Massi's Gardens and Landscaping Review

Ordinarily the store is a very good place to shop however today I had a bad experience.

Actually too bad experiences. The first was while I was waiting for the delivery truck to arrive to pick up 5 scoops of mulch for "mulch Madness, I laid my head back to take a nap while waiting A young guy, with a cocky attitude, banged on my window and stared at me--I informed him that I was simply waiting for the driver to pick up a truck to pick-up the mulch. Without an apology or any explanation, he walked away with his sidekick, having a good laugh.

I then went in the store to purchase mulch before the driver arrived. While discussing the quantity of mulch that one would get for $10, a manager came out of her office and taking the assistant, who was helping me, away/asking her to go with her, "you come go with me, whilehe is thinking about it." No excuse me, no I was just making sure you were all right, no nothing?

Having lost my patience as a result of these two micro-insults I am on my way tomorrow to buy mulch from Black Gold!

They do have excellent plants and the owner apears to be very knowledgeable. Perhaps I just cuaght a bad day.

Every year My Mom and I have going to Massi's for the last 7yrs or more such good service, hospitality and very knowledgeable. Thank Massi's many blessings to you all and may this year be another prosperous year

Good selection and prices. We had to go out of our way to find someone when we needed help but got good advice.

Very Helpful!. And preparing my order for the Cemetery. Will pick up on Sunday. Just thought the NY State guide lines were a bit over the top for an open air business such as that. However that's the governor of NY for you.

Went to use a gift card that I got last year! The good news is that their gift cards do not have an expiration date! Not a lot to pick from but at this fine of the summer I didn't expect a lot. Massi's is always clean. Has nice looking, healthy flowers and lots of garden/lawn ornaments and flower holders to pick from. The girl that waited on us was very nice! This is a nice locally owned business and I would recommend a visit.

Great selection of plants; there exist a few very knowledgeable experts; prices are on the high side compared to dedicated nurseries that specialize on native plants; plants generally are in good health.

It has well maintained plants. Price is slightly higher side.
