of the most recognizable and photographed buildings in Manhattan. It's been popularized in films and advertisments over the decades and therefore has become an icon. Get great photos early in the morning or in the midst of a bustling afternoon.
The Flatiron District is a very charming region of the city, with shops, restaurants and an incredible view of the Empire State Building !!!
This us the iconic Flatiron building Manhattan NY. it's a very interesting architectural building with a unique shape. Be sure to visit here and see how it stands out among the surrounding place.
It's very iconic, unfortunately while I was there it was under construction .
The iconic building is one of the most popular photo hotspot in the city.
Such a NY classic! I love to photograph this building!
The most iconic building in the city, very popular for its iconic old plate shape, Enjoy the city !!!
Amazing building, I only regret not having had much time available to admire it as it deserves. First skyscraper in chronological order, I believe in 1902, now small compared to its giant "nephews", but with an elegance that many of its successors dream of. And that triangular shape that leaves amazed for over a hundred years. Highly recommended to see.

originally the Fuller Building,it is named from its ressemblance to a cast iron clothes iron. This is a triangular 22-story,285-foot (86.9 m) tall steel-framed landmarked building located at 175 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District neighborhood of borough of Manhattan, New York City. Upon completion in 1902, it was one of the tallest buildings in the city at 20 floors high and one of only two "skyscrapers" north of 14th Street the other being the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower, one block east. The building sits on a triangular block formed by Fifth Avenue, Broadway, and East 22nd Street where the building's 87-foot (27 m) back end is located with East 23rd Street grazing the triangle's northern (uptown) peak.
Flatiron Building in a famous luxurious 5 av Manhattan
Really beautiful and elegant building ~super sharp lol ! It s a nice building but not really wealthy to come here just for this
It is a building with a lot of personality that becomes an iconographic point for its architecture.
It is a building with a lot of personality that becomes an iconographic point for its architecture.
It is very original it is more beautiful to see it there than per photo
Very beautiful park for its small size, a lot of bench to sit and appreciate the traffic and the landscapes, several possibilities to fill the belly in the surroundings of which eataly which is immense and which gathers the Italian specialties, and a shake shack in the park itself
Classical architecture, there will be a holiday food market on weekends, a lot of people!
My favourite area in NYC. Love looking at the iconic Flat Iron! Not as busy as other areas of the city. A couple of great places nearby for coffee, breakfast etc plus Madison Square Park across the road to relax.
Because it was my daughter's dream to see him "in real life"
Being refurbished atm so can't get your best photos but my wife wants to always see it while we are in NYC
Incredible view and lots of space to sit down and enjoy New York
Nice place is a condominium a blocks from the empire state so you can visit the two.
The Flatiron Building, also known as "La Plancha" (The Iron) is another of the iconic buildings in New York City. Originally called Fuller Building, in 1902, when it was built, the principal architect was Daniel Burnham, also John Wellborn. It measures 87 m of elevation. I recommend taking a picture from the side of the avenue where it is on the corner, its chamfer is beautiful, take some distance because with the height that it is difficult for the photo to come out well, hundreds of people passing by there will put it a little more complicated. It is very beautiful, it is neo-Gothic. The most comfortable way to get around the center is also usually the subway, although as it was designed to go from South Manhattan to the North, it has strong deficits to move from one side to the other, east west, west east. I recommend you go see it
Great place to take pictures - night or day. We went at night and it was packed with tourists and New Yorkers. There was an art display across the road and a string quartet playing live music.
New York is the center of the world, culture is breathed through all its streets and the New York community is so diverse that you can get to know all the cultures of the world in that city, let alone the nightlife. Nightclubs, theaters, museums, fashion stores. It only takes time and money to get to know New York
A way walk down 5th avenue, and you're in a pretty nice part of town, lots to do and see including the Flatiron, which is very iconic.
I worked in this building for one and a half years as a teenager on one of the upper floors in 1977. It was for St. Martin's Press Publishing Co. Between the small park across the street for a quick lunch to the famous cigar shop on ground level to the window across my desk overlooking Manhattan, I have good memories that are hard to forget. Time flies, doesn't it?
Unique looking building especially when compared to the many skyscrapers. Located in an area where you can also see the empire states building, there is ample seating in the area so you can sit and watch the world go past.
