This is a well located hotel for London. It's also very well located as a Global meeting and events center. We had our private dinners in The Library with excellent results. I have developed a Sticky Toffee Pudding craving just writing about it.

Never stayed here over night. The breakfast area is great and is a good place to meet business partners as there is plenty of space between tables, which allows for some privacy. The conference rooms and lunch arrangements are great. I appreciate the luxurious and classic design.

The standard of customer service lacks a distinct sharpness compared to other high end hotels in London. Uniform that staff wear looks tired. Basics such as hand towels in the loo has been removed typical sign of a budget hotel. Some of the Door Men and Floor walking staff really need to up their game and be a lot more focused.

This is what I'd consider home in London. Staff are friendly. Regency Club Lounge is excellent for breakfast and evening cocktails. Rooms are being renovated so do ask if you enjoy an older room with a bathtub. Try getting a room with a view of Portman Square Gardens.

I really rate this hotel. Very well organised. You can check out on your phone to avoid the crowd. There is a sense of occasion in the main foyer due to the high glass ceiling. . It has a very good bar too that was buzzing with atmosphere . Staff are professional and efficient

Perfect location, very near to the Oxford street and Regent street, especially for the days around Black Friday, which made me shopping everyday... the hotel is quite old fashioned, with Churchill s image everywhere.

Beautiful!! Enjoyed a surprise birthday getaway. Decor was contemporary and spacious. Staffs were conversing throughout the time spent in the bar. Dinner menu was spoiling and the food was amazing. Not much of a view from the room but spent most of the night testing the bed! Overall the hotel was simply gorgeous. Next I have plans to stay in Hyatt Regency Birmingham again in April. Thank you Boo x

Nice afternoon tea, the ambience was really good and the service was nice.

Keep in mind that the afternoon teas finish at 630pm and they don't remind you (not meant as a criticism), so get your refill requests in before then!

It was a good hotel, does not compare to the Langham plus it was more expensive. Had to request a tooth brush as its does not seem to be standard also they did not bring my Uber Eats food I ordered at 11pm to my room so i had to get dressed and come down personally, something a 5 star hotel should do imo. Door staff were "ok", not great. On the First day the toilet was dirty also.

I booked two nights using points and was given a nice room, views were nothing special but it was cozy and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing (I forgot her name, sorry) sympathized with me because I had a change in plans due to a death and gave me breakfast which was very good. I would definitely stay here again! Location is close to the tube and shopping areas.

Clean rooms, good service, walking distance to Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Hyde Park etc. Breakfast included with the rooms was good. Take Uber or Tube to travel in London, taxis are rip-off.

This place was nice enough. It wasn't great but it was nice. The room was a little small and the bathroom was very small. There was no bathtub only shower. The place has a restaurant and a bar. The restaurant had some live music at lunch time which was nice. They upgraded me to a view room for having platinum but that's about all I got from this. The view was if the park and it wasnt bad. There's a gym and a club lounge floor per usual at Hyatt if you have access to those which I did not. The check-in staff were very kind and the valet was helpful. There was always a line of taxis waiting here and an overhang they pulled into making it classy. This is in the richer area of town. You will find Lamborghinis and Ferraris popping up here and there. They randomly served me three apples in my room. They were tasty.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Concierge Jennifer was helpful, friendly and available to answer all my stupid questions.
Food and Beverage was splendid. Breakfast buffet was substantial. Raimonda, Waris and Edina(spelling?) were wonderful and made me fee quite at home.
I will most definitely stay there again.
All encounters with staff were pleasant.
