Nice hotel, very well located. Staff are friendly but can improve. It is small but cozy. Personally, it does not deserve to be categorized as 5 stars.
The price-quality ratio is very good.

Exceptional hotel with distinctive rooms, award-winning dining, and friendly staff who are eager to please. Set back from the road, it towers above Sukhumvit. Conveniently located next to MRT and BTS stations and across from Terminal 21 shopping. This is an ideal base for seeing Bangkok.

Their Italian Restaurant is so good. They served buffet pizzas, pastas and lots of food.

Amazing location. Good Facilities and a to die for view of the city. Highly recommended.

Good enough, friendly staff, medium bedroom, nice bathroom, clean. Too noisy from street below, strange TV placement, bed were not fix (it is literally move when i slept, because it had wheel...strange).

Many Japanese stay, convenient location and reasonable price. The front desk service is kind, but please be careful as the hotel name is not yet familiar to taxi drivers.

The station is close to the family mart, 10 seconds on foot, well equipped with amenities, breakfast not so good buffet style, room clean, front desk will respond appropriately. Certainly elevators sometimes wait about 5 minutes. The pool is also small. The elevator can not be operated without a room key, the lobby is not so large, etc. It is good for security in a place where it is not made to allow an unspecified number of people to go in and out.

This hotel location is one of the prime location in Thailand. Really close to BTS and MRT. Nearby is Terminal 21 that you can find any food in both high and cheap price though.

This in the center and is very comfortable I liked clean and friendly employees, I recommend it.
It has beautiful views of the city from the pool on the 37th floor

It's a small fascinating hotel with a great location. Fancy yet not too shabby. An improvement in the wine and dine part they could become a little more stellar worthy of a fifth star.

Really nice hotel, the only two reasons from not setting 5 stars is that there is no air-condition in the elevator and that they could have had a wider breakfast selection.

If you like being in a central location with easy access to public transort this is a good hotel choice

Good location. Good food. Reasonable price. Some staffs good some need more training. Noise from street and skytrain disturb who want to wake up a bit later

A very nice hotel with attentive staff. Great roof top pool. I didn't get to spend much time here but was very pleased with the hotel and it's location.

The Best location hotel with the most convenience way to access to Sky train & subway. The room is cosy and very comfortable. I like the way they decorations the room with my favorite color (Purple) which make my night more romantic :)
Breakfast is one of my favorite here, they provide you both heavy and light meal. Swimming pool is located on the 37th floor with incredible view and if you are looking for a place to tan your skin, this is the best place as you can also enjoy varity of cocktails after your sun bath as well. Very recommended for couple or even single traveller, you will have a great holidays while you are in bangkok.

The card has to be pulled out to be able to press the floor and open the door. The room is a bit small...

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel in Bangkok. The staff members are so welcoming, special thanks to JoJo (the doorman) he is such an warm, welcoming person.

Our hotel room had amazing views of the very busy Bangkok streets. The shower had blinds that, once opened, had amazing views of the city. The beds are super comfortable.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, great street food and other tourist attractions nearby.

Our overall experience was amazing, could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at.

The place is great. There was a staff who can speak Japanese at the front desk.

Good location. Rooms were very good few years ago. Now the problem is poor maintenance.

I stated for four night, last night no air-conditioning at midnight, they finally change room for us before we check out two hours

Sound insulation is not good, even the sound of the alarm clock next door is heard
The room lights are yellow and dark, and the mirror is more
There are only two elevators on the 30th floor, and there are often maintenance faults, and there is no air-conditioning.
The swimming pool is very different from the photos, and it has no texture, even the desire to take pictures.
There is no slope at the door, and you have to pick up your own luggage.
Please think twice

This hotel was my first introduction to Thai hospitality and what an amazing impression it made!
Everything was flawless from check in, the service, the cleanliness of the room and definitely the finer offering of bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar and pool will blow your mind! Very decently priced and I recommend to any traveller to Bangkok. The the skytrain runs directly in front of the hotel which makes getting around town so simple. Brilliant!

Very welcome and caring staff.Especially Front desk staff esp.Concierge staff named KEVIN who always nice sincerely,smile,helpfull and caring to the most when i need help.also very nice concierge staff name Chow.and others too.Room was clean and cozy, breakfast served delightfull. This hotel definetely recommended.

Easily one of the best value and modern style hotels in Sukhumvit if not most of Bangkok. Great facilities, perfect location for access around the city and service is top quality! Highly recommend, plus there are always new promotions and events at the hotel.

Located right in the middle of the city. Easy access to public tranaportation. Small but excellent service.

The suite is small and dated.
The toilet and the bath tub are clogged for days but they never fixed them.
Definitely not a 4* hotel to me.

Hotel clean, comfortable and well located. It is next to Asok Station and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall.
The staff are helpful and friendly. Full breakfast for the Asian standard with choices for westerners too. It's on the 35th floor and the view is pretty cool.
The only thing though was that during my stay, only one elevator was working. Sometimes we wait a few minutes until we get one that is empty.

Small but very tall hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice top floor bar even if it's quite small. Negatives are swimming pool to small and not that clean . The worst thing is the slow and not that smart lift, there are 2 of them, but they don't seem working well synchronized, it could happen that you could wait up to 10 minutes to get one!

Boutique hotel with great views from the room and rooftop bar and pool.

Unfortunately, deduction for the pool area which is definitely too small for a hotel of this size with just 6 sun loungers. Permanently occupied by people who think they should reserve 4 with 2 people. Children screaming in the water. The parents have nothing to say about it. These are children ..... The staff does not intervene. Chilling out.

Excellent location which is almost connected to asok bts station by the skywalk. Rooms are a little smaller compared to typical Bangkok standard but they are decorated stylishly and are very new and well maintained. Despite being a more boutique style hotel, the Meeting room facilities are great. View at the sky cafe is also very nice. Food wise, the buffet lunch which serves a mixed of Thai and Italian food, is great. There was a wide selection of pasta which is cooked to order. The only bad is the lifts are very slow and there are only 2 to serve over 30 floors

Incredible location, great rooms, good (but not great) value and good (but not great) staff. Only marred by two things: a long wait for the elevators at busy times, and in-room safes that aren't bolted down.

Still, it's my choice for a reasonably priced (almost inexpensive) luxury property, and the convenience of being a few feet from both BTS and MRT really can't be underestimated.

Great room at affordable price.. i don't interact much with their staffs (went out most of the time).. so can't comment much on their service.. but still, you should consider this hotel

Location is great. The room is also beautiful and new.

The toilet fell off the ceiling on the toilet, and the engineer repaired it at the front desk, but the water fell off the ceiling.
Because it was my last day, I had to replace the room and it was repaired.
Soundproofing is not good either.
But the employees are kind.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the happy hour at the top roof bar and restaurant. rooms are considerably spacious with modern facilities. Good views of the city through the glass walls.

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. It s located in the center of Bangkok with easy distance to the MRT, and shopping locations. Great service, and even better staff. The hotel felt just the right size. Our room was plenty big, and had perhaps the best views in my opinion looking into the city of Bangkok. The bathroom has the best views as well, with the bathtub being right next to the floor to feeling windows looking at the city. The happy hour in the lounge was great, as was the breakfast. Very happy we had a menu to order from, instead of the buffet. Splurge for the Sky Club rooms, as it gives you access to the lounge for happy hour, and the better non buffet breakfast.

Let's sleep in a hotel with my brother during the new year.

Location - The entrance is secretly difficult to observe. But near the sky train + department store
Service - as good as expected Like a luxury hotel (1000 baht deposit before the stay will be returned at check-out)
Bedroom - a city view, nice room, but a little small but clean, good bed + soft pillows, 3 pillows (2 down + 1 synthetic fiber), TV only has foreign channels (no Workpoint channel).
Bathroom - clean, good flowing water, warm water works normally. Loved the smell of the shower gel.
Breakfast - I understand that I am addicted to COVID recently The breakfast was a la carte, I ordered an omelette, the taste was okay, but I didn't like that.
Others - Only 2 elevators (but fast), small swimming pool. (But the view is beautiful)

All in all - it's ok, but if you want to stay again May need to review it one more time
