Microsoft Theater is closed because they are preparing a show. Young lady walks by herself is not safe. When a girl walks along the street maybe there is black car will stop by, turn down his window and ask you get into his car.

This was a fun event. We took a lyft, which I suggest. They had vendors, live music, performers, and bars and restaurants participating in the event. They offered discounted snacks and drinks. It's definitely busy and crazy out but a fun night out.

Not much to see here if it s not Christmas or if they have an event going on. There s a few coffee places and some really good restaurants however be ready to drop some $$ there is the bowling alley and the conga room. Some restaurants validate your parking just ask. Perfect for date night; family dining.

Found half melted ice cream in the fridge (with previous guests name on it), 2 condoms in a drawer, and a syringe cap in our bathroom. We also found a brand new pair of women's dress slippers in the box on the window sill. We ripped our bed apart to look for the syringe(s). Concerned about getting stuck with infected things. Management did nothing initially after complaining, other then offer us another room before and AFTER check-out. I told the Manager that "I don't want another filthy room in your hotel." Higher end hotels with good management should direct and inspect the staff on how to properly clean a room. I don't write negative reviews... It was one thing after another and another how we were wronged at the hotel. Poor management and outside coordinating abilities. Overall it ruined LA/California experience and plan to never go back. Oh we we won 2 tickets to a fight out there. We were told the front desk had them. When arrived they had no clue. We left to explore the city and came back to ask about the tickets. They magically appeared and the match started in 7 mins which was a $50 minute ride about 30 mins to the area. We missed the match. Thanks! Pictured is said items.

Awesome place to visit, but lots of homeless begging for money or leftovers from your dinner. And they are entitled homeless. Which is very off-putting, when a bum walks up to your table and starts asking for money, staff say nothing most times. But there are a lot of interesting restaurants and there is a great 4D theatre that's was a blast. Also in walking distance to other interesting places if your staying local

A very nice and fun area for entertainment dining and more. Keep in mind parking is not cheap and depending when you visit there might be a full parking garage. There are so many places to eat, drink, party, dance, see a concert or any other performance and even have a simple cup of coffee. During the holidays they decorate very nicely with lights, and seasonal decorations that make it very extincting and fun to see

When ya don't live in DTLA you can appreciate LA Live. It's a tourist attraction with all the hub-bub lights camera action. Plenty of security. I on occasion like to go to the nearby 7 Eleven and get a large pepperoni pizza for 7 bux in 3 minutes and come back to people watch. It's the lil rituals that count. If you like all the glim and glam you'll enjoy LA Live. It's Metro accessible. Parking in the area will annoy you. You've been warned.

Crowded area, but there are conferences so what do you expect? Food within walking distance, some places have a long wait time. Other than that, 5 stars for everything just being with a minute walk. If one place is packed, just try another.

I was here for the first time during the 2017 Lupus Walk. It was a great event and the location had a lot of great restaurants to pick from afterwards. It was super crowded, but that was mostly due to the event.

next to the 110 FWY between the 101 and 10 FWY, This place is the place to be, tons of entertainment options, next to the Staples Center and L.A. Convention Center, lots of places to eat, drink and be merry. Finding parking is a bit of a drag and if you do it will cost you anywhere from 10 to 40 dollars. I suggest and UBER or LYFT, or ride metro.c

Been coming to LA Live for many years as a local. I can say the options for restaurants and fun outside of staples are fantastic.

Parking can be a little nutty on game nights where a big team is visiting or shows.

Sad that we had to come for the passing of Kobe and GiGi..
