F Smith & Son managed our move from Surrey to Somerset with utmost professionalism, from the initial video session to scope the volume of the move, through to attention to detail of fragile items, packing on one day and transport the next. Our new home was down a narrow lane and on a hillside, meaning that the guys had to trans-ship the contents of the large lorry in a Luton van. Everything ended up exactly where we specified and there was no damage to anything. Highly recommended.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from initial enquiry through to zoom quote and then finally providing the removal service. All the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. We used them on our last move over 10 years and we were as happy this time around as last time.

First Class Service - Would Highly recommend I used F smith and Son Ltd to move over 140 km from Croydon. It was extremely stressful time because completion date was literally the day after exchange. Fortunately I was able to get a move booked with F Smith at such short notice. Lorraine and everyone at the company was very polite, professional and super efficient. All the guys during the 2 days move were prompt, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. A great company to deal with.

The two removals chaps arrived on time, loaded the lorry in horrendous rain conditions a did everything really professionally with happy smiles on their faces. Our move went so smoothly and the guys were warm and good fun, making the whole day so much easier. The packing service was certainly worth taking as everything was securely boxed and moved with minimal fuss, saving us a lot of time an effort with a young child. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company again and again.

F. Smith and Son were excellent in their approach to the move. They were very careful with initial surveys and estimates -- and were able to adjust as circumstances changed. The home to be moved was in the UK. I was in the USA. But it was easy to communicate and set up the contract. They were very understanding as the completion date moved away, week after week, until finally it was time to do it. They adjusted their approach to the circumstances they found, as they worked their way through the packing of our flat. All was done very professionally, and the goods were delivered without a hitch to the warehouse 80 miles away. I would use them again with no reservations.

Local firm who were extremely professional throughout. They were friendly yet respectful of our property. We used their packing service and everything was packed carefully with no breakages. We used them as we were confident that our belongings were safe in their hands.
