Took my powerboard in due to it failing to protect during a power surge, it was sparking and crackling and ruined my tv and dvd player but according to them it was fine

I recently purchased a crest tv wall mount from my local Bunnings, and after getting it home and installing it, I realised that the specifications didn t match my tv, despite what was written on the product.
After contacting the crest company and speaking to 2 wonderful members of staff, later that day they posted out a brand new upgraded wall mount at no cost, and I recieved it within less than a week.
Amazing customer service ! And would highly recommend there product !
