Great customer service. The staff are wonderful and always helpful.

I actually love this place. Is that weird to say about a pharmacy? They are so kind and thoughtful, which is great in any customer service scenario. But they also get your script right every time, reach out if anything seems off with a script they receive when they know your history, and they are very knowledgeable when you ask questions. Really, if you live or work in the Falls and aren t going here for your prescriptions, you are going to the wrong pharmacy.

Been using there services for years I love the place

I ve been a customer of Community Medical Pharmacy, often and continuously for more than 30 years. I ve never, in all that time had a problem, a disagreement or an unpleasant experience with anyone who works there. The opposite is true: they ve always been congenital and anxious to do their best for me, my prescriptions have always been filled in a timely manner, I ve called the pharmacist many times for advice concerning my medications and was always answered quickly and in detail. They even laugh at my silly jokes! There is nothing to be done to improve their service because it s perfect in every way, and has been for 30-odd years.
