New Year`s Eve Function. Fantastic night. The room was transformed from kids` play zone to sophisticated night spot. Food amazing and the service was first class. Traditional dancing and entertainment made the whole evening fun and was topped off with fireworks and piper. I was so glad to be a part of the celebrations. I advise you to get in quick for next year.

FANTASTIC! I called the Braehead shop last minute to book a family workshop for my nephews birthday. There was 5 of us all together. The staff were amazing from the start, so accommodating and nothing was too much bother. lunch was delicious and the workshop was so much fun! Steph was great with the kids she is such a credit to the team! She managed to keep my two and a half year old son and my three and a half year old daughter entertained and kept their focus very well, I'm really impressed! Great value for money, we will definitely be back!!!

My family group had a great Saturday afternoon here. Delicious, very reasonably priced food in the cafe, with a good range of options and friendly, helpful staff. The kids loved the chocolate making session, which is great value and made great fun by the staff. Excellent outdoor play park too.

Great for kids in and out. Reasonably priced for play but expensive to do the chocolate factory. Inside could do with being cleaned more often as food and drink all over the floor so bit of a hazard. It was very busy though. Staff lovely, friendly, polite and helpful.

Too expensive for what it is, and the food is very basic to say the least. If you get a cheeseburger you get roll burger & a small bit of cheese nothing else, a hotdog is bun and dog... a bit of onion or mustard would go well to take the dryness away. And the views just over the fence ain't good to look at either.

Great day out with lots of laughs. Great to see the staff back after covid19. Plenty of sanitising stations, marquee for food, plenty of social distancing. Book in advance for workshop or table for food in marquee.

Absolutely amazing place. My children enjoyed the fantastic outdoor adventure playground spending hours running around. They then took part in the chocolate factory workshop and had a great time. The staff were great.

Been here lots over the last few years always been great until now inside ok, cafe staff not that interested gave us wrong food although we just accepted it couldnt be bothered waiting again, the outside part was poor, they have a water part for kids to look for gold the water was dirty and full of alge, wouldnt let my grandson near it looks as if not been cleaned for months, there was a fence around park with old benches with would on top with rusty nails at arms length for kids to reach, no hand sanitizer as dispenser broken, the whole site was very quiet compared to recent visits, david coultard museum closed down, dont know whats happend but its a shame, turn it round before its too late.

Very impressed for the price, the chocolate making experience wasn't rushed and the staff helped the kids enjoy the experience (and loads to take back that they made) indoor and outdoor play areas were great. Food was excellent so will definitely come again.

Lots to do here, great food from the cafe. Lots and lots of seating. Kids did one of the chocolate workshops and really enjoyed it. Outside area is good too but is very weather dependant, slides get closed when it's raining for example. We use this as a rest stop when we are travelling to Stranraer.

We went when it was very quiet. The whole experience was very well done and although it feels slightly expensive initially, the kids get to take away the chocolate gifts they make and the funky apron. They can also use the quite impressive soft play area. I have to say, it was very good value for money considering one usually feels mugged by children's attractions.

Great little place to venture to. I say little and it's really not! You've got the indoor play area, the outdoor play area, the chocolate factory zone for the kids to make some goodies, and now the Nerf Arena as well! For the older folks like us there is a well managed cafe area serving a whole range of food and drink, including a bar with a few draught lagers being pumped. Prices are a little steep but similar to other similar locations... once they have you in there you are stuck for other places to go, so either be prepared or bring your own, they allow picnics :)

Simply excellent place for young kids. Great soft play. Stunning outdoor facilities with amazing swings, slides and places to explore. Oh and a giant t rex. Not to mention the chance for kids to make chocolate and the first class David Coulthard museum for adults to enjoy.

Nice wee experience, kids loved the workshop and the staff were great with my Autistic son as he didn't want to wear the hair net. They have a special side room the same as the other room for special needs or children that are a little shy so parents can stay with them. Great workshop but not really a full day thing unless you pay for multiple workshops or play sessions. All good on the premises must be bought there, no picnics allowed. Nice outdoor play area and nice soft play inside we had a good few hours there before heading into Kirkcudbright.

on approach the building is not appealing. There are large rubbish bins near the main entrance. We have a dog so had to sit at the picnic tables outside, which I don't have a problem with normally but we were sat next to parked vehicles with a view of the large rubbish bins - not an ideal situation to have breakfast. However the staff were very nice, though when I had my tray with 2 coffees on it was very difficult to open the heavy doors to go outside to the picnic tables, no staff offered any help, they just watched. Coffee not brilliant and the chocolate shop shelves were quite empty. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Lovely afternoon spent here . I'm not easily impressed either . Great indoor and Amazing outdoor area . Lovely food and ice cream and a chocolate factory as well . Usually I can't find anywhere that my little girl and teenage daughter both like and they both enjoyed the afternoon here . My eldest also commented on how nice and well presented it was . Lots of tables and chairs indoors and pinic benches outside no fighting for seats but a choice . Beautifully located and even a red kite flying nearby would highly recommend.

Took the family yesterday and they had great fun . Making chocolate ducks, decorating slabs with sweets - the girl who was helping them was extremely helpful - would give her 10/10 . Food at lunchtime very good
The boys want to have another go before we head home

The chocolate making experience was excellent!! We took an almost two year old and a 3 year old and the staff really adapted to both of them. Kids had a great time. I think we spent about 4 hrs there in total.

Outdoor play area great, indoor play area hard to see little ones at certain sections. Chocolates purchased in shop were ok but nothing special to say it's a chocolate factory. Staff didn't seem happy or like they wanted to be there and it didn't feel a welcoming place to say it's for little ones. We ordered food and the side salad was the best bit ! Rubber hotdog and taste less Mac and cheese to the point we couldn't eat them. Wouldn't go out of our way to visit again. Very disappointed as we had traveled over an hour to visit.
