Had a blast. Loved live concerts and zipline. My daughter first adult visit. We had a blast.
Had a blast. Loved live concerts and zipline. My daughter first adult visit. We had a blast.
Good hotel located Fremont Street, it has a McDonalds inside.
Great place to gamble. Tables have minimum $5 bets, so if you are a loser like me you can at least stay long enough to have fun.
Nice rooms but a lot of people trying to go up to the hotel rooms this weekend due to the music festival. Parking is decent and valet available. Slots were being nice too.
Cheap hotel right on the Fremont street experience. Good food, good drinks, good service.
Parking garage has a few spots where no other cars can get close to you which is perfect because I love my car lol.
Rooms are every bit as nice as many hotels I've stayed at in the strip. Casino is fine and has fairly low minimums. Steakhouse is good. New sports book was under construction so they have none currently, only automated tellers
Excellent hotel...drinks was made well, lots of machines to gamble. Will highly recommend it. Location was on point right on Fremont
Up to date clean rooms. Multi and quick elevators. Only complaints are that there are no fridges, coffee pots or microwaves in the rooms. Would also be nice if there was no resort fees however from what I've seen all the hotels have this. 2nd time staying here and would definitely return.
We have been overnight guests at the D numerous times now and never had an issue, the rooms are nice, staff friendly, and the location is perfect if you are looking for a party on Fremont. Our most recent stay thier pool was closed, but it wasn't a big deal as they had made arrangements at another nearby hotel to let guests use theirs. Worked awesome for my most recent trip.
This may have the best party atmosphere out of any downtown casino. They have a great sound system and they play upbeat pop songs quite loudly. The dealers working here are usually very nice and seem to enjoy working here. The minimum bets range from $5 to $10 and they have average downtown rules, which used to be a good thing, but now is an average statement. Keep an eye on your belongings as there are some sketchy people that get very close to you while you are gambling here.
Went for McDonald's but it was closed for renovations
Love the "D" ! It's Vegas ! Whats not to love? Has the best Coney place the country right in the entrance. Plenty of street entertainment, live concerts & shows right outside the doors. Never had a boring night there!
Cool place, to stay, especially on a First Friday...
The D is placed in the middle of Fremont St which is perfect. It is modern and very clean. Staff were helpful.
Great value for the money. It's not on the strip but your also not paying strip price. I'd prefer to stay in downtown las Vegas anyway. Fremont is fun to walk around. Beds are comfortable, pretty clean overall nice restrooms and great A/C.
Went for the Vintage Vegas experience which is advertised very misleadingly. There are no traditional coin-operated slots, only a single coin-operated horse betting game. The level is also very small.
Friendly staff, good selection of games and great foos.
Only visited a room for a little bit. Was very nice
Friendly workers awesome room and excellent service. You have to stay here everything is rite here.
Thank God there is a Walgreens everything but the kitchen sink and this location in particular has a great staff, very helpful and accommodating.
First week open after the shutdown. We book a room for 7 days, however, when we booked it we were not told when we booked the room we had to park our brand new car in the parking garage because there was no valet, or were we told that there is no maid service... When we checked into our room the Tv, phone and refrigerator were all broken. Took them two days to fix them... Tuesday we requested clean sheets, shampoo and conditioner and clean towels.. left to do some site seeing and the only thing that they delivered was towels... we will think twice about staying here again!!
Our upgraded room came with food already in the fridge and trash behind the nightstand. The shower knob fell completely off on use. Bed is okay. That being said, the room did not in itself feel grimy. It's pretty okay. It was affordable. Fremont Street is an interesting experience, but I feel like you should watch out and use common sense/be aware of your surroundings. Note that Fremont has music until late at night, especially if you stay on the side closest to the street. The clerk noted this at check-in, so no gripe there, but it's something to be aware of.
Don't stay on Fremont if you don't want to stay up all night and party. You won't get a wink of sleep.
Had a great time. We stayed on 12th floor. The shower is amazing. Comfy beds. The corner king room is great.
Me and my gf stayed here for a week may 2015. I thought It was cool for the price. Yeah, the elevators are slow but just plan on a 5 to 10 minute wait
We saw a murder mystery show and got to play the slots while we waited. Good time!
Bit too loud for my liking. Dancing girls and dealers can be bit distracting for gamblers
Hotel was great! Area has lots of restaurants and great activities to do
It was ok not wat really wanted to do lots of older people there
The D is a excellent hotel to get down and party!!!Don't come if you want a family trip! This is for fun and drinks loud music so expect not to sleep cause it stays rowdy till about 4 am but you will have a blast.................You should bring your friends with you...
Nice rooms. Nice people. Love the longbar. Exactly what I want while staying in Vegas
Love it rooms were bright and cheery location was great for downtown.. just a little noisy if u go to bed early
Super fun, and everyone is so friendly. Way better than any place on The Strip!
You have to get down on that Sigma Derby!!!! Best horse race in town hahahaha
Hotel and casino are fabulous and very modern. Bonus is a 2nd floor of old vegas slots and games
they cancelled my reservation, without notification and left me with a hotel, they had no remorse about it and didnt care to help.
best casino in Vegas didn't win a ton of money but still a great time...... you gotta be nice to the cocktail ladies and they will remember you I had a drink in my hand all night
For our 1st time staying on Fremont St, the convenience of everything being in walking distance was great. The Premium King room was clean but had this odor which maybhave been the cleaning products used. Taken care of with a small air freshener on the air-conditioner. The view was good. Due to COVID-19 no there was no room service but provided what we needed with a simple call. Liked that they checked keycards before going up the elevator to the rooms. This eliminates people just wondering around the floors. All in all it was a great time and would stay here again. Its not where you stay, what you do, or how you do it. What makes it a great time is who your with. I'd rate The D a 4.5 .
Decent looking casino. If you have to self park, it starts on the 6 floor. You might be better off using valet.
Perfect place if you are young and plan on spending your time on Fremont Street. Only a small shopping store within the casino.
Nice place, just walked through and played a few slots. Nice ambience,
Security by the elevators although this place is small it's well staffed
Nice room. Great friendly staff. Smokey lobby but it is Vegas, so I expect nothing less.
Good hotel, plenty of amenitys, room was great on the 24th. floor, remodeled, very clean, casino was great, video poker was 9 6 will return, the price was right also.p0
Great rooms very noisy casino. I gambled elsewhere.
Nice place to run through for eye candy & good drinks when in town for the day. Plan in staying in the future
Great hotel right on the Fremont Street experience. Come for the Sigma Derby. Rooms are ok but you don't stay in the room for long.
Great atmosphere and affordable quality shows. We had a great time!
They have done a great job of remodeling and rebranding this hotel, formerly known as the Fitzgerald.
The Casino and gambling area is cool, the service was excellent but I didn't really like the beds/mattress.
Ok room, good service, great atmosphere, good looking girls
Our stay was great. Wish was a POOL.. oh the sadness.
This was honestly my worst experience at a hotel ever.
We were there for business (listed as a recommended hotel) and when we checked in were told no non smoking rooms were left but they could put us in a suite. Sounds good...terrible.
The suite was on top of Fremont Street with bands playing until 2 am. No one could sleep.
Complained in the morning when we had to switch rooms and were offered $25 in food credit.
Switched rooms and they were awful. Dirty-carpet tacks sticking up that cut our feet. We complained and were made to feel like we were the problems- there are some notes on your file saying you are difficult
Again we complained about the noise and were told we were too sensitive-explained we could literally hear people whistling.
When we went to check out they accidentally charged our credit card for the night in the suite as well- an extra $2000!!!
No apologies. Processing their mistake also made us almost late for our flight because it took so long.
They also kept our passports when we checked in for over 20 minutes in the back room.
What a terrible place. Shame on the Las Vegas World Market for listing them as a preferred option and shame on the D for being a terrible hotel.
Never coming back and you shouldn t either.
Love the slots at the D.. especially the ones upstairs in the Vintage room. The clientele leaves something to be desired but, all in all, a great place
I want to start off by saying that I did not stay at the D involuntarily and was still charged. Long story short, I am 18 and moved to Las Vegas for school in June. My apartment was not yet ready so I had to make reservations at a hotel. When I arrived at the front desk, a receptionist after asking for my ID told me it is against policy for me to stay because of my age.
Three days later, I received a notification of a charge on my bank account from the D. When I called with questions, a man then responded with, "Yes, we charge your card even if you did not stay. It's in our policy." After speaking to 4 different people and having to explain that I did NOT canceled what actually happened, a higher authority apologized and corrected the mistake.
I am giving it one star because not only did I have to wait for two hours to be noticed and checked in but also after fixing the mistake, they charged my card THREE times! The first time I called them to resolve it, The second time, I filed a claim with my bank, and the third, I had to call the booking site.
There were three receptionists and only one was working. A couple complained of having to wait longer than I did because "their room was not ready".
It is an amazing place to visit when your on Fremont Street. Great staff and great food!
Very fun Casino and place to stay you are near the Freenint strip and lots of fun.
The beverage service at the D casino was Horrible we were gambling for 2 hours and no service came around their excuses it's Christmas and they're understaffed according to other members of the casino the staff comes around when they want and if you tip them so really badd service
