The wine is delicious! The food is amazing! Taste and presentation! The service is outstanding!

This place is stunning, and it is worth the cost. Loved our private cottage, and we rode bikes around the grounds our entire stay - to dinner, to the pool, just around the resort. Very unique property that is beautiful at every corner. Will definitely be back.

Carneros is amazing! We hosted a team offsite there and were very impressed - between the attentiveness of the service, quality of facilities, and caring team members, it was an overall 5 Star experience.

Highly recommend for small corporate offsite, personal getaways, and parties!

Pleasant spot but with lots of road noise (the setting has always been a knock on this place). The last decade has allowed the landscaping to mature nicely, but the construction is beginning to show its age.

A perfect vacation. My wife and I have gone here twice on romantic getaways and both times were only upset that we had to leave.

Very friendly staff and good food at the boon fly cafe. A bit pricey, but would stop by again for a quick bite.

We stopped for tea at the Market. Five Mountains tea is very good. The grounds are lovely, though I don't particularly like the architecture. But everything is done well.

Very nice place to stay. We had a private backyard with an outdoor shower, Tub, and fire pit. It's expensive but you get what you pay for.

Went for a couple hours for New Year's Eve. Wine list is great, service was amazing. 5 stars.

Our favorite hotel! Cozy upscale bungalows with private outdoor tub, shower, firepits. Very romantic but it will cost you. Great service including black SUV shuttles to local spots. Eat at farm and enjoy live music on the patio by firefight. Sit by the pool with coffee in the morning. The views and landscaping is amazing.

Take it from a local, this is an amazing place to soak in the wine country experience!

Came to carneros for a wedding. A beautiful place that Is built to be a large compound secluded from the rest of Napa. Service was impeccable and food at the Hilltop Dining Room was great for a wedding menu. Drinks were stiff, but bartenders don't know how to mix cocktails well like an old fashioned or Manhattan. Rooms are great in that they block off a section for you even with a few suites rented out. The indoor and outdoor showers were fun. definitely worth a visit again.

My family and I stay here 5 to 6 times a year it seems , and we have NEVER once had anything negative to say , even during covid !
The staff is WONDERFUL ,
The food is AMAZING ,
The grounds are breathtaking ,
Never had one bad experience!
They are super accommodating!
We will keep coming here to relax, celebrate milestones , etc!

It's a beautiful resort but need to clean cottages better and bathrooms. Toilet with a ring. Patio had not been cleaned several days. Food is fabulous! Service is great

Usually a slight wait here but you can order a drink while you wait and sit at one of the tables outside. The service is really attentive, it all employees are really nice. The brunch menu is nice and expansive, I had the burrito and could barely finish it. It was delicious.

I have a reservation with the hotel for 12/23-12/26.. given the ongoing changes due to COVID, I have tried reaching out to understand which parts of the hotel, if any, are open during our stay. I've called 7 times and left 3 voice messages and sent an email all in the last week with no reply.

Great food and good service. We took the prefixe meal option and enjoyed a five course journey of locally sourced ingredients. Amazing experience overall.

Was there for a work retreat. Friendly staff, beautiful setting (individual cottages with backyards for rooms!), and the food was amazing. I have been at other hotel-catered events for work and this landed pretty high as a favorite.
Only complaint is that there was some lime scale buildup in the shower heads in my cottage, but otherwise very clean and relaxing.

The mineral bath was absolutely incredible. My first massage and they listened to my exact Do' and Don'ts. Very professional and relaxing. Had a great time and recommend this experience to everyone who needs some time for themselves.

One of my favorite vacations!! This resort was amazing in every way... excellent customer service, incredible atmosphere, and comfortable accommodations! If you're going to Napa, this is the place to stay. Can't wait to go back!

Boonfly, is great for brunch and bacon bloody marys!

Very nice, staff very friendly, the food they serve is good as well. The only downside is that it's so expensive to stay there.

We ate at Boon Fly Cafe -- it was a lovely experience and the food was great. They were a bit short staffed but tried really hard to help us.

This review is specifically for the restaurant FARM. Table for two after a day of wine tasting in St Helena. We ordered a gin based cocktail and had the farm salad, the truffle tagliatelle, the lamb, and the duck. The cocktail was very good. The salad was average. The tagliatelle was delicious! The lamb and duck were very mediocre. The veggies in these meat dishes were very random and too acidic, so didn't really go that well. There was also a 1 hour delay between our salad and the next course for some reason, likely because they had to serve a large table which threw off their pacing. They did not do anything to compensate for the wait which was a bit surprising given how much we paid for the meal. Although we were not in a rush, I think this tainted the experience because I had not eaten anything significant for about 8 or 9 hours after a full day of wine tasting and at that point I only had one cocktail, a small portion of salad, and bread. Overall the service was still quite good, and the ambience was wonderful, but don't think I'd come back. I would give it a 3.5 stars. There are many other better places in the area to try for your money's worth. Probably a great option if you're actually staying at the resort.

I attended Carneros Inn s New Year s Eve Bubbles & Bow Tie. I had the best time!! The party atmosphere was chic and classy and I would highly recommend Carneros Inn to anyone for New Years or any other event that you are looking to celebrate with a night out. AMAZING.FUN.LOVED IT. Even though l wouldn t be in the Bay Area anymore, l will definitely make an effort to attend this year s party and will stay at the inn as well.

Beautiful property - terrible management (loved valets and housekeeping, though). Most staff just overwhelmed and MIA. They need to completely rethink staffing, staff training, check in, restaurants... When you are paying north of 1K a night, the staff best be both sufficient and on it. We were definitely frustrated almost daily.

Boon fly cafe donuts are the best. Fresh , hot, delicious!

We just went to boon fly, the restaurant at the resort, and it was pretty good, but a bit pricey foe my taste. But that's the prices you have to pay in the Napa area.

I'll never stay there myself due to its prohibitive cost, but the outdoor seating area is pretty cool just for casually hanging about.

Carneros staff are amazing; I was here for a business meeting and they will bend over backwards for their guests. My only complaint with them is that the room cleanliness and maintenance has slipped a little. The door handle on my bathroom was broken along with the toilet paper holder. Also the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. But the food is amazing (love the Farm market and Boon Fly Cafe), the location is gorgeous, and the staff are excellent.

Nice cottage accommodations with private deck, outdoor shower, etc. Some flaws in execution, such as never picking up room service trays, etc. Check-in / check-out somewhat bumpy. Marked from 4-to-3 stars because the price demands better service than what they deliver.

Spent a three day weekend, celebrating my sister-in-law's birthday. Great food and wine, attentive staff and a comfortable cottage. A trip to remember!

My favorite place to stay when visiting Napa. This place is amazing and beautiful. Whether you re lounging by the pool or drinking outside at the bar or is relaxing and special.

Lovely property with perfect attention to detail. You can stay on property all day long or just return as needed to eat the wonderful food in the restaurants. Nice yoga studio too.

Was on the patio for a friend's birthday. Were there for hours having drinks and food. Have yard games and the wait staff is fantastic.

You get an amazing bungalow to stay in with great amenities on a huge property with an incredible adult pool. The family pool is ok, it is trapped in between buildings and gets loud and there is no view. Very opposite of the adult pool. Loved this place!
