Cannon Hill Gallery Review

The team here at Bunnings Cannon Hill are always great to deal with. They have been looking after me for years and years, so I thought my review is long overdue.

Everyone loves Bunnings, it's an Aussie institution.

Purchased a good amount of power tools over the weekend. I had Chris Killion assist me and his knowledge was second to none. Thank you Chris for your great service and advice.

I was being a bit ignore it tonight but none the less found help from Kevin who got stuck into sorting out my dramas and was an insightful gent to speak with. One day I hope to be like him.

I spoke to Chris in Timber, decking and outdoor bulding, tha tall gentleman with long beard,-in case it's many Chris, he was awesome, I had my young children with me and he was patient, thorough and explained all the toll and different options, and even offered further help when I have the measurements. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I loved the experience and wanted to share with you. Writing this in the shop, it's a big shop, people are nice, merchinding is great too.

Hardware mega store with full range of hardware building outdoor supplies

One of the biggest Bunnings I've been to so a very large range!

Great standard Bunnings. I suspect all staff are made/forced by management to acknowledge customers as they walk by. It feels fake and a little disturbing. Bunnings management, please let your staff just smile or get on with their work as they walk past...we customers have noticed and the impending ingenuous interaction is very unpleasant.

I went here and was looking for a particular item and when I asked 6 different staff members as to where it may be they all told me different things and none of them were friendly or helpful

Great morning with grandchildren in the craft area and shopping for plants. Good deal of thought gone into entertainment for children.

Bunnings is Bunnings I love taking my dog into the store

This is our favourite Bunnings. We always take our dog, Kiba to the store and she sits happily inside the trolley :) Sausage sizzle is a must!

Very busy. Badly managed with the way that people were allowed to pay for stuff at the service and return counter while there was no one at the cash registers making it hard for the two staff to answer calls and serving customers making it a long wait. The store itself looked clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Great selection, found what I was looking for really easily. Was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get my 2 buck snag, but that is Post-Covid Australia I guess.

Called ahead to make sure they had stock before I got a ute to pick up materials. There wasn't even 30% of what they said was there, the price was wrong and the staff argued in front of me.
Was a waste of my day and my complaint was never responded to.

A useful range of products for the DIYer and the odd tradie. Opening hours good. Plenty of parking. Courteous and generally helpful staff.

If you've visited Bunnings in the past you know exactly what to expect.

Huge timber yard. Bigger than Oxley and Rocklea combined.

It was good, we got plants, mulch and some dam good snags.

As expected all staff know exactly where every one of its 100,000(?) stock items are to be found

The manager here accused my friend of stealing. I think they discriminated against him because of his appearance. They embarrassed him in front of all of the customers. He had no bag, so emptied his pockets. They were still unsatisfied so made him wait 30 minutes with a 9 month old baby in tow until they reviewed their camera footage. They said unless we waited they would call the police. They came back from reviewing the footage very apologetic. My friend understandably told them to go to hell.

Good range but since Masters went under, Bunnings has dropped staff numbers and the customer service has dropped off significantly. Writing this review after calling the Canon Hill store for a 30 second question and waiting on hold for 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone, only to have someone pick it up and hang up immediately.

Massive Bunnings store with everything you need for the home and garden. Friendly staff too !

If husband wants too go drop hi mb off pick him up few hours men they spend hours in there

Been waiting 45 minutes at the cut shop, I've seen service desk staff twice. Not impressed. Friendly staff were apologetic, but my timber wasnt cut accurately either. Going to buy a mitre saw from another company and do it myself going fourth

I come here on a weekly basis they have a good selection of building materials that stuff is good they always keen to give you a hand if you can't find what are you looking for. Plenty parking

It's a Bunnings. You've been to one you've been to 'em all. Lowest prices are just the beginning.

Really big store with air conditioning in the major area. Large selection of tools and hardware items. Lots of parking.

Absolutely the best place for a sausage.. I think they sell things inside also..

Only Bunnings store that had a half inch wall tap with a plate to scew it to wall.!!

well-laid out store, shelves are fully stocked, plants looked good despite the humidity, staff are friendly.

This store is just too big. Bring a bicycle. Its a flaming sprawl.

Everything we needed was available and in stock, same as most other Bunnings stores that we have been to. But the reason behind this review was the AMAZING lady who greeted us at the door! She was so friendly and helpful. Such a positive burst of energy which was super refreshing, especially so early in the morning! We are so disappointed we couldn t get her name but we think she s relatively new as we have only started seeing her in the last month or so. Whoever you are, KEEP SHINING!

Hit and miss with the staff here; either super lovely or completely not interested in helping out with questions or locating items.

As an Englishman I love Bunnings. It's like all our best DIY shops in one. Really helpful staff.

I like this place for good service and friendly staff.

A little bit disappointing as they said they said had stock of a fan that I was chasing but there was none in sight. The people that were helping were not great with trying to help me at all.

Excellent,went to buy a $10-50 item ended up looking around and bought $150-00 worth of rugs.
