As a landlord, I have been using Laureate as my property manager for almost 20 years. Jordan and his team are wonderful. They do a great job of screening potential renters, following up after a change of tenants to make sure the property was taken care of, and also keeping me posted whenever there is an issue with the property.
They offer great value for the money, and it wouldn t hesitate to recommend them if you are considering using them as a property manager.

I have owned rental properties for over 25 years, and have worked with many property management companies. Laureate Ltd. ranks at the top in all aspects: tenant screening, maintenance, reporting. Especially recommended for out of state owners.

Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant company, they do not make repairs in a timely manner, and uses a company named Tahoe Maintenance that over charges to which laureate does not send the bill in time to purposely send it not to collections but to a lawfirm and ignore all requests and communication after. Do not rent from this company their properties are not well maintained and they will find any way possible to make sure they over charge for repairs, also the receptionist should be fired for ignoring tenant requests and questions and not sending important information on time. Don't bother contacting Jordan Strauss as he will find a way to dance around and concerns.

Have been a tenant in 3 different properties with Laureate and have always had exemplary service with both staff and maintenance service. They ve worked with us when one homeowner decided to sell the house in the middle of a lease as well as working with us during our recent move when the new residence wasn t ready for moving in.

I don t have much experience with other rental companies, though with any business, communication is critical. From maintenance request or paying rent, as long as I was forthcoming with issues or needed the extra day to get my rent check to them, they ve always strived to make the process as seamless as possible.

Oliver at Laureate LTD found us exactly what we were looking for in a very short time, and went above and beyond to help use navigate this process during the pandemic. Calls to Laureate are always answered with a person, which I love, and their response time for maintenance requests is great! I have recommended Laureate to so many of my friends and family members, and will be with them until my renting days are over. Give them a call! Even if you don't see something you like on their website, getting connected to someone over there is well worth your time. If all of their employees are like Oliver, they will continually look for new listings tailored to your needs and involve you in the process. If you're searching for a new place in the Denver Metro, Laureate should be your first stop.

Laureate Ltd came highly recommended from my Realt...

Laureate Ltd came highly recommended from my Realtor, and they have been managing my rental property for several years. They are on top of any issues that come up. I sometimes forget I even have this place - the income just goes seamlessly into my bank account each month and I get a statement at the end of the year. Everyone is professional and courteous. Reena sends out a positive message with each monthly statement, adding a personal touch. My property is in excellent hands.

Somehow my last review of this place was deleted. Avoid Laureate. They charged me for breaking a lease when I brought in another person to take it over and someone from Laureate agreed there would be no broken lease fee. Scammed me out of $1,000 of my deposit. Don't rent from this predatory company.

I have had Laureate Ltd as my property manager for years now. Their services to me are worth absolutely every penny. The staff is so kind and makes me feel like a celebrity client (when I know they have hundreds of other clients). They work in sync with a maintenance company that has fair prices for fixing things that need to be replaced at the property. Thank you, Laureate!

Can't get these people to fix anything correctly. If you make a complaint you are threatened. "If you are unhappy you can break your lease" Yeah so you can keep my deposit and charge me a termination. You will hear from my attorney and the city of Aurora.

My mother and I have rented from Laureate the majority of the last 13 years at 3 different properties. Staff has always been professional and fair. When we hit a rough patch, Laureate (working on the homeowners behalf) worked with us until we were able to get caught up and current.
Maintenance (through Tahoe Maintenance) was always taken care of in a very timely manner, and the technicians always did a good job.

**I noted they received a 1 star by a prior tenant. After reading through what he wrote I believe he doesn't fully understand how property management works - Laureate works for the owner of the home. Ultimately it is the homeowners decision regarding anything with the property, and Laureate must work on the homeowners behalf and often ends up being the "whipping boy" for a tough homeowner and taking the brunt of the criticism. I have developed pretty close relationships with the people who work there, and I can say they always act with integrity. Until I purchase my own home I won't rent from anyone else.

This is a good property management company to work with. I had a single property that they have managed for 18 years. Laureate deals with the tenants for me and this protects me. More recently, I've started doing the maintenance myself. This works out perfectly.

I've used Laureate Ltd for over 10 years. They've always been professional and responsive to me as a property owner. I live in a different state from my property and Laureate has always taken the stress away from me as a property owner. I can trust them to take care of my property and to address my tenants needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a property management company. In fact, one year I left them seeking a better deal them and quickly returned to them the next year.

If you absolutely have to rent from Laureate prope...

If you absolutely have to rent from Laureate property management...please don't do it...they do not fix things i.e. air conditioners, mice infestations, blinds ...but they do charge you for things that were broken when you moved in. Their move-in inspection sheet means absolutely nothing when you move out and you have to move mountains to get any of your deposit back and that takes over two months....renter beware

I wasn t able to post 0 stars, otherwise I would have. This place was fine until my lease ended. I gave adequate notification that I was moving out. Also, on paper, my lease ended. The very first week in the month after it ended, I got threatening emails about eviction. I had already notified and vacated!! Now, 60 days later, I still don t have my deposit returned. No one will respond to me. By law, the deposit should be returned in 30 days. It s been well over that.
I am sick to death of businesses using the virus as an excuse as to why they can t get things done. Yet in this case, they didn t miss a beat in sending me threatening emails when they thought I owed them rent, even though my lease ended. Now that they owe me money, I m hearing crickets. In this new virus age where so many people are out of work, this deposit money would certainly come in handy right now. Shame on you, Laureate, for holding onto money that is no longer yours and further exasperating these tough economic times.

I normally don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel others need to be aware of what my husband and I experienced while renting with Laureate. We had moved into a condo in 2016, a week past our original move in date because we were told the old tenants left the unit in such poor condition, they had additional work to do. When we finally got the keys, we found the cleaning conditions to be horrendous. There were tears in the carpet and dirt on the floor in the kitchen. I requested to speak with the head of maintenance, but received no call back.

After we had moved out in 2019, we only received a portion of our deposit. We were told the landlord took out $600 because of tears in the carpet. I've tried multiple times to explain we had documented this on the move-in damages form, however, it's been almost a year of dealing with this, and there has still been no resolution. We were told they have to contact the owners to discuss. Both my husband and I have emailed/talked to Steve Graf regarding this. Our emails and voicemails go unanswered, despite many attempts. It is beyond frustrating to have been docked $600 for something that was damaged BEFORE we moved in - all of which we documented when we moved in. We even have pictures of the damages.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. $600 we were charged for that wasn't even our fault. Ridiculous.

Laureate staff are courteous and knowledgeable about owners' expectations when renting a property from them. If there is a question or concern it is addressed in a timely manner. There is always some one available in the office to answer questions or take maintenance problems right away. The most important thing is to read and understand the paperwork you sign before getting into a property. Ask questions. Make sure you understand everything before you sign. If you do that, pay rent on time, you will have no problems!!!!

I am notified immediately when there is any problem and am assured that it will be addressed as soon as possible. Rented us a house with a one year lease and broke it two weeks before our move-in. So, we ll be homeless in two weeks because we picked an unreliable landlord.

Avoid these clowns like the plague.
