The worst customer service experience that one can receive.
I purchased a Dell Latitude 7000 series black edition laptop from Dells website directly, the product was not delivered to my address Dell's United Kingdom delivering partner UPS had misplaced the product.
Dell has not refund me due to a mishap with their delivery company, they chose to use. It has been 7 days since this problem had occurred and yet, Dell customer care has not taken the initiative to resolve this matter promptly.
Everytime I have called them or contacted them they had told me the matter will be resolved within 48 hours. It's as though they're using my funds to acquire more shares for their company. After the company shares had fallen in March 2020. I had contacted Dell 15 times in the past week this is an absolute joke, this company can rot in hell as far as I am concerned.
It doesn't really help having a call centre out in the middle of India somewhere, with all due respect to Indians. When you talk to them it's literally as though they are trying to sell you a mortgage with your laptop.
I have sold all my shares for Dell technologies Inc NYSE: DELL - I no longer wish to do any business with them or be a customer. Their customer services is absolutely hideous, I can only imagine this company to be diluted in the future.
I used to use Dell products all the time, but now I have decided to go with a different manufacturer and will no longer be using any Dell products in the future. The customer satisfaction that I have received from Dell is absolutely inefficient and disgraceful. They may have amazing technology but the customer services is so terrible that I am happy to give them a terrible review, sell all my shares, advise all my friends, families and social media viewers to keep away.
Would not recommend as an absolute - and, if you must. Then go through a third-party retailer to purchase your product and do not purchase directly. As, if something goes wrong with your products, there will be no sign of Dell sorting your issue out.
