holy moly, that Salmon Carpaccio at KOI is THE BEST FOOD ON EARTH! hotel is too dark for my taste tho
I chose this hotel because of the location. Overall a good hotel with acceptable food. The room faces the park and has a beautiful view, but unfortunately there is a lot of noise coming from outside.
We stayed for 5 nights with bryant park hotel, it was an enjoyable stay!
You can't beat the location though, it was right across byrant park and the christmas market going on at bryant park; plenty of food options! Next to the hotel is lady M, we bought the cakes and went back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day without having a long queue.
Transport was also easy, subway nearby and big bus stop at bryant park. Another subway just one block ahead around times square. Very convenient!!
The hotel was actually pretty small, it was a boutique hotel. The room was spacious, we had 2 huge luggage easily fit; my only disappointment was the bed, it was way too small for us.
Anyway, we had an enjoyable stay in new york with bryant park and will be back next time!
My wife and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary. The staff were polite and friendly. While we stayed there, we never had to wait to get help at the front desk. We got a balcony room on the 19th floor and it was WONDERFUL. It's by far the largest room I've stayed in in New York and the balcony view of Bryant Park was spectacular. Even ignoring the balcony, we had a lot of windows and plenty of space. As easily seen on a map, the location is great too. It's right across the road from the very pretty and fun Bryant Park.
Was here for the bar called The Cellar. Would recommend for chill vibes and good drinks.
Fantastic location. The hotel has great amenities, and a really well stocked minibar in the rooms.
Great location, but the service was mediocre for the price point of the hotel. There are many, and better options on the area with far better service. A small boutique hotel should capitalize in service and attention. They felt short.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel Top service ... all very nice and professional great room ( big for Ny standard and very clean ) and amazing bath products very good location , walking distance to several point of interest Bryant Park across the street during the winter has a ice skating definitely come back !!
N.Y.C.davanti's navel to a wonderful park of the same name.
Attended a DORE show here
It's was beautiful
Great location overlooking the park, about a block or so away from 42nd street subway and times square. Andrew and Sarah were provided excellent service at the reception. Truly a great experience!!
Great location and very friendly service. Would definitely stay again.
The screening room at the Bryant Park Hotel is top notch. The bench style is seating is comfy (although my long legs may have disturbed the people in front of me a bit since that room is a little lacking) and it's nice that they provide water and popcorn.
We love the food at Koi. The hotel is understated and comfortable. The location is a favorite near grand central, clubs, theatre, and uptown bus on sixth, subway, public library. In the park there is ice skating and people watching. Highly recommended!
I was recently here with my husband for our anniversary. I was extremely excited and did thought for convenience we should valet our vehicle with the hotel so in the morning we can make the most of our time being that we had to drive home. We went for breakfast and called for our car and were told it would take 45 minutes. I was perfectly fine with that and when we went back we were told by a gentleman at the desk that it shouldn't take that long its Sunday.we were called an hour later that out Lexus was now there....we do not have a Lexus. We were told ours should be next. Needless to say an hour and half later we still didnt have our car. Went back inside to see what was happening and were asked who did we speak with. We told them the number on the card they gave us the guys made a call and said they would get it taken care of. We were already upset and the manager said they wouldn't charge us for valet. Again we went across the street to the park and waited almost 2 hours before getting a call pur car was there. It was such a waste of time and because of it we had to go straight home and not able to enjoy the day in the city. Very disappointed
Bryant Park Hotel is very edgy and modern. It is great place to stay. You can watch music in the park go catch a subway, get something to eat it really has it all.
Unfortunately, the hotel has no soundproof windows. Sleep is therefore often unthinkable. In Bryant Park are often events for which overnight tents or stages are built. This creates a steady noise level. The rooms are also rather small. The service is friendly.
Terrific service and great location. One of my favorite hotels in NYC
excellent location for being central in nyc. fantastic looking building.
if you want a view then get one over bryant park. cool bar also
We love the food at Koi. The hotel is understated and comfortable. The location is a favorite near grand central, clubs, theatre, and uptown bus on sixth, subway, public library. In the park there is ice skating and people watching. Highly recommended!
I chose the hotel because of location. Overall a nice hotel and acceptable food. Rooms facing the park have a great view but unfortunately there is a lot of noise from outside. It will be great if room had anti noise windows.
Very friendly service, clean and modern room. Fantastic location.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the center of NYC without all the tourists noise. Still in walking distance of everything. Private. Nice but basic rooms, good space, great service.
I visited Koi, which is located inside the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is very nice and inviting. The staff at the door was polite but not super friendly. The only issue I had was how awful the construction was right outside the hotel. It made it very difficult to get a Lyft after dinner. Otherwise great experience!
Great service and food. The basement bar was also terrific.
Really enjoyed the Bryant Park. The doormen and receptionist were fantastic and very friendly. They allowed me to check in early since I was moved to an earlier flight. The early check-in made everything so much easier and relaxed. Clean rooms and also afternoon turn down. Def on the more expensive side, but it was a great stay. Would stay again!
Racism, classism, and poor taste. Would not recommend
We just spent 5 wonderful days in New York, staying at the Bryant Park hotel. Our room had a fabulous view of the Christmas market, skating rink and tree. Everyone at the hotel was gracious and helpful. There was a happy hour in the bar and on Christmas eve an open bar for all of us on the 25th floor...
Door man help me to find cab for airport and driver charge me extra because door man take money from driver to give airport passengers. Cab number 7F83
Cleanliness and courtesy in the Pure state ... Super Top !!!!!
Great location, good services, across from Bryant park, friendly staff, nice amenities, clean modern rooms
Lovely place. Clean, comfortable, with a great view.
Lovely hotel, staffs are friendly and professional. The room I got was super clean and luxury. Hotel is steps away for time square 42nd street.
I've only been to the bar down below. It's crowded with douche bags on weekend nights, it's on the expensive side, and it's almost impossible to find a place to sit. Beautiful hotel, though, in a lovely location for out-of-town guests.
Great hotel with good rooms. The staff is very nice and willing to help you when you need. The location is great being next to Bryant Park and just a 7 minute walk from time square. A subway station is close by and Penn Station is walkable if you want to take a train to the airport using NJ Transit.
A last minute trip to Manhattan found us looking for a new place to spend the night. A colleague had suggested the Bryant Park Hotel so we decided to give it a go. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. More
Great hotel in Bryant Park!
We were on a honeymoon and every night we received nice perks such as champagne, candies and fruits.
Location is great, right in the center of the Bryant Park- close to everything.
There is no lobby or place to hang before the rooms are ready.
The hotel bar was fine...
I'm a repeat customer because Bryant Park Hotel has great customer service and amazing people working there. You are treated like a VIP. The hotel is in a great location for just about any activity in Manhattan.
Our true go-to NYC hotel. Staff are wonderful and location is great mid-town. On a recent stay, we had to leave on an emergency and the front desk were extremely helpful.
My husband & I stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas and it was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and polite right from the door staff (especially Louis) to reception to manning the lift. They went the extra mile at all times even printing off basketball tickets for us. The location was fantastic - right on the Bryant park...
Excellent hotel! The view from my room of Bryant Park was amazing. Great hotel to stay centralized location in Manhattan.
This is nice place to stay in with your family. It is in the heart of Manhattan and New york city. It is 5 minutes away from Times Square. It is right next to Bryant park. Also it is very beautiful and comfortable Hotel. 5 STARS. Also next door is LADY M CAKE BOUTIQUE. MUST TRY!!! Green tea crepe Cake is the beast. Always fresh.Bryant park is amazing place to go with your family, friends or someone you love. It is amazing atmosphere in here. All people with smiles, enjoying their time together. Everyone taking pictures because it is very beautiful place and it is will be unforgettable moments on your life. Three is live concert, you can buy food in the park, there is ice skating, special place to warm up ... You can spend whole your day in this park. Enjoy.....
Amanda is an extremely rude woman and should not be employed there. You pay so much for a hotel and then you get service like this. Terrible hotel.
Great sushi at koi. Packed for lunch but cleared out by 2.
My goal in visiting was to see the architecture of the old Radiator Building, painted by Georgia O'Keeffe. The building is now a hotel with a small lobby. The restaurant was closed, so I saw little of the inside. The outside, however, is magnificent.
Nice Boutique hotel in front of Bryant park.. The bar cellar is nice too.
We ate at Koi restaurant and visited friends were staying there. The food and especially the drinks were very expensive but everything was good. The hosting staff was a little rude - we weren't allowed to have our table and order appetizers or drinks until our whole party had arrived. It didn't look busy enough to warrant that. Overall decent experience but with all the good places in NY I'll doubt we'll go back.
Stayed here there times. Great location, central to everything. Rooms are good, simple but great bed, linen, and bath products. Beautiful building with s&m elevators
Very good and clean hotel, with very friendly staff and a first class sushi restaurant. Located directly at Bryant Park.
this hotel thrives on the notion of being cool, and adorns itself in red paint and padding, and dim lighting in both the elevator and guest rooms. only the outstanding bathrooms are brightly lit. breakfast, which is physically connected to but not affiliated with the hotel, was non-existent. even the hotel staff members could not find a waiter to serve us.the staff is pleasant, but young and inexperienced.ask for a room with a park view. otherwise, you're stuck looking at brick walls.
Had a great overnight stay. Saw a Broadway show and the Hotel is close to all the action. Reasonable rates for midtown with a free Happy Hour. Great service and nice accommodations.
This was my third stay at The Bryant Park Hotel. As always, the suite was impeccably clean and the staff was professional and extremely friendly. Gorgeous views!! Highly recommend The Bryant Park Hotel !!
Well located, clean, modern and spacious. Friendly staff. Nice attached restaurant with room service. Only issue so far is that housekeeping got to our room very late (only after calling) and dirty dishes from the prior guests still sit right outside our door (even after calling).
Great date spot. Good food, good music and intimate atmosphere.
The architects combined Gothic and modern styles in the design of the building. Black brick on the frontage of the building (symbolizing coal) was selected to give an idea of solidity and to give the building a solid mass. Other parts of More
Wonderful. Fabulous experience ... beautiful rooms excellent staff
Too dark, every area is like being in a late night club even though it is middle of the day.. seats in screening room are unbcomfortable. The seat to seat in row in front if you is too narrow
Good location, near the park with an ice rink. The hotel has a good restaurant.
Nice hotel in a historical building, wonderful view from the room
Great rooms! Great restaurant down stairs. Amazing view loved seeing NYC from such a great view! Bryant park was really close which was amazing because you do not have to walk far to get to bryant park! Whole foods was right across from the hotel to get basic groceries ! Had an amazing time!
One of my favorite historic luxury hotels in Manhattan
Bar review: really nice and calm to drink something with a small group or partner. Drinks are not cheap but not expensive.
Wonderful stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. We stayed 8 nights, the location is ideal 2 steps from Times Square. I asked for a little attention for the birthday of my partner, we arrived in the room there were rose petals on the bed and a bouquet of rose. The staff is extra they can not do enough. And the housekeeping is perfect, it is done twice a day the room was nickel.
Excellent location, very friendly staff, super comfortable rooms
Great staff, restaurant, centrally located and very clean....excellent value....
Had dinner with friends at Koi. Crispy rice with spicy tuna, yellowtail jalapeno appetizer, a few rolls and a bottle of sake. Everything was delicious. Service was good, though for the price I'd expect great service.
Classic Hotel. Really noisy elevator drama on 25th floor meeting space :-/ Left my umbrella there too.
It was a great hotel and nice location!
Floors above 20th floor are preferable as the city noice is unbearable in a lower floors.
The only unpleasant thing is that dogs & cats are allowed in the hotel and people leave the animals in the rooms while going out so the dogs are constantly barking or crying since they are being left locked in the room for hours!
Recently attendee my daughters wedding at the Bryant park grille. We all stayed at the Bryant park hotel! What an experience. The hotel rooms were spotless, included everything you could possibly need. Ashley of guest services was amazing!!! Always asking if we needed anything! Had room changes to accommodate our other guests and all with a smile and no problem! We will be back this Christmas Ashley!! And thank you again for making our stay a memorable experience ! 10 stars!
Fantastistic hotel, as good as the best review says. Very clean, friendly Staff. Great place!
