Brian at Computer Geeks is awesome - I spent an afternoon installing a new motherboard and processor to my desktop, but couldn't get it to boot! A real workshop where they repair computers, not another retail store. The guy was very helpful and kind. My pc was opening up and they changed all the screws for free in one minute.
Brought my computer in on multiple occasions and they have fixed my problems within a day or two. They are good at explaining things in lay-mans terms so that you can understand what is going on. Also, they are a great value for how fast and well they fix things. Highly recommended.
Quick, kind, and professional! My MacBook Air had stopped working all of a sudden. Brian at The Computer Geeks responded to my message quickly and was able to have it looked at next day. After just a couple questions, Brian had my laptop open and determined it was water damaged. We also decided it best for me to just buy a new laptop and Brian sent me on my way without charge. This attitude towards reasonable customer service will have me back for any future repairs on my devices!
