When the staff asks you "may I ask why you're buying a costume" you know you're in the right place.

Great experience today despite Covid-19, they're super on the ball and have prepared themselves very well for a sanitary shopping experience. Thank you Marianne!

Pretty wide selection but largely cheep quality items for mid to high prices. Didn't find anything I felt was worth what they were asking.

I was impressed with their selection and quality of masquerade masks though.

This place looks like it has a ton of stock upon entrance but their costume selection is lacking. Went in looking for an 80 s costume. Everything remotely close was out of stock and they didn t know when it would be back in stock. Maybe I just had bad luck. I ll go back and update if I find what I m looking for next time.

Good quality, nice volume. Nearly as good as it gets.

Terrible place. The owner of the shop is money hungry, over charging for items I can buy online for half the cost.

Not only that but that pink haired women is just awful to deal with. Terrible breath, rude, just have to question why they hired her?

And when i purchased my item it broke apart. No way in hell youll see me back there.

The shop was great and the staff were very helpful. The prices are sometimes a bit high but it's a costume shop so I guess that is just how it goes.

Great customer service, excellent selection, and a well organized shop with super efficient system that makes your costume search as fun and painless as possible - even in the middle of the Halloween rush. Super impressed with this place, and can't wait to go back next year!

The staff is really helpful here. You can tell they like working there. The costumes and accessories are good quality and reasonably priced.

This place is insane amazing!! I went there looking for 1920's stuff and they had everything I needed! And their prices are very reasonable too! I'd definitely recommend for ANY costume or accessory. Really helpful staff too!

Went to the Costume Shoppe on Saturday to get a costume for the Easter Seals Drop!! The staff were so wonderful, I got exactly what I wanted and was honestly told whether or not I looked good. I highly recommend them!! Such a fun place to shop.

The lady working there didn't seem too pleased to see us there, we were looking at the catalogues for a while, but as a customer we should be able to take as much time as needed. She didn't seem to please either to show us a couple of options to see if they fit. I guess is the same lady other reviews complain about...I certainly didnt get the nice one with pink hair. They have a big variety of stuff which is nice and the custome I got is great, but the customer service prevents me from going back. It is expensive too.

I love going to this store! I always leave with everything I need. Pink is always super helpful along with the rest of the staff. I use them for theme parties, Halloween, Christmas, Easter and comic con. Best shop costume shop in Alberta.

I've been to many many costume stores as of late, but at this one, service was sub par... no refund policy even on unopened items before halloween? There are tons of other options out there, unless you live super close, these guys should be a last resort

Thoroughly stocked and very friendly and helpful staff. It might look a little overwhelming when you walk in, but that's just because there's so much. The staff will be more than happy to guide you through it.

Friendly helpful staff. The rental costumes aren't the cleanest though.
