Lots of places to eat. Lots of people. Fast paced. Exciting. You're gonna love it there. So much to see. Non stop action.
Always amazing! Many venues. Great restaurants and much more.
Went there for myself for Vday. Ate at Cleo, they have a Happy hour starting at 8pm to close. I love their roasted Brussels sprouts and the lamb slider were good.
at the end of the day, LA Live isn't much for than a bunch of restaurants.
the manager have attitudes, there were so many people two chasher... she saving for the boss....:(
Great restaurants and always something going on, whether it be a Kings game, Lakers/Clippers, Comicon, or movie premier.
Staples Center, Starbucks, and an assortment of good eateries!
This place is huge. Rare to find such large drink spot, especially wine bar. You wouldn't know it from the outside because it's just in a strip of other restaurants and below Equinox. You have to walk downstairs and it's pretty bougie once you're inside.
Most of the restaurants are NOT stroller friendly so don't bother bringing it in or they will make it HELLA awkward to dine
Fun place to grab a bite before a game/event at the Staples Center or the Microsoft Center.
A very lively fun place. Across from the Staple Center, this area has a Number Of great restaurants, mostly high end and a little pricy but good. There is also bowling and the Grammy museum in this area.
Tourist attraction that is way over priced. 2 stars for the attractive women.
The lights are beautiful at night this is definitely a spot you want to check out if you're a tourist and in Los Angeles
Wonderfully entertaining place! Full of lights and shops all around!
Was not that impressed with this facility. The parking is a mess. I would have loved to use Valet if I could have found it after driving around the block twice. The entrance to the parking garage as you enter was incorrectly marked with arrows pointing multiple directions staff thought it appropriate to be on their phones instead of directing traffic to correct gates.
A great hangout for hipsters, yuppies and general folks.
This place is the best. It has it all. Our festival is here at regal cinemas and the staff at la live are fantastic.
Great place to enjoy, closer theatre, good hotels, many things to do,lot of restaurants options & more
Great place to hang out, some restaurants, events most of the time, great visual and sound service.
Great, walkable plaza with a large variety of restaurants. Fun to visit during special events. Park in the East Garage!
Beautiful city! Places you must go- Universal Studios, Disneyland, Beverly hills. Santa monica, beaches like Venice and explore the streets of Downtown LA.
Love this whole square. Tons of great restaurants and bars
A lot to do no matter your age or interest. It's fun night out or a good date night idea. It's close to a lot of other activities in LA as well.
HUGE concert hall! We saw Earth, Wind and Fire there. (One of my favorite groups). They had the whole house rocking and dancing to their music!! I remember they said to drink green tea , that it keeps you youthful. It DOES!Check it out!
Awesome time with family & friends, Dinner & Concert, for a Birthday celebration.
We stayed at LA LIVE for a few days in December. On the last day, we had left the hotel for sightseeing, next morning when getting ready to check out, we noticed one of the suitcases was missing along with our I PAD, expensive pair of sunglasses, a clutch, shoes and few different pieces of cloths. All added up to almost 5,000. We immediately reported to the front desk, had security come up and make reports. An employee at the front desk, i am not sure if it was the manager, immediately asked why we did not keep our belonging in the safe box in the room, which made me feel like it was my fault we had somebody break into the room and steal our belongings. They never followed up with us on any updates, i had to call and be transferred to five different people before somebody could give me a decent answer. They have no cameras in the hallways. I am not sure why we pay such high rates for no security. At the end they put the blame on us for not locking the door when we had left that morning. They did not even conduct proper investigation, all they did is check the door logs and they came up with the fact that the door was not locked and that's were their investigation ended. BE CAREFUL WHEN STAYING AT THAT HOTEL. IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD NOT EVEN STAY THERE,UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN AND NOBODY PUTTING ANY EFFORT INTO TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO ON THEIR PROPERTY STEALS THEIR GUESTS BELONGINGS. Staff does not care. The owner needs to put some cameras in the hallways, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, and the service and safety equals to a 2 star MOTEL. If i could give them a quarter of a star for trying to pretend like they care i would.
Restaurants, movie theater, clubs, ice skating in the winter, staples center and the convention center - there a lot to here at LA live. The restaurants here are good and the are a lot of restaurants near by that are really good also. So check out all of your options if your cooking here to eat. If you going to a game at staples, toy definitely want to get here early to park and get something to eat before the game.
Fantastic Place for entertainment. If you want to go to the cinemas, a concert or a good restaurant, this hotel got everything. But if you are used to 24/7 maintenance, you will be disappointed. They start to close about 23.
Great decor always, Lakers winning makes things better and great dinner with friends was priceless!
So many restaurants. Perfect for meeting before or after the game.
LA Live is a fantastic place to visit for food & fun!!....you have Staples Center for great sports...GO KINGS GO!!...& great concerts!.. Then there's the Microsoft Theatre, Lucky Strike bowling alley, a big movie theater just to the west....Then you have lots of GTEAT restaurants!!....gotta try Rock Fish!!... Enjoy & God bless y'all.
Big place, great place for events!! Every time I go, I feel the epic center resonate in my soul.
Pretty cool place by the staples center with restaurants and they even had ice skating!
Being an Angelino, I would imagine that makes me a little too biased to give a proper review of LA Live. However, I will. As Randy Newman once said, I love LA. LA Live is overpriced, and trendy and it times crowded wind teams are playing at Staples Center. But I'd rather be there than Times Square. You cannot possibly Miss the statues of Bob Miller and chick Hearn in front of Staples Center. There are others some of you may have heard of like Oscar De La Hoya, Shaquille O'Neal, Wayne Gretzky, Luc robitaille and more. Do yourself a favor and don't forget the artwork that is the King's timeline. If you're of a mind to, go inside see a game. In the entertainment Arena there's nothing quite like Staples Center. Unless of course you're forced to see the Clippers.
Always a good time here plenty of places to eat and have drinks also plenty of things to do with the kids as well
Attended the 2018 ESPYS at LA Live. Great spot for entertainment.
I really like LA Live; sentimental about my old days here in LA area of the earth. We walked from the Broad on Sunday to get our steps in
The food is delicious.they serve large portion at reasonable price. The staff make you feel at home.my first time and well definitely go back..
Good atmosphere, and delicious restaurants, night club
It's a lively place! You see a lot of places to dine in, drink and other attractions.
Great place for fun and entertainment. Yard house was great
downtown LA is always great. The $5 meal menus were not a good value. They were more like samples and appetizers. Other than that the entertainment was great. It's always nice being by the Staple Center.
Great spot, great time. If you come to L.A. go to L.A. LIVE!!!
Celebrated my 14th wedding anniversary at Yard House it was a blast!! Never parked in the garage before way easier only $10
A must go visit and stay overnight at least once on your life...
It may be overpriced, and they may charge you for extras ($14 a day for Internet?!) but you will forgive them if you, like us, have a corner room on the 26th floor with an incredible view and an unbelievably comfortable bed. We were tempted to never leave the room. This felt luxurious and relaxing, and after the Waterfront Hotel (see previous review) in Oakland, we needed it.
Clean fun full of energy. The ice rink was tons of fun. The rental skates had zero insole.. The most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. Bring your own skates.
The weather was perfect and Flemmings food is the BEST!
Nice outdoor entertainment. Awaiting a tasting tour at Shaq's new restaurant.
So not what I expected. Only thing live that night were the mosquitos. Would have loved to see more of bar to bar hoping ambiance along with the sound of sports events happening as you walked along.
