A group of us went for tea. Reservation had been made weeks before. Menu settled. Took over 45 minutes to be served, making many of the group have to leave for Evensong at nearby church. Food and service mediocre.

Me and a girlfriend booked a table in the terrace bar for evening drinks - the drinks were lovely, alcohol free cocktails especially, and very friendly service but overall we were a little disappointed. If we visit again we'd choose to sit inside as this area had a nicer atmosphere, comfier looking seating and music playing. The themed summer terrace we'd chosen this bar to see hadn't quite captured the atmosphere of the Cuba theme (medeocre displays and no music) also I was surprised to realise it was next to the busy road so constant traffic noise and rowdy pedestrians (the website portrayed it visually a little differently).
We may not choose to visit again though as the toilets really were unpleasant - not the standard I'd expect from a venue you have to pay a minimum to reserve a table.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of London. There is only luxury, calm and pleasure. Only problem ? They are not numerous, the employees, to speak there the language of Voltaire. Review your English. Sublime stay in all cases.

The Southern Manhattan made with the assistance of a teapot and topped with two maraschino cherries that had been soaked in Jack Daniels was really jolly good. Worth a visit for the cherries alone.

Always a great time here, as much because the cocktails are expertly prepared as because the service is outstanding. The cocktail list varies by season and always includes originals with a variety of spirits, loosely organized around a Churchill theme. If you're staying in the hotel, they'll reserve a seat for you, which can be very handy on busy nights. If you're looking for a cocktail bar, this is it. Definitely not a pub.

The location of the hotel is very special .. overlooking the private garden you can access it by the reception staff of the hotel .. The hotel is close to Marble Arch, which intersects Edgware Road and Oxford Street ... and is near the Premark and the most important shops, and a two minute walk From there there is the Roti Indian Tea Restaurant.
Overall the hotel is a star hotel but there is nothing special about it. The water courses are very small, some have a shower for the toilet, the breakfast buffet is very ordinary and nothing changed during my stay which lasted a full month.
The staff at reception and the restaurant are very friendly, as are the cleaning staff in the rooms especially the employee (Aziz) Egyptian nationality, very helpful and welcoming to all the guests.

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is elegant but very formal. Well located good transport links and within easy walking distance from bars and restaurants. Our room was nice with a massive comfortable bed however at 7 in the morning they took all the empty bottles from the bar outside and there were road works going on all the time. We tried some bar food around 10:15 pm but they had already stopped serving. On upside the bar is beautiful, excellent service from Alex who makes great cocktails. Overall, the experience was nice and in spite of the niggles I would stay there again.

Arrived during "The Beast From The East" snowstorm to a warm greeting. Was already checked-in thanks to the Hyatt app but had to do the checked-in but must check-in "dance"; it would be better when the hotel industry catches up with the airline industry in its use of technology. Hotel is calm and elegant. The room is clean, comfortable and warm. I'm able to use the Regency Club which is charming with friendly staff and a decent selection of snacks and drinks.

Met an old colleague and we had a cream tea with the world's smallest scones which only came after we reminded the waiter that's what we had ordered (not just a pot of tea). Nice place but not worth the high prices.

In the tradition of a boutique hotel. Small but charming standard rooms. Hotel rooms and lobby were very clean even on rainy days. Very basic hotel amenities. Just a small gym with a few workout equipment and not much else here. No pool or anything more. They do a good job with room details like robe, slippers etc. Japanese toilet rocks!! Not so good was that during my stay, nov 2016 the is construction next door. On weekdays you will hear the jackhammers. Afternoon naps were challenging. Disappointed that as a platinum member this was the best they could do for me during their low season.

One of the best hotels in the heart of London. A bit pricey but the location compensates for the price. Rooms are clean, service and staff very friendly. The executive lounge on 8th floor is very hospitable. I would really like to appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of doorman Garfield. He is very friendly. Kudos. Would love to stay here again.

Great location.very clean. Comfy beds. Very small bathroom but sufficient. The toilet was one of those new "technical" ones that give option to heat the seat and spray water to clean the bottom ;)
Staff were very friendly but the concierge needs better attitude and knowledge.

Hotel is currently in final stages of renovation however the staff as always are impeccably attentive to detail, professional and of a very high standard. The restaurant is a delight and well situated next to Marble Arch/Oxford Street and Marylebone/Bake Street.
Easy access links to transport around London

Spectacular location. Rooms are being updated and we were fortunate to get one of them. The bar is a great place to hang out and people watch before heading out for dinner.

The lounge is the ideal convenience to have for breakfast, tea during the day and canapes/wine in the evening. It is definitely worth the extra costs.

Great service!

Great luxury hotel in London's West End close to Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Artwork from the Saatchi Gallery is displayed in the lobby and the staff are always fantastically helpful and professional.

Very small rooms that have apparently been redone but don't look like it. Rated 5 star but should not be. Rooms are basic. Tiny bathrooms, one sink. Not standard for a 5 star brand. And, not inexpensive.
