The Claridges, Surajkund & Atrium Hotel Review

Prime location, best to organise social events, staff is good & polite, very good parking space and best for meetings and social events.

Nice place to have family functions, good food and service..

-Cleanliness is average. Maintenance of rooms is poor. Once room is cleaned won t be cleaned again till next guest arrives irrespective of no of days it lies vacant.
-Sad faces service representatives. Basic courtesy level is okay but not to expect too much. Duty manager is untrained person.
-Road facing rooms which is 2nd floor onwards is okay location wise. Other rooms are totally bad as there is no view and give bore feeling.
-While entering hotel you can easily judge that it s a 4 star and no scope in near future to see it getting upgraded to higher ranking.
-Plz ensure to provide GST No in advance in case you need to, while booking through online, else you need to go back to website for the same. Hotel staff won t help in solving issue. This is the first time I faced this kind of situation in any hotel. Even smaller hotel staff knows the process of GST input credit being taken by guests now a day.
-You have to use Mini Bar to get just 2 Cold water bottle. At Rs 100 a Bottle on menu they could have provided a cold bottle atleast without forcing guest to use mini bar.
-Be assured that you are not a king as it always says customer is king. May be it s a 4-star hotel. I may be wrong in this observation. Expectations are too much from my side.
-Giving 3 star just for location of my room as mentioned above. Otherwise 2 star is okay.
-TV Channels not working as subscription were due for TV channels means room was empty for long. Service representative has to change set top box to make it live.
-Best part is you need mosquito repellant to spend night every day. Surprisingly first time ever see such requirement in Hotel. So no pest control happening in Hotel.

Great place with sufficiently large hall for celebrations..

I stayed here for a week, it was not so pleasant. It seemed the management was not at all interested in improving the services.

My first visit through JK Tyres with lunch sponsored. Tasty food and good ambience. Though the washroom could be better.

This hotel would have gotten a zeo star if I had the option. The GM of this hotel (or so he claims) is a guy named Naveen who is a disgusting person whose only interest is in making your stay hellish.

Wasn't happy with the staff there and the arrangements being made from the infrastructural point of view , Lighting(dim and poor lighting facilities) was a major concern and the pathway which Band Baaja baarat has to follow is pathetic and prone to accident.

Panoramic s diverse multi-cuisine menu offers a wide range of delectable choices.The Atrium is just perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

The name has changed to Sarovar Portico recently. If you're going to follow Google maps, it's right beside Vivanta by Taj.

The place has ample space to host small and big functions from engagements to marriages. They also have pretty decent rooms to stay, ranging 4-5k. Staff is welcoming and polite.

It's OK hotel. Lack of Professionalism, Hospitality, etc.

Went to meet one of my guest there. Property looks good. Staff is not that cooperative and courteous. Parking and all won't be an issue.

Not a happy and pleasant stay as from start till end there are lot of issues.Either management not concerned about cleanliness,training staff or they are totally ignorant as bookings keep coming to them without much efforts.

Hotel was just about OK... Low on housekeeping and food as well... Not exactly worth... Just ok

Horrible experience due to their service level.Specially their Duty manager lalit Kumaris inefficient in his job.Deosn't even know basics of GST billings.That's why service level is so poor.

Nice place to stay if you're in Delhi and want to be away from the crowd and traffic.

The Hotel has reopened after renovation. Situated next to Taj Vivanta, it offers and amazing location. Situated on Shooting Range-Surajkund road, the hotel has Suites and rooms. Bar and Restaurant are operational. Gym-Health center is not yet functional. Venue has Banquet facility for marriage and other functions.

Very poor services rooms are dirty and ac was not working. Even we had raised complain but there is no body to take care of your quries.

A small and average Hall, lacking the expected ambience.

Good place in the back-drop of Aravali hills, neat & clean, mostly suited to south Delhi & Faridabad crowd. Consider it during annual Surajkund fair in Feb, just walking distance.
