Lived in the Evergreens Complex in Maybrook NY which is owned by MultiFamily Mgt/Arco. This complex is old and run down. The property managers state they don t have the funds for repairs. The town had to shut down apartments as condemned and residents had to be put in local motels. They blame old outdated apartment issues in the super who pays for supplies out of his own pocket. The super took the company to small claims court for reimbursement on the 3 thousand dollars spent over 3 years in supplies. He has a good heart and felt sorry for the residents. Just don t bother with this company. They make life a living hell and you can find a much better maintained place to live.
