Their office manager Cheryl is extremely mean and rude. I reached out to their office to see if they could locate record of a property that I own now and they sold in past. She came out of her office without listening a word asked me to leave saying "they do not wanna waste time". I couldn't believe her unwillingness to even listen. How hard is it to look for a document? If you don't have it just say it. Don't insult people. I even offered to pay for their time since its so valuable. I tried emailing their front desk person who seemed more willing to listen. Cheryl somehow got hold of my email and responded with threats to file charges. Seriously?? Never in my life I have met anyone working in a comercial business with this kind of rude threatening attitude. I was so humble and polite. Maybe she got it all wrong and thinks she could run me over like her office slaves. Her hostile attitude could only mean two things A) she is straight up mean rude person. B) She is covering up past business deals and do not want anyone to look into the shady business they ran. Either one is not a good sign. Avoid doing business with this place!
