Nice rooms with spacious beds though the service at the breakfast, needs urgent improvement.

So many cheaper options in London for a better offer, better room, better services, etc... This was quite a disappointment.

Churchill themed hotel near a private garden Portman Square. Conveniently located in the city of Westminster and just 5-10 minute walk from London s most visited shopping district. Will come again.

Beautifully historic, and a truly precise operation. Fantastic suites, brilliant business facilities (such as meeting rooms) and impeccable food and service.

Newly refurbished, close to Oxford Street. Very convenient.

Nicely upscale and a great location, although crowded. Rooms are tiny, it's a high volume operation not an intimate boutique property of course so with that in mind it's fine, although pricey for what it is both in terms of pounds or Hyatt points. The "gym" is substandard; basically a closet with some equipment crammed in. Nice lobby area although not conducive to congregating. Outdoor eating/drinking area is of course seasonal. Friendly staff. Covered dropoff.

Amazing place. Good food. Great atmosphere for family or friends, even for a date. Service was very good wouldn't say amazing.

This hotel has AMAZING service! Supremely clean and very accommodating. Even though we only stayed one night it felt like we could stay forever. The bed was very comfortable and the concierge made a hand written note welcoming us for our anniversary. The breakfast was superb. Loved every minute!

Three things about the place n that is Location location n just location rest is

the hotel has been modernized, and now is in very good condition.

Consistent quality, hospitable, lively. They have serious problem for very long time with an out of order lift. Waiting time for elevators is way too long. There is significant room for improvement wrt adequate staffing of reception and Concierge desk. Restaurant and bar very good. The best asset of this hotel is the staff.

I've stayed at the Hyatt The Churchil a few times since it opened and I've always been pleased with the hotel and its people. The rooms are relatively big for London and they are clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Quite the posh place. Great tea and brunch - very spendy though. I personally don't go for the modern furniture / decor. Great location, walking distance to the tube.

I went to London a year ago and this hotel made it perfect! I loved where the location it was, my family walked to madame Tussauds in 10 minutes! My only problems were I had no view of London and the restaurant was very expensive. One more note, the fancy Japanese toilets really made me feel far away from home, which I enjoyed.

Proximity to Hyde park and other important places are nereby

Large spacious room with comfortable bed and when we mentioned we were on our honeymoon they generously produced a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates.

My fav London hotel . The terrace bar is one of the most comfortable in London great whiskey and cocktail selection.

(-) very bad internet connection, almost no internet; only 2 elevators servicing a large hotel, so expect somtimes a long queue to reach your room; very noisy construction site on the south end of the hotel (avoid taking a room facing that side),

Terrible. Lost Warm Water for nearly 24 hours and no one from Management advised any guests of the problem. I had to call five times and each time different excuse and "promise" plus random fix which basically involved going to nearby hotel to take a shower. HYATT? Terrible.

We stayed here for a weekend, and were not dissappointed. The rooms have a classic, tasteful style. Our room had a nice view to the park next door, which is reserved for the customers.
The bar has skilled and welcoming bartenders, and we ended up starting our evenings here. The food at the bar is decent, as you would expect.

We had a great stay here and felt welcome.

Good hotel, comfortable and excellent food. The outdoor bar/seating area is fun and the Locanda Locatelli restaurant is excellent. Perfect being next to Oxford Street.

great hotel in a very nice area of London. staying for 2 nights with my parents and they're loving it. clean, beautiful, and wonderful service. gym is more than sufficient, as well.

Good central location in London, although parking facilities around the area are limited and expensive. Rooms are an average size for London but have a really luxurious feel. Bed is massive, soft and warm. Rooms are quiet. Technologically advanced toilet is a taking point too. We didn't use other facilities at the hotel.

The services for Diamond Member were not met, dirty dishes stood throughout the day in the hall, hair in the room and unfriendly staff. No reaction to complaints!
