The Claridges, Surajkund & Atrium Hotel Review

A wonderful place. I liked the security staff. They wre alert and nice. The interiors are well laid out. Food ws amazing. High quality food was nice to eat. In total a wonderful experience. One less star because theres always scope for improvement

The Venue is Beautiful. The staff is Amazingly courteous! But it wasn't acceptable at all that as soon as you enter. The road is super broken! Thus 3 stars!

I was a visitor to the hotel while my friend was the guest and this property needs a lot of maintenance streamlining with regard to many petty maintenance issues which are annoying to guests like us. Example : Shower Not working, Food not upto the mark.

Quite a distinctive hotel, design is reminiscent of large colonial hotels.

Very bad service of house keeping staff, hotel members. i'll not living in future..... This hotel is like a " Dhaba"....... Ghatiya.........

Well maintained and rooms are ok. It's a 3 star hotel.

Great Property but no maintenance. Plan to have food from outside as I felt the food was pretty well on the higher side. But its tasty though.

The Atrium is a very good and happening place. Please do visit it.

Outside look is great however rooms are not up to the mark, please avoid if you have another option, staff is helpful.

Not worth to be next to Taj. Its more like a Railway Station Type Hotel

When we visited the renovation was going on. so some portions of the Hotel were not accessible. similarly a few of the dishes in the menu were not available. however staff treated us well.

Nice ambience, well maintained and disciplined staff

A good facility just on the edge of Delhi with 3 Atriums. They have a good chef. Every meal is tasty. The staff is courteous.. the hotel has been in existence for some time so some fittings need change else quite a pleasant stay

The taps in the washroom doesn't turn off. No swimming pool. Rooms are decent

This place is recently acquired by sarovar grp, entrance is grand, hotel is also big, but room doesn't look like 4star at all. Reason behind is the old construction of previous property.

I had visited the hotel earlier from year 2009 to 2014. The standard appears to have dropped down. Probably they have shoestring budget for maintenance.

Awesome hotel for stay, meetings. Room also available for company rent.

Access is confusing. Driveway is shared with other properties and signage is inadequate.

Great place to organise get togethers...small gatherings...it's a great deal
