Lived at The Gardens at Easton for a few years now, and couldn't be happier! Well managed and maintained!

My roommates and I lived in The Gardens at Easton community with Champion for a year and the community itself was a really nice place to live. The apartment was really cool and maintenance fixed issues relatively quickly. They were a great place to rent from UNTIL we moved out and Champion Companies thought they could charge us for over $1000 in damages that were not our fault. They insisted that we ruined the carpet but when they sent us pictures of the damages you could see that there was no actual damage done. They tore it up and claimed we ruined the padding. They threatened to send us to collections although they gave us ZERO previous warnings about these charges. Upon realizing they had no actual proof these damages were our fault, they erased our charges completely. Throughout the entire process the employees at Champion were rude and unprofessional. I m posting this because I really think it s important for people to know before renting from them. The community is great but I m not sure it s worth the drama afterwards.

I relocated from the East Coast to Columbus this past winter. We had one day to come into the city and look at apartments I scheduled us from morning to close, and we were to see 13 of them. When we walked into Grafton Park, we knew it was supposed to be our home. Everyone was so welcoming, the community was beautiful, and Seth was incredibly helpful. We left our appointment knowing, but I made us finish up the day just to be sure. We saw other communities from Champion as well, but Grafton Park just had something special.
We LOVE living here. Our apartment is beautiful, and the community is perfectly maintained. The staff at the clubhouse, especially Seth who found us our home, are incredible. I have been known to say I feel like I live at a hotel. Gym, pool, business center, Starbucks everything is immaculate and hassle free. They will sign for packages for you, they will help you find a good Chinese food place, their facilities will serve for an impromptu business meeting.
I have had very small maintenance requests, but all have been met with expedience and the nicest service you could ever imagine. Need a new air unit filter? They have that. Light bulbs for the track lighting in the dining area? Not only do they supply them, they ll change them for you. The property is very pet friendly with ample room to walk your pooch and clean up stations are easy to find. The mailroom is completely enclosed, so you don t have to stand out in the rain getting your mail. The compactor is always neat and you don t have to worry about open dumpsters, or odors.
My family was concerned that we were moving so far away, and when they came to visit my father remarked how much better he felt about it now that he saw where we lived. I love my home, and I can t imagine living someplace else.

I had live in many rental companies in Central Ohio and my experience with other property managements were awful. I take pride in recommending The Champion Properties , aka The Enclave at Albany Club because is a great organization and my personal experience is second to none. The property staff are ALWAYS attentive, committed and dedicated to their valued residents. The maintenance team always does exemplary work whenever there is an issue. They respond quickly to service calls and they had been diligent in following up with my requests. NEW ALBANY CLUB is a great place to live. Kudos to Tara, the Property Manager and Roberto from the maintenance team. Keep up the good work:)

The complex is located in a nice area and looks great from the main road. However, the disappointment begins as you pull into the complex. Near the rental office it looks fantastic. The flowers are bright and nice. Trash is picked up and the dumpsters near the complex are always clear of trash. Well when you begin to venture through the complex the truth begins to show. Trash and used cigarettes are everywhere. Mulch beds are littered with cigarettes. Note: They even had a fire in a mulch bed earlier this year because someone threw it out and it caught fire. Fire department was called to put it out. Trash around the dumpsters (away from the rental office) are left out because people are too lazy to through their trash in the dumpsters. Glass sat outside all over the road for several days until I called to tell the office that no one has been out to clean it up. I was told that the maintenance crew goes out daily to police the area for trash. "I don't think so." Then there is the units themselves. First of all you can hear everything from your neighbors above and below. My neighbor below thinks he lives in a house and plays his sound system which vibrates throughout my unit. I have called and complained numerous times and nothing has been done. You can even hear their conversations. There isn't any soundproofing at all. The walls and floors are just thin. The remodeled units are poorly done. It's not worth the money. Molding was poorly done and the "wooden" floors are bowing now. They repainted the interior doors and you can tell. They should of applied another coat. Carpet is OK. You can see the patch work on the walls after they repainted it. Inspect your unit before you rent it to make sure this stuff is done right or they won't fix it. They raised the garage prices to $85 a month from $65. Why? Your guess is good as mine. They don't even have garage openers. Why pay that much? They said it's the market value for their area. That's strange. The complex I'm moving too if only $45 an it's around the corner. Finally, the staff at the rental office are nice until your moved in and then when you complain about something it appears as if you just committed a crime. Or they just take your complaint and don't do anything about. Such as the Sr. Community Manager guy does. Before I rent here go out and check out the newer apartment complexes. They cost about the same and will at least get your moneys worth.

I moved into Stafford House in August 2017. I moved from the last home my late wife and I shared. So, to move was a huge decision. But having made the selection of Stafford House and my 2 bedroom apartment, I am happy as I can be. I use the second bedroom for an office at home. I appreciate the maintenance crews who shoveled the snow recently. I am struck that every few days someone walks around the courtyard and picks up bits of trash. Its great to simply watch someone else mow the grass!! Thanks for the service in a nice community.

Reply to the owner: How is me having to call the 3rd party screening company you hired to remove the additional background screening handling my concerns? Not to mention that the information is not even accurate and should not have been even considered in your rental decision. You follow up today after I threatened to publicly complain but have left me sitting and waiting for 3 days and had to make numerous calls to both your property and corporate office and 2 trips to your property on my lunch breaks as no one would get back to me!

Horrible company to deal with. I ve been waiting to hear from someone at their corporate level about the denial of my rental application due to an unjust filing of a place I rented over 5 years ago, regardless of my current rental history. The 3rd party that provided this information AmRent could not provide me with my report sooner than 30 days by mail which doesn t help when I need to be out of my current apartment much sooner. They also conducted multiple hard inquiries on my credit report. I have consistently had to reach out to them for 3 straight days and NO ONE has ever even picked up the phone to call me back. Being in sales and customer service I am not only frustrated but insulted by the lack of judgement, professionalism, and follow up that this company has displayed after being referred to them by one of their current residents. I ve never had an issue renting an apartment in my life and just moved into one last year with no issues while paying SUBSTANTIALLY more than what the property I looked at is charging yet am being denied due to a false report provided by their hired 3rd party background company. Completely ridiculous and would not recommend conducting business with this company!

I am a superintendent who builds apartment building all over the eastern part of the US. I rent an apartment in each area I build. By far Lauren and her staff has made me feel more at home then any place I have rented. I highly recommend Lake Club apartments. Thank you Lauren!!!

The people working at the apartments were great and I never had a single issue with one of them. The security deposit team is the worst I ve ever had to deal with. They lied to my roommate about the cost of the security deposit and then lied to me about a payment being made. They make living here absolutely not worth it. There was parking issues consistently at the community I lived at, there were residents who threatened violence and there is the worst security deposit team I ve ever seen. The community managers were great and deserved much better than the joke that is the higher ups and security deposit team. I wouldn t live in a champion apartment again even if they offered free rent for life and my only other option was a cardboard box. The higher ups and security deposit team as well as handcuffing the hardworking property managers make this a place to absolutely avoid as much as you can. The higher ups make this as bad as a Casto apartment community.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoy the Lake Club at Polaris Apartments. The staff is awesome to deal with. I enjoy how quiet the community is and the people here. They have some awesome amenities here as well. I'm home for awhile.

Me and my wife living in Grafton park for almost two years. We did our research and visited lots of apartment communities this side of town, but finally decided to extend our lease again because literally we couldn t find any where else better than here. My special thanks to SETH Who is always helpful and kind. All office managers are very polite and professional. We are so happy being in here.

My first experience moved into a apartment is overall excellent beautiful comfortable and cozy living in the Gardens Apartment community are beautiful renovated it. I love it and very much enjoyed stayed there. I am positive would resigned the lease again. I move in August 21, 2017 the staff was very professionally and neat and will always do there always work order get done in a timely manners. I would recommend people move here. It been a month now. My daughter and her boyfriend also moved in around corner from me.we enjoy our love new home.

I was nickel and dimed at the end of my lease when after living there for 18mths the apt was left in good condition I didn t receive my deposit back because I moved out 10 days early because I was not told outside of my lease agreement what my move out date was, I was charged $14 to process a debit card payment, charged $145 for the final electric bill when the electric company had already sent me a final bill. Then I was blamed by the main office that it was my responsibility to know my move out date... great apt office but the main office sucks! Make sure that you look at your lease before you move out!

Kali and Tim are truly AHH-mazing. I honestly couldn t have asked for a better on-boarding experience with them, their teamwork is fabulous! So attentive, welcoming, friendly, and their positive, upbeat attitude toward the Polaris Community is completely authentic-and has definitely proven to be true! 5 stars all the way, #teamkali&tim

We love Grafton Park! Everyone here is wonderful, but we love Jess and Seth. They always go above and beyond for the residents.
Have been here almost 2 years-awesome neighbors, great amenities, fun resident events and Crockpot loves all his puppy friends!

Been living at Dublin Square Apartments about 1 year come August. My girlfriend and I are very happy here! We love the staff, especially Bobby, because he is so charming! Ken and Korri always go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Drew and KC (maintenance technicians) always get our routine/preventative maintenance requests completed in a timely fashion. The property is BEAUTIFUL but needs to improve managing pet excrement. For example, I know of an apartment complex in NY which requires residents to submit a DNA sample for a pet registry, to enforce "picking up after your dog" rules. With that being said, we do love the dog community here!

Lived @ Oak Creek from April 2018-Dec 2019, unit 8531. I don t recommend this complex or any champion property at all and I have too many complaints/issues with this complex that Google limited me on my characters.
Also don t like how they took gladly took my checks for regular rent but for the move out balance, they need certified funds acting like my money isn t good.

Working with Champion Companies as been a real pleasure. The Staybridge Suites Columbus Polaris has a number of guests that are relocating to Columbus where they need short term, weekly or a long term extended stay, while they are searching for the right community to call home. We have a number of guests that have selected multi-family apartments at either Polaris Crossing, Lake Club, Oak Creek, and The Grande--- all located at Polaris. Finding the right apartment is a matter of great joy for our hotel guests who are searching for a home. The Community Managers at Champion, facilitate you to come to the best decision to fit your bill. Simply Put-I trust and recommend Champion.

Rude. Unprofessional. Overall poorly ran company with seemingly no one who has ever worked an entry level customer service job in sight. If it has a Champion logo it just look elsewhere.

I am a vendor for The Champion Companies and truly enjoy working with all of the staff at each of the properties. Everyone is always so warm, friendly, and willing to do their best to take care of their residents. I recently stopped by the Grand at Polaris. It is a beautiful property and I always enjoy talking with Ashley and Brad in the leasing office there. They go above and beyond to care for their residents on a daily basis.

We have been here for seven months. The day I moved in the toilet and refrigerator weren't working. We had second hand smoke that smelled like someone was chain smoking in my apartment. We had to live with roaches for five months that we're so horrible from our neighbor that you couldn't even have food safely stored in the apartment. They were coming out of appliances in the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting. After five months of fighting with the property management they moved us to another apartment. They gave us keys that would not even unlock the new apartment and caused us to push the move back. Maintenance is never on site or available on weekends or after five. The office staff is rude and incompetent. They lose paperwork and never follow through. They never seem to know what they are talking about. Our air conditioner broke and we had to fight to get them to fix it after days and upper 80's/90's. They conveniently sent a tech close to five who did nothing and then left for the day. It still isn't fixed. They said we needed medical documentation of my migraines, my five year old's allergies. We had to stay at my parents house because of the heat and my daughter being sick. When you live on a tight budget with no health insurance it isn't easy to just go back to the Dr for a medical note. They reference corporate policies that are not included in your signed lease. This has been the worst apartment we have ever lived in by far! Counting the days until we can move! Absolutely don't rent from these people. They clearly only care about the money and not the residents that are overpaying to live in subpar and uninhabitable conditions. Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe this company!!!

I have lived in Stafford House for over two years. It is by far the best renting experience for me. The area is nice and clean. The staff members are extremely helpful. Whenever I have some requests, Ally always tries her best to help me out. For example, when I need to move to another state for a new job, my lease was not ended, she helped me to find a new tenant to take my apartment so that I can avoid paying too much while I am not living there. Moreover, the corporate office is very responsible to send the deposit and remaining balance to me in a timely manner. Again, it is a great place to live!

I absolutely love Dublin Square and the apartment I live in. I've only lived in this community for a couple months, but I have no complaints. The location is great, there are plenty of amenities, and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Having recycling come by once a week is nice too. Bobby and MacKenna were super helpful with my move in, and I would highly recommend getting in contact with them for any sort of inquiries.

I stayed at the Lake Club at Polaris, of the Champion companies.The community managers are very friendly. The Apartments are well maintained. The management conducts frequent community events for the residents. The work orders are managed in a timely manner.

The champion companies (the one from Gardens apartments at 3701 Governor Club Blvd Columbus, OH 43219 ) is just a piece of trash. They steal money from their customers by adding extra $ to the rent. When you called to ask how much it's your total they will give you a price and later making up a different price by adding again other $. After my current list I will be more than happy to leave this place. They have consideration for animals then children because the kids playground is smaller then where the pets play. Don't never rent an apartment in this complex if you want to leave in peace.

I was please with my move out experience until it had came time for my refund of the security deposit. I lived in Albany Landing Apartments and was supposed to received a security deposit refund check of a good amount of money! Before I could officially leave, I HAD to give my forwarding address Incase they needed to bill me for anything. I had done this and confirmed multiple times. I then returned my keys and MAILBOX key. A couple weeks later I checked in to see when I would receive the security deposit. I was told that my check was sent to the Albany Landing Apartment complex because they didn t have a forwarding address. Which I am sure they would have had if they needed money from me.. my check was stolen from that mailbox and I didn t even have a key to access it as I moved out. Therefore, this was someone else s mailbox. I asked for them to void and resend my check which I was then told I would be charged $35 fee. I will be exploring all legal options possible. This adds to the reasons why I will never be a resident there again.

I love my apartment! Nothing bad to say about living here. Maintenance is quick, my apartment is beautiful, and the location is great!

I'm the Quality Control Manager for Corporate Cleaning Inc. I do follow ups on each clean we perform at the Stafford House. The leasing manager is so friendly and nice. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

The apartments at Dublin Square are spacious and Korri and the staff are wonderful! The location and amenities are perfect!

These people are handicapped hostile.
I requested reasonable accommodation because of my disabilities and management flatly refused. I I am now seeking help from regulatory agencies.
I'm 80, years old, and trying to avoid a nursing home, and Grandr at Polaris refuses to offer any kind of relief.
All that I'm asking is a parking place near my apartment for me daily care.
Besides being 80, I'm a 100% disabled former Vietnam POW. Many people offer help, but, Grand at Polaris has np empathy, or compassion for those with nerds.

I took over a lease agreement and worked with the apartment complex to do it. Now that I am moving out they are hitting me with $670 worth of charges.

First. They are charging me over $400 to replace carpet. The carpet was clean when i left. I know its standard practice to replace carpet with apartment complexes but if i didnt ruin it, why am i footing the bill for you. Completely unacceptable

Second. I am being charged another $200 to replace flooring in the bathroom that was damaged when i moved in. When i brought it up to maintenance and asked if this would be a problem they said "oh don't worry about it, we wont charge you at move out" but here we are. When I called and addressed this, I was told that there were records that maintenance kept indicating that they were aware of this issue. For this reason, the charged was removed, but wouldn t have been if I wouldn t have pointed this out. I would say that s a little shady?

Third. They arent using anything from the original deposit to pay for these charges. Did you just eat the original deposit? why am i being stuck with all of these ridiculous charges?

The complex smells awful, theres constant noise with people running down hallways, playing loud music, and just overall being noisy. Theres no insulation to dampen sound.

There is a HUGE bug problem. I constantly had some sort of bugs at my window panes and it took an unacceptable amount of time to fix this. then when they "sprayed" the bugs were back in a few weeks.

The parking here is a nightmare. i DO NOT recommend you move here. go anywhere else but here.

Avoid this place if you re not a smoker. Trashy people smoke cigarettes on the breezeway, leave their cigarette butts and ashes everywhere, leave burn marks all over the wood, and nothing ever gets done about it.

The smell infects every single apartment. I have complained about this dozens of times and literally nothing has happened.

Don t believe the fake reviews. This is what Dublin Square looks like right now.

We just moved to Lake Club and we are loving it so far! Staff is always very helpful and there is always someone to answer your questions.

Champion Companies is a great management company in Columbus. Not only are they locally based, they also hire great people. Everyone is always a pleasure to work with. Whether you are on north end of town, west side or east, they have a great product with something for everyone.

Lake Club Clubhouse is such a wonderful place and all the staff are super cool and polite and I love their coffee!

Living at Grafton park was a wonderful experience! I have lived here for close to an year and a half and had a pleasant time!

The leasing office front desk staff is one of the best in my opinion, apartments are very clean on the inside and cute too!

We absolutely love the apartment complex we live in. My husband and I live in the Grafton Park property and we are so glad we chose this property. We love the staff, location, amenities, and the apartment we live in. Jessica and Seth are great! They are always willing to help if we need something or have a request. They are prompt and ensure that the property is well kept at all times.

I have worked with and lived at several Champion Properties over the last several years. The staff at all properties have always been extremely pleasant to work with. I have the pleasure of working closely with Sawmill Crossing and can't say enough about how hard they work to keep the property up and to involve residents in community events. Such a fun place!

I have been working alongside champion for a number of years now and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Amanda at Stafford House has always been incredible to work with and is always willing to answer any questions that may come up and generally help out in anyway possible.the apartments are great and the amenities are fantastic.

The staff at The Gardens has been welcoming, accommodating, and friendly every step of the way. Every time I come into the clubhouse, I'm given a warm welcome and asked how my day is. When I've needed paint to touch up the interior of our apartment, it's been delivered within 24 hours. A great place to live!

The staff at Oak Creek are wonderful and very attentive!

They have team called "Security Deposit Team". They are the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Be very careful, if they cannot read your name or if they notice a foreign accent in your language they will try to rip you off.

Truly enjoy living here. Staff is friendly, reliable, and engaging. Maintenance is quick and immediately. Instantly felt at home, and at peace here. Glad to have chosen this community.

Grafton Park is a beautiful community with apartments that are simply lovely. Seth and Jessica are easy to work with and stay on top of any and all maintenance requests. Both will go out of their way to make sure that your experience here is exceptional. Kudos to the office staff and the maintenance team! :)

I've been living at Grafton Park for a few months now and love it! Seth and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. The community is well kept, clean and pleasant. My apartment is great! Vaulted ceilings and up to date kitchen for the win! Highly recommend living here.

I couldn t wait to re-sign my lease. I ve had a great experience from day one at Stafford House. Ally White and staff are resident-focused and clearly have our satisfaction as their priority which is a breath of fresh air from other landlord experiences I ve had in the past. My apartment is modern, roomy and comfortable, with the biggest kitchen I ve ever had as a one-bedroom renter. Close access to the freeway, food and entertainment nearby, and a Starbucks right across the street! Literally couldn t ask for anything more. Thank you, Ally and Stafford House for making me feel at home!

Long story short...this company took over the previous management company's property EMERSON PARK and the move out experience was terrible as identified in other reviews. They didn't require any move out paperwork nor did they do a move out walk thru with me. Apartment was left in great condition but I received a $800 invoice for carpet/odor removal which is bologna especially when I have a video to show how the apartment was left. Spoke to someone at their office and of course they didn't provide me with any pictures and or proof that they cleaned the carpet before this so called carpet removal. This has been reported to the BBB and I have an attorney on call to deal with this disgrace of a company. I shouldn't have to deal with this in the suburbs!

Champion property management is a great company to work with! All of the property managers, especially over at the Grand @ Polaris, are great and will do everything possible to make sure you're getting the best of the best. They cover all of the bases for their residents! Highly recommend choosing any of the Champion properties for your next home!

Not even a 1 star by far the worst place we have ever lived is Dublin Square, management has changed several times they cant keep employees or rent their units. My son was there for 3 years and it was awful. We had to live with patch work paint because they could never match it after 3 attempts I had to hire someone to paint the walls. The carpets were awful from the beginning they agreed to replace then wouldn't return my calls or emails for 2 months after lease signing. They also let me sign the lease for my son which Im not even on! Had my step father listed which didnt sign it and expect my son to pay! I dont think so! What they have done is illegal and the lease is in no way valid. They said if we return keys they would do payment arrangements. If our things are set out I will sue you! Liars, DONT RENT HERE! Not to mention the gossiped through email about sex noises from the building and the neighbors and belittled my autistic son. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

I work closely with Overland Park, Alessandra and Halley are a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to doing more business with Champion in the future!

My wife and I absolutely love Champion's Grafton Park Apartments! We have been here for almost 2 years and we are definitely staying for longer! Jessica and Seth are so absolutely phenomenal. Hands down the best apartment I have ever lived at. Thank you for all that you do!!!

We are here in Lake Club (apt no 8868) not even for one month but we really love all services over here.Everything staring the community,locality,gym,pool etc.Also the leasing office where we have all the facility for the residents and also the property manger and all the associates really great they are always help full and always welcome us from there heart :)

Do NOT rent with them. THEY are literally trying to steal hundreds of dollars from me, even though I have proof I have paid them every penny. They will send you to collections with NO NOTICE, even after you contact them to discuss the errors THEIR accountants made.
DO NOT rent with them unless you want them to send you to collections to try to steal your MONEY.

We have lived at Grafton Park for a year now and couldn t be happier. Ken, Seth, and the team are always willing to help if there are ever any issues. I would recommend Grafton park to any friend of mine.

We absolutely love Stafford House! They are a phenomenal company. Barry and Amanda are authentic and awesome. They have a great relationship with residents. Stafford House has a great location, beautiful amenities, and a warm friendly environment.

The Gardens-Came home to the shattered glass of a microwave door all over the kitchen floor and stove. I called the emergency maintenance number, that was a mistake. Apparently there is a policy that if an appliance breaks, the tenant is responsible for the repair/replacement. Long story short, I have purchased a microwave that they have set the cost and the cost of installation. Being a traveling medical person, we like to keep our expenses as low as possible...that is why we travel. One will never know if an appliance will break...so remember, who will be "charged" for the replacement.

The Champion Properties know what they are doing! I have worked closely with this group and every one of their properties is always clean, orderly, and has someone waiting with a smile to greet you and take care of any questions or concerns you may have. Ashley and the team at the Grand at Polaris have exemplified this time and time again, I would suggest any of their properties in central Ohio to new and lifelong residents alike. The service is second to none.

Ally, the property at Stafford House, is awesome. She goes far beyond your expectations and tries her best to accommodate your needs to make your stay here comfortable. Maintenance is also on top of getting requests done and most likely will be completed by the next day.

Really enjoy living at The Gardens Apartments. A great atmosphere, great landscaping, and the management and people here are very accommodating. Enjoy living here and would like to continue!

I have worked closely with the Champion Companies for almost 7 years and have nothing but kind words to say about their entire management team. My husband and I have lived at Dublin Square for almost two years now and we have loved it! We searched for months to find the perfect place to live and I'm so glad we waited. They are amazing with answering maintenance reports. Most times, when I have an issue it is resolved within 24 hours. The people in the office are really easy to work with and super nice! We really like the new gym and Starbucks machine and the parking is super easy. We've lived in another rental where the management was difficult, unresponsive and unclear with fees. Dublin Square is the complete opposite and I cannot recommend it enough. I have friends who lives in rentals all over Columbus and I have never heard of a company that is kind enough to leave handwritten notes and cookies on your door for your birthday!

PLEASE READ !!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER. In Jan of 2019 I hit the apartment complex sign so I wouldn t t-bone another resident who was also sliding out of the apartments when there was the level two snow emergency. IN FEBURARY OF 2019 on the 28th CHAMPION PROPERTIES ACCEPTED & CASHED THE CHECK ISSUED FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY (Grange) FOR $9000+ I EVEN HAVE A COPY OF THE LEDGER SHOWING THE CHECK WAS CASHED AND CLEARED. The PROPERTY OWNER & MANAGEMENT have literally been harassing me for $2500 because my insurnace company only paid 80% of what the sign was worth because it was built in 2005 & Champion properties quoted for a brand new sign but of course insurnace only covers the amount owed to replace the sign. They have put illegal notices on my door saying I owe $2500 in rent saying they re going to evict me and I owe $0.00 in rent they used the amount they didn t get from the insurnace company and slapped in on my rent ledger which isn t legal & I checked my original lease and it says nothing about the tenant being held responsible for damages that has been covered by the insurnace that they accepted a check from. ITS NOW MARCH, my lease is almost up and I applied at a new rental agency they called me to tell me I owe $3000+ dollars in rent !!!!! I called the gardens they said I don t owe rent when they sent a copy over to the new rental agency they added rent on that s not even due yet for APRIL 1, and put the difference they want for the BRAND NEW SIGN. Mind you the original sign that was was built on 2005 & it s 2019 clearly there is a 20% depreciation. They refuse to take it of my rent ledger which is wrong because I OWE $0 rent. I ve called there management to speak with an attorney and they never have one in the office, but they called my mother yesterday & asking if I wanted to renew my lease and she asked why would I renew my lease when they have told me and put it on paper NUMEROUS TIMES THEY ARE GOING TO EVICIT ME FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT WAS COVERED BY MY INSURNACE. They have yet to evict me and continually threaten me. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! I have lived here for over a year and 3 months and I d rather live in a hole than this place.

Albany Landings is my second Champion property that I have lived in and I am more than impressed. Everyone in the office is so helpful. The changes they have made to the community are amazing!

I have worked closely with Emily and her exemplary staff of employees for many years. I have watched The Garden's community improve dramatically during that time. Hats off to Emily and her staff!

My wife and I came to Grafton Park in the spring. The management of Seth Hay and Alessandra Platania have made the transition to apartment living a smooth one after 42 years in a single family home. Seth and Alessandra were very helpful in answering many questions and walking us through our contract signing. The office staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The club house is well appointed and grounds are well kept. Maintenance requests have been acted upon same day and completed quickly. We find Grafton Park has more that met our needs.

Been in Lake Club at Polaris for many years. I like the management of The Champion Companies. Well maintained and responsive.

Ridiculous fees, poor customer service, and when the power went out, and it got down to -9, they couldn't fix it until the next day. This company is garbage.

Great company but terrible workers especially at Copley park. Very lazy arrogant workers in the office.

I just moved in about 4 months ago and I love it. The staff are so friendly and the maintenance guy is awesome. They have gone above and beyond with engaging the community and being there for the residents. They community area is stunning. The community is quiet and the rooms have lots of space to have friends over to hang out for game nights.

The Greyson is hands down one of the best. I have been living here for a year now , and today I just renewed my lease for another year. All in one day they fixed my AC , renewed my lease & brought over a brand new washer & dryer. The staff kali , Daniel , & Jordan are all really friendly , & they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your new home. The area is always kept up , & there are plenty of restaurants & shopping centers near by , my favorite is turtle mall. Check out the greyson today.
